Margaritaville Restaurant - Times Square

Not a rich classy crowd but good for middle class.. The Rooftop 31st and 32nd Floor view is Amazing...Wings and Fried Tacos were so delicious, one of the best!!!!

Our first night in NYC and we found this great restaurant with a massive Statue of Liberty inside (worth the visit just so see this) food was so delicious note portions sizes are massive. Recommend the ribs so tasty. Margaritas are tasty with lots of alcohol 🤪 highly recommend a visit.

I had a great experience at Margaritaville restaurant in Times Square and wanted to call out the exceptional service we received from Andrea. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made great recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere at our table.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such warm hospitality, but Andrea absolutely does. Our drinks were fantastic, the food came out quickly, and she checked in at just the right moments without ever making us feel rushed.<br><br>Customer service like that really makes a difference and turns a simple meal into a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back and will absolutely ask to sit in Andrea’s section, at the bar, again.

The restaurant was beautiful. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were seated right away. I would still recommend making one, just to be safe. We were seated away from the main crowd, and I’m not sure if that was because we didn’t have a reservation or for another reason.<br><br>We stopped in just for drinks and an appetizer. We ordered the wings, fries, and crab dip, and everything tasted great. Our drinks were served in a blender that you can actually take home, which was a fun touch.<br><br>My first drink, however, was spicy—and it was not good at all. Alcohol and spice just don’t mix for me. I let the waitress know it was spicy, and she didn’t seem to believe me at first, but thankfully I was able to get a different drink

Our experience at Margaritaville Restaurant – Times Square was pretty dope from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively, the music and energy were on point, and the whole place felt like a mini getaway in the heart of New York City.<br><br>Richard and his colleague — the light-skinned woman with the heart-designed nails and long hair — were absolutely mesmerizing behind the bar. Watching them mix drinks with such accuracy, focus, and rhythm while still engaging in conversation with us about New York, its food scene, and fun activities truly blew us away. Their multitasking skills and friendly personalities made the experience feel personal and unforgettable.<br><br>The drinks were perfectly crafted, the service was outstanding, and the vibe made us want to stay longer than planned. Because of this incredible experience, we’re even interested in trying a timeshare with Margaritaville.<br><br>Thank you for an amazing time, we’ll definitely be back! 🔥🔥🔥

I always have a great experience at Margaritaville. The dishes there on each floor are amazing and so is the prompt and considerate customer service. This is a must visit for all tourist or folks that are in the Times Square area. Every time I visit, Andrea the bartender makes the most amazing drinks. Every drink that I had the pleasure of enjoying was worth every dollar and every tip. Please stop by Margaritaville today and enjoy the great dishes, drinks and atmosphere. You will not regret it!

We are staying at the MargaritaVille Hotel and saw a promotion outside the restaurant for a Smash Meal Burger for $16.99. The hostess confirmed it was available, so we went in to order it.<br><br>Later, the waitress told us the promotion didn’t exist. She was very rude, unfriendly, and dismissive. She barely looked at us and made us feel unwelcome.<br><br>We also noticed a clear difference in how she treated customers who seemed local compared to us as Latinos. Despite paying the same price and leaving the same tip, we did not receive the same level of service or basic kindness.<br><br>Very disappointing experience overall.

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant and rooftop bar. The food and beverage team went above and beyond to ensure our dinner was exceptional. Chris and Maria accommodated my daughter's dietary needs and we are so grateful to have met them.Up on the rooftop, Braley was very attentive and friendly, and L-Fon was wonderful - he even remembered us from last year! The hospitality at this place is truly top-notch, and we'll be back for more. Thanks to the entire staff for making our evening so memorable!

We hosted our daughter’s 9th birthday sleepover at Margaritaville Times Square and had a great experience overall. The service was smooth, friendly, and accommodating, which made hosting a group of kids much easier and stress-free.<br><br>The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast. The only downside was some noise outside my room in the middle of the night (my room was near the elevator bank), which was a bit disruptive to my sleep. Aside from that, everything went really well, and it was a fun and memorable experience for our daughter and her friends.

The place has a really nice warm and resort type of vibe. The food was pretty good. I had the Jambalaya and it was seasoned pretty good and has a good kick to it. The roast chicken was really good, it was very juicy. The Ribs were pretty saucy, tender and moist. All in all better visit it when coming to midtown

Staff is AMAZING! Diamond was so sweet on Thanksgiving Day. Hector was fantastic on our next visit to Landshark Bar & Grill, and we LOVED Richard! Margaritaville never disappoints on this drinks, fun times, and fantastic food.

I came twice to the pool restaurant<br>because I was staying at the hotel. The first time was great. The shrimp tacos were soft and tasty. The second visit the day after was a complete mess and makes me never want to eat here again. We had no waitress and I had to track someone down. Our waitress was nice, but seemed to be serving another area and was busy. The kitchen didn't bring our order after one hour and I had to complain. They looked totally confused. When the food came it was overfried and tasted completely different from the previous day even though it was the same dish. The guy that brought our food looked like he would rather being anywhere but here. I will not repeat this experience.

Perfect spot up in the clouds the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the venue has a fab look and great vibe.<br>Food was lovely, cocktails are very very tasty.<br>As for the view's, wow that are amazing especially at night.<br>Plus if you like your music 🎵🎶 it's an awesome mix of tunes.<br>Pop it on your list and enjoy.

Hello, my Foodies, so I had a birthday this week and decided to go to Margaritaville in NY. I wasn't that familiar with the menu, so didn't know ahead of time what to expect. I guess I could have just looked it up online! So I wouldn't recommend for a great choice of food options it's mostly like bar food in a way. They did have burgers, seafood, and pasta dish. But it was minimal. Pricing was good and they are better known for their drinks and happy atmosphere. They had a nice decor and I believe they have 2 main floor to eat upstairs and a cute little shop downstairs. They don't offer a free desert for their birthday guests, but they did gather to wish me a Happy Birthday, and we did get a round of tequila shots, so that was nice. Our waiter Anthony was nice and friendly, but he didn't check on us as often as we liked to get refills and perhaps other items as well as the check, we did have to wait a moment to find him. However, it wasn't something that ruined our experience or anything it was still a fun night, and we liked the atmosphere and friendly staff.
