Our graduation private party at Louie’s was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Managers Caesar and John provided outstanding leadership and made sure every detail of the event was executed flawlessly. Their professionalism, organization, and commitment to excellent service allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration. They were attentive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that our guests had a wonderful experience. Their dedication played a huge role in making our graduation party such a memorable occasion.<br><br>We would also like to recognize our incredible servers, Timo, Darwin, and Carolina, who were simply the best. They were friendly, attentive, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made every guest feel welcomed and cared for throughout the event. Their exceptional service, positive attitudes, and genuine kindness elevated the entire experience. Thanks to Caesar, John, Timo, Darwin, Carolina, and the rest of the amazing Louie’s team, our graduation celebration was truly unforgettable. Went to celebrate my birthday with the Sunday Brunch. Had the BEST server Darwin. He was so friendly, accommodating, and professional. He made my birthday extra special!!<br>The brunch was delicious. My family really enjoyed it. The quality of food was AMAZING. So fresh and delicious. From the salads to even desserts, the food was prepared wonderfully. Everything well thought out and delicious. Would definitely come again! Loved the experience of having a delicious meal overlooking the water.

We had such a fine time with Ari and Pedro they were fabulous. They’re distinguished human beings and their service were out of this world. The food was breathtakingly awesome. The Bellini had top off a perfect summer brunch. i cannot recommend this place enough the view is absolutely out of this world. You get that feeling of greece. What a wonderful feeling i was left with.

The food is delicious and very fresh. The atmosphere is great, and the staff provide excellent service, especially Oliver. He is very attentive and takes great care of the customers. I’m very impressed with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be inviting my friends to come here, and I’ll keep coming back regularly. Highly recommended!

The service was incredible. I came with my family as a party of 8 and our server, Carolina, was so attentive and intuitive. She was very sweet to my dad, who is in a wheelchair. This was a lovely experience overall and the food is very fresh and high quality.

We had a wonderful experience at Louie's Prime Steak & Seafood! The food was delicious—my husband and I shared a steak and salad, and both were excellent. My daughter ordered the burger and said it was absolutely delicious as well. We also enjoyed a bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our meal.<br>What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Sheik, Antonio, and General Manager Cesar, who treated our family exceptionally well and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond, even accommodating us with a different table when the sun was bothering me.<br>The beautiful décor, excellent food, and stellar customer service made for a fantastic dining experience. We had a wonderful experience at Louie’s Prime Steak & Seafood celebrating my mom’s birthday.<br><br>The food was excellent, but what truly made the evening memorable was our server, Chris. He was attentive, accommodating, and brought a great sense of humor to the table that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. He handled our large group of 7 with patience and professionalism, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy.<br><br>I especially appreciated how gracious he was with my many requests and last-minute changes. At one point, I asked for my steak without the onion straws, only to change my mind later, and Chris handled it with a smile and without making me feel like I was being difficult. That level of attentiveness and customer care is appreciated.<br><br>Thank you, Chris, for helping make my mom’s birthday celebration so special. Great AYCE buffet place with great food and great service. Met the chef, Greg, and complimented him on the food. The sushi, raw bar, lobster, cooked fishes, were all fresh and constantly refreshed. The carving stations prime rib and Porchetta were tender and delicious. All the veggies, and breakfast staples were also very good.<br><br>The candied bacon was a little tough for me as was the broccoli rabe. All the desserts were light and airy, similar to a French bakery.<br><br>Our server, Darwin Rafael, was most attentive and very friendly. Always making sure we got what we needed, without being intrusive. In fact, the whole staff was very attentive and friendly.<br><br>Definitely a place to return to.

The remodel is stunning! . . .The brunch on mothers day was very tasty, felt like it could have been better, even on the small things like bread for starters... maybe couple other items to tie them into complete entrees. The assortment was like a smorgasbord. pancakes definelty crying for help, best part was sushi and the prime rib imo...

A special thank you to the general manager, Supreme, whose presence, professionalism, and personal touch truly elevated our experience. He even surprised us with a complimentary dessert.<br><br>We also had the pleasure of meeting Joseph, the dockmaster, who was just as welcoming and kind. His generosity and warmth added such a special touch to the overall experience.<br><br>What made it even more meaningful is that they did all of this without knowing we’re celebrating our pre-anniversary this month. Had a wonderful lunch here today with friends. This restaurant, with a history dating back to 1905, truly lives up to its reputation.<br><br>The setting is beautiful—especially the waterfront view by the dock, which creates a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The food was excellent: fresh, well-presented, and thoughtfully composed. The seafood pasta and appetizers were particularly enjoyable.<br><br>A special thanks to our server Darwin, who provided attentive, professional, and genuinely warm service without being intrusive—he really elevated the whole experience.<br><br>Overall, a highly recommended spot for both the ambiance and the quality of food and service. Five stars all around! This was truly the best service I’ve ever had in my 55 years. We drove a long way from New London, CT, and even though we didn’t have a reservation, the manager was kind enough to get us a table. I really appreciate that hospitality. Also, our waiter, Timo, was absolutely incredible—so friendly and professional. The food was fantastic, especially the seafood and sushi. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Darwin is the goat, his service is top tier. Literally the kindest and most chill server I have ever met. (Give him a raise) The food was extraordinary and fire 🔥. Highly recommend the Tomahawk Ribeye and Classic Porterhouse for the steak lovers! We got the best selling desserts on the house, thank you sooo much Louie’s Prime Steak & Seafood!! Will be coming back 100%. Make sure to bring your kids here parents! and kids make sure you order the ENTIRE dessert menu 😂. Come to this spot AT LEAST once, you wont regret it!

Brought my mom here for her birthday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was truly above and beyond, special thanks to Darwin and Timo for making the day extra special.<br><br>The food did not disappoint: the lobster shrimp bisque was absolutely delicious, the oysters were incredibly fresh, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Everything was spot on. We also loved their espresso martini.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Louie’s Prime Steak & Seafood!
