I came here for my sister’sgraduation today and we had a great time. The host/server Axnnee was so accommodating and patient with our party. The food was also so great and my family enjoyed this time and food. Thank you for a great night!

The bad reviews are very accurate. I saw our server in the restroom, she was wearing her apron. Besides that, the service was terrible.<br>I asked for a medium well fire t-bone but I received a medium rare steak.<br>The bathrooms were very dirty and the restaurant had napkins, straw wrappers on the floor.

A great date night at LongHorn Steakhouse. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and perfect for a casual night out without feeling rushed. The steaks were cooked right, portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and flavorful.<br><br>Definitely one of those reliable spots in Queens when you want a good meal, good drinks, and a comfortable vibe for a date night or even a family dinner. Solid service, solid food, and always worth coming back to.

Food 10/10….waitress 10/10….wait time 5/10 wait time 20 minutes i was told cause we had to wait for more servers. But they all were at the host desk talking and laughing….pics below 👇🏻🫣😳🤣

(Update) Went again and the Brussel sprouts were broken up and a lot of it was over cooked...... Steak was really, really good, asparagus as well, free bread was fresh,warm and good as well, and the drinks were good too.. price wasn't bad for 3 of us. We all loved the food. Prices descent.. If you don't wanna wait long put your self on the waiting list 20-30 minutes before you get there.. It's also right next to the mall and shopping area, also there's parking

Great location next to QCM. Went there during lunch hours and got an entire and main lunch deal.<br><br>Kimberly was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Will be coming here more often for their steak and salad options.<br><br>Thank you for the experience!

Great atmosphere, although they were a bit understaffed the service was fast. Portions were incredible and everything was so flavorful. The longhorn drink is an absolute must if you consume alcohol, the mac and cheese and Caesar salad are perfect sides. All the meat was packed with flavor from steak to pork chops and ribs. Highly recommend for family outings or a casual dining dinner.

I eat at this Longhorn ALOT!! It’s my kids favorite restaurant so we probably come here maybe 3 times per months.<br><br>Parking is crazy so getting to the restaurant for lunch is better than dinner. Unless you reserve online.. There’s a tow company people!!! Do not park your car and leave to go to the mall or anywhere that isn’t Longhorn or Olive Garden. The Tow Man is a BEAST LOL… You car will be gone in less than 2 minutes!!!! Uber there or Park in the Garage it’s the best option.<br><br>The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. But there can be a wait long wait time to get a table. your time at the restaurant depends on who serves you and not the food because it’s usually on point. I never really have to send anything back due overcooking or me not liking it, but service can be so so.<br><br>I’ve been served by pretty much every waiter at this restaurant and I can honestly say Samaya is the best.. She is always friendly, attentive and makes sure you have what you need. My orders are never Wrong!!!… She always present so I never have to wonder where she went, or if she’s ever going to come back. Every-time I go I hope to get her as a waiter just because I know service is going to be on point!!!<br><br>I gave this review 4 stars only because of the difficult parking.

Is always great at Longhorn. Cowboy Pork Chops perfectly cooked, sweet potato with cinamon and sugar a must have. Spicy chicken bites on point. Molten Chocalate cake a super dessert .Service always great!!<br><br>I'm lowering my service rating today was unacceptable, I ordered online 3 appetizers, Pickup time selected from website was 5:10 PM, I got there right on time, i had to wait 30 minutes to get my order, not good at all

We visited the Longhorn near the Queens Mall and the experience was excellent. Our waiter Angel.was very attentive, prompt and caring for our meal. I recommend this spot.

We had a great server Geraldine! 5 stars all around and to the kitchen crew as well. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp skewers and it was so delicious and one of the best Longhorns for food quality and service!

I only tried this place because I was given a gift card. I was pleasantly surprised, it was really good. I ordered the Outlaw 20ounce Ribeye,loaded baked potato and salad. On the website, they have a option to join the wait list, so when we arrived at 630pm on a Saturday night, no wait whatsoever, right to a booth table. The service was great, took drink order, brought us a warmed bread with butter, and a huge Salad, both delicious. If you're prior Military like me, ask them for your 10% off discount. Our Steaks did not disappoint, cooked perfectly. Overall, we enjoyed our meal 😋. They have a parking lot, but the earlier you go the better for getting a spot. It's a congested area, because they're multiple other restaurants nearby. Definitely would go again.

The food was good the steaks and burger came out med-rare instead of medium, it wasn't too bad but kids dont like to see too much blood! The dragon berry margaritas were good! Overall a decent experience.

Went there for Father's day and they were very short-staffed. I recommend joining the waitlist online. That helped us sit faster. Our server was sweet even though she was so busy. I appreciate that. We ordered apps 1st and then the main. Everything came out in good timing. She first brought over some warm bread and butter and our drinks.<br>Food tasted great and the dessert was unexpectedly yummy.

A classic American steakhouse, spacious and comfortable. The bread before the meal was really good. The steak was a little over-charred, but nothing too serious, and the grilled corn that came with it was delicious. The lamb chops were decent too, though the brussels sprouts were definitely a bit too burnt. Despite a few small flaws, considering the price, they’ve done a great job overall. Plus, I ran into a really friendly server, which made the whole experience even better
