This place was highly recommended by family and friends and I'm so glad we were able to squeeze this into our last night in NYC. When we arrived, the end of the line was near the entrance, which seemed much shorter than normal. We waited around 30-40 minutes from waiting in line to securing the goods. Honestly, their pizza was very good, but their famous fig jam pizza was spectacular. It was my partner's favorite slice we had for the entire trip. We were honestly so shocked at how good it was and was a bit sad to have tried it on our last night in the city. We are really looking forward to going back, just for that slice!

L'industrie Pizzeria - West Village was absolutely outstanding 🍕✨ The pizza was super, super delicious - honestly incredible. The atmosphere was really cool and laid-back, even though it was very busy, which somehow just added to the vibe.

We were lucky enough to get a spot at the counter/bar area, which made it even more fun to enjoy the slices right there in the moment.

We tried three different slices: White Slice, New Yorker Slice, and Spicy Salami Slice - all of them were amazing and full of flavor.

The quality is really high, and the prices felt fair for the size and quality of the slices. Overall, a super cool spot with great energy and definitely a place I would highly recommend if you’re in NYC!

I tried to come here the last time I was in NY but the line was crazy - this time we hit the restaurant right at 2pm and the line was pretty short. The pizza was great - I got the prosciutto burrata and the spicy salami slices, they had a crispy thin base with a chewy crust. Highly recommend!

We went early evening on a Tuesday and it was fairly busy but well worth the wait and the line moved fast (we waited about 15 minutes). Every slice was delicious and by far the best pizza I had in my visit to NYC, where I tried 4 other joints. The burrata was insane, and the beef pepperoni was really awesome.

May 2026:
Stopped by for lunch and tried the fig jam and bacon 🥓 pizza and the l'industrie pizza.

Both were very tasty 😋. I'd come back again for more of the fig jam and bacon 🥓 slices!

Place is small. Only have countertop areas to stand and enjoy your slices.

Overall, great place to grab some delicious pizza 🍕!

Burrata slice 4/5⭐️

A great classic New York style thin slice with a crispy crust. It’s a bit light on the cheese, but the burrata makes up for that a bit.

The line will most likely be long, but honestly they’re very efficient with taking orders. I didn’t have to wait as long as I thought (maybe 15 min for 20ish people in front of me).

They have red pepper flakes and hot honey for self-service where you pick up your order.

Only standing room. I went on a weekend afternoon and inside was full, so be prepared to take it outside to eat.

This was the second time we've eaten in L’industrie Pizzeria - the first time was on their Brooklyn shop, and this visit in their West Village shop definitely didn't disappoint!

We came here especially to have their amazing fig jam & bacon pizza, and it was just as excellent as we had it on the first time.
The sweetness of the fig jam along with the crispiness of the bacon and the stretchy cheese create altogether the perfect bite, one that you just want to keep coming back to.

Apart from the delicious pizza, the staff here is absolutely the kindest, and the vibe inside the shop feels like a party, in the best way possible.

This is by far one of the best pizza slices you can find in New York, so if you're a pizza lover, I'd highly recommend to not miss out on this amazing place!

If you’re in NYC and craving pizza with real character, L’Industrie absolutely delivers. The crust strikes that perfect balance—crispy on the outside, airy and light on the inside—with just the right chew. You can tell they pay attention to every detail, from the quality of the dough to the freshness of the toppings.

The burrata slice is a standout—rich, creamy, and indulgent without feeling heavy. Their classic slices are just as impressive, with a depth of flavor that makes even a simple cheese slice memorable. The ingredients taste fresh and thoughtfully sourced, which really sets them apart.

The vibe is casual but lively, and even when there’s a line, it moves quickly and is 100% worth the wait. Whether you’re a serious pizza lover or just looking for a great bite in the city, L’Industrie is one of those spots you’ll keep coming back to.

Literally the best pizza in town, I'm so happy that they also now have a location in West Village. My favorite is the L'Industrie Slice. And yes, there is always a line, but it goes by super fast as the people work very efficiently. Can only recommend!

I’m going to keep it real I in this review. Yes, this is a popular and busy spot, yes there will most likely be a line. But if you have time to wait, the line goes by pretty fast and the food is very much worth it.
Yesterday my partner and I started off in the back of the line — we were all the way nearly at the end of the street — but I’d say we got into the restaurant in about 10-15 minutes. The staff were funny and charismatic, and definitely knew what they were doing. You can watch their whole system for making pizza as there is viewing access into their kitchen, which was pretty cool.
My partner and I each got a pesto sausage slice, as well as one burrata and one volcano (burrata and pastrami). This pizza was hands down some of the most authentic NY/Italian tasting pizza I’ve had. Very good flavor, fresh ingredients and all around fun atmosphere. We went in during prime time it seemed (we went around 2-2:30pm), but we were still able to get a table to eat at.
Highly recommend, despite the wait!

The second NYC location in the west village giving old neighborhood spots like John's & Joe's a run for their money with fresh ingredients, modern toppings sauces and baked to crispy finish on order. The lines are not down the block anymore unlike when first opened, but tables are still hard to come by.

Fig & bacon slice still a fave with spicy salami & margherita solid options. Don't miss out on the dessert options and massive sandwiches.

OMG, I can honestly write so much good about this place. I’ve never had a better pizza in my life! The crust is perfectly crispy yet light, and the flavors are so rich and well balanced that every bite feels thoughtfully made. You can really tell how much care goes into the food.
On top of that, the servers are incredibly kind and warm, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places that leaves you smiling long after the meal is over.
A must must try if you’re in NYC, absolutely worth it 🍕

We were told there would be a wait and that it was worth it. We stood in line about 45 mins and I would have to say it was worth it. Very good pizzas. We tried 4 different slices and liked them all. Pro Tip: take your slices to go and go next door to the brewery where you can enjoy your slices if you order a drink.

It’s worth the hype & wait!
Arrived half hour before opening and the line was already 20-30 deep. By opening it had more than doubled.
Talking to people in line they assured me it was worth the wait.
At opening, menus were handed out in line.
I opted for the Burrata and Tartufo.
The Burrata is a red sauce Margherita with burrata added. I ate this first.
Wow, thin, crispy and amazing flavours.
The Tartufo is white base, with four cheese, mushroom and truffle oil. 👌🏻Again amazing.
Great balance of flavours.
Limited spaces to stand and eat, however people do flow through quickly.
This place lives up to the hype!
A must visit.

Best slices I had while visiting NYC, the hype was real. Thin, crunchy, delicious sauce, and fresh burrata. My favorite was the fig jam & bacon, it was very unique and it might be your style if you like sweet and creamy pizzas. The burrata just as good, what you would expect of a great slice with fresh and rich burrata on top. The vibes inside were great as well, very friendly service and it’s cool to see the kitchen in action. Definitely add this to your list for pizza.
