The live singer was talented, but the music volume was uncomfortably loud throughout the experience. It became difficult to enjoy the meal because the sound level caused a headache and physically hurt my ears. Lowering the volume slightly would make the atmosphere much more enjoyable and comfortable for guests.

Food is delicious for sure. My issue is with the check that despite including the 20% tip for a table of 2, the bottom of the receipt suggests tips that IF added to the TOTAL would have you paying (my case) a 40% tip which is outrageous. This deceptive type of practice is not just wrong but a turnoff.
Beware when checking out.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Ecuadorian restaurant, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! I started with the seafood marinade soup with peanut sauce, “OMG”, it was to LIVE for! The rich, savory flavors were simply heavenly. EL DIABLO!

My daughter had the fried chicken breast, which had a delightful hint of lime that elevated the dish to new heights. We also ordered crab ceviche to go, and I couldn’t resist tasting it in the car. Honestly, it was so incredible that I wish I could take the entire restaurant home with me.

The customer service was top notch, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would, because 5 just isn’t enough! Highly recommend!

We traveled for 30 minutes to dine at this establishment based on the recommendation of a colleague. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of the food and will likely return in the future.

The dishes we ordered were all satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the carne asada and sampled the ceviche. My companions also expressed contentment with their respective meals. The portions were generous.

The service was generally satisfactory. Despite the establishment being quite busy, we only had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive for the most part, although we did have to remind her a couple of times about a few requests. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, with the exception of my dish, which was served approximately 10 minutes after everyone else's.

The atmosphere was pleasant, with moderate noise levels and adequate lighting. The music selection was enjoyable and created a lively ambiance. The seating area where we were situated was somewhat cramped, but there appeared to be more spacious seating in the rear of the establishment.

Upon receiving the bill, I noticed a 20% service charge had been added. I must admit that I have not encountered such a charge previously. Initially, I assumed it was a gratuity, but I later learned that this may not necessarily be the case. While I appreciate the service provided, I am unable to afford an additional 20% gratuity on top of the service charge.

This place brought me back to a place that i used to eat growing up in Ecuador, i had the caldo de salchicha (Blood sausage soup) and it was AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and they were always passing by the table to make sure we were taken care of. I also love the fact that they have Ecuadorian beer, cant wait to come back and try more stuff. Highly recommended!!!

The spread was awesome, we had never had Columbian food before but it was quite good, it tastes familiar in a way that a lot of different cuisines don't (try the chicken Empanada and you'll see what I mean). The food was well cooked and beautifully presented, from my Ohio perspective I initially thought it was pricey but when you see all of the components you get with each entree it actually seems like they might be under charging (you're easily getting two meals out of at least the dishes we got assuming you try appetizers). There is also some very unusual looking flavor combos such as a tuna stuffed pastry with a peanut sauce on it that sounds like it shouldn't be good but was actually quite delicious and addicting.

Atomosphere was casual on a Tuesday afternoon for an early dinner. That said I could see getting dressed up and rolling in on a Friday evening as well. Very nice bar area.

Service was great, she was very dilligent about making sure none of us had any allergies which was very nice even though none of us did.

One of us also forgot our card at the table and the waitress/bartender chased us almost 2 blocks to get it back to us which is honestly insane imo.

Will definitely be back when we come to visit again to try something else off their menu.

The food was good, the service on the other hand needs to improve, too slow and it was not a busy day l would recommend the food, and the place's presentation I traveled from NY to NJ, one and a half hour because it came highly recommended
