The venue is awesome. The owner Ray is awesome. Management is a complete waste of time. How is management walking around getting high? I understand wheat is legal, but not while you are at work. I don't care what kind of job you have. I don't care what your clients do. Your working also, there's a little girl there. Our name is Nicole.
See, what's management perceives subpar at best. Because of Ray, it gets 3 stars because of the little girl. It does not get 5 stars.

First time I had been to the venue, and I thought it was pretty dope. The staff moved everyone in and out quickly, the lay out gives you plenty of room, the sound system was good. The neighborhood is awesome also.
PROS:
Great Location, food around easy access, a deli literally in front, lockers, nice smoke area it has everything a Brooklyn venue should have when it comes to location.

Stage/management, everything is well thought, bathroom as soon as you walk in, different ways to go to the main stage, everything clean.

CONS:
Mixology, you don’t speak much out a Brooklyn venue as huge as this, but you expect at list a mid customer service. Rude bartenders making drinks like vodka is the cure for cancer. 65$ for two drinks it’s crazy.
Amazing venue with great lighting and sound system. Very large venue with most of it being the main dance floor and a few large areas in the back and off to the side. I went to a techno/Rave event and the artists were extremely impressive. If you get a chance to attend an event here, I would highly recommend it.
My favorite venue other than brooklyn storehouse in nyc hands down. immaculate vibes, and a lot of great memories!
Venue itself is always fantastic, but the entrance experience is rough. Great door staff, great security, but a giant series of hard to use lockers instead of coat check. Not a very streamlined or fun way to start a night of dancing.
$15 lockers
$30 drinks
Poor air circulation
One main dance floor, one tiny room with other music.
The best NYC has to offer
Went to see Interplanetary Criminal here. Venue is amazing -- the warehouse vibe is something that I missed. It reminded me of Fabric in London. The drinks are around $25 for a double, which is not too shabby. If you get to sneak to the outside area, it's super well laid out and beautiful. They have lockers available for $12 before you enter to keep your stuff safe.
I just hit a techno party at the Venue Center headlining 9999999 and this place is the real deal. High ceilings, clean layout, and a sound system that is clearly tuned by professionals. Coming from the underground warehouse scene in LA and San Francisco, this felt almost like a luxury. No sketchy acoustics, no blown out highs, just pure balanced sound that let you dance for hours without feeling like your ears were getting punished.

The space itself is massive. Plenty of room to move, breathe, and actually dance. As someone who has been in packed West Coast venues where the crowd gets squeezed and the air gets thick, this was a whole different experience. And there was no condensation dripping from the ceiling like those summer warehouse nights in LA. I am honestly glad I got to experience this spot. For large scale techno events, this is one of the best venues I have been to.
ID required, if not local, bring your passport!

We saw disclosure play and they absolutely smashed it! The bars are quick to serve and the layout is easy to work out. Water available from fountains. Can stand behind the DJ on the stage if you choose! Plenty of space and we saw access for disabled. Bit of a trip to get out to.
Very quick entry when coming at 10:30 for a 10 show. Great surrounding outdoor area to hang for a break. Lots of space to move around and easy access to bars. Parking was ok but we got there early. Bathrooms are mixed gender but lines move fast. Cool quiet bar area behind the back of the crowd too.

Avant Gardner has better screen at mirage (RIP) and food available which this place doesn’t have but otherwise I’d rather go here.
Love this venue, the acoustics the gender inclusive bathrooms, efficient security team, and free water access. The programming is amazing too. My favorite concert venue
Very cool venue with an indoor and outdoor stage. Great light system. Very well thought out logistically. Several bars and very reasonably priced drinks. Sound system is excellent - there was another show going on while we were there and there wasn't any sound bleed.
My friend and I were at Knockdown center last night for the OKLou concert and had a fantastic experience. We wanted to shout out some employees that made our experience especially seamless, fun, & safe. First, Chris who was working security at one of the doors was incredibly friendly & helpful since it was our first time at the venue. We hope he is recognized for his great work! Next, both Nathan and Marcus at the bar had amazing energy— nice, fun, & supportive to our libations needs. We really loved our interactions with all 3 employees and want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve! Thank you so much! Also the crowd and fans were fantastic vibes!!
Attended the John Carpenter show 10/10/25. The show itself was amazing, great sound quality and the atmosphere of the building was very cool. The security and ticket scanning process were fairly smooth and quick. I wish the stage were a little taller, but such is the trial of a short person.
My only complaints are with the information for shows available on the website and app. There was no information about what types of bags were permitted, and when I emailed the staff I didn’t receive a reply. The answer is: your purse is probably fine. There’s no clear bag policy, and I couldn’t determine a size policy. I brought a fairly sizable backpack purse and had no problem.
The website also only stated that the event started at 7. The ticket in the app clarified that doors opened at 7, but didn’t provide a start time for the show. The show didn’t start until 9, and as someone with chronic pain, I’d have liked to have had that information to plan my arrival accordingly to make the event most comfortable for me.
