Key Food Supermarkets

There needs to be some kind of management on the floor. The young female cashiers are always screaming, gossiping, and yelling obscenities. I can’t believe how unprofessional they act in front of customers. The way they speak in front of elderly customers is especially disgusting. Doesn’t this location have any upper management to oversee this insane behavior? This location should hire some cashiers who are capable of acting normal in public

They do a poor job managing sales. At least 1/3 of the time they fail to register a sale item as it is marked on the shelf. I always feel like I'm being ripped off here.

I don’t care for having to check your bags in. This is the only supermarket I know that does that. I’ll shop somewhere else that doesn’t give customers a hard time. And for context I just came back from shopping at the mall so would you hand in yours? Probably not. And if the owners care to read reviews you should trust your customers.

The employees are incredibly sweet people. Shout out to the girls who greet in the front, to security for keeping things safe, and the deli dept.!

The fruits and vegetables are subpar but their meats are good.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this key food location. I purchased a drink (similar to a creamer) on 1/10/26 and returned the very next day, 1/11/26, to exchange or return it. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt.<br><br>I asked if the transaction could be looked up from the previous day, or by using the card I paid with, and was told no to every option. There was no attempt to help or offer an alternative solution-just a flat refusal. The interaction felt dismissive, and there was no sense of care or effort toward customer service.<br><br>I understand store policies, but the way the situation was handled made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. overall, it felt like no-one was willing to help, which was very disappointing.

I was NOT impressed by the products inside this establishment. From the outside, it looks amazing. Once you come inside the store has nothing healthy to purchase. Just another store with low grade food.

By far the best selections I have ever experienced from all Key Food I have been too. Will be returning to this location more often and recommend it to others as well. Thank you for always maintaining the stores image clean and very welcoming!

I am so upset about not being able to get the digital coupons ….All because the administration of this location is not following through. I have filled out 5-6 of the applications and nothing happens! My card doesn’t get registered. They must toss my forms in the garbage!! I miss all the digital sales because of this! Also this is happening to my friend she also isn’t get the digital sales. Very upsetting!!

The produce and butcher/meat areas offer good quality items and a wide selection (Stop & Shop doesn't carry Culantro, but they do). However, the cashiers/etc are kinda condescending, and there's no realistic Incentive/rewards program (they periodically offer like 5-10% off a future purchase if u spend like $300+ over a pd of time...but it's only like 2-3x per year). It's great for a local Supermarket, as the quality is above other local spots. However, I like getting an Incentive for my purchase.

I wanted to give it 3 stars but I gave it 4 because of its meat selection. The beef, chicken and pork products are pretty good. The prices of the meat are reasonable and they are very good quality. I don’t buy much else here, I usually do large shopping trips at ShopRite cause the prices are much better. Some of the regular stuff I buy is priced significantly higher at this store. The produce is pretty good also. You can get some good sales. Their selection of coffee is small and lacking. They try to fit a lot of products in the store. Also, they follow you around until they know you are not stealing. You have to check your bags and their security can be aggressive.

Good variety of products. But the main reason for my 5 Stars, was the Cashier Ms. Rosa. She has Great Customer Service Skills.<br><br>However a Supermarket should have a good smell.<br><br>In that section of the Supermarket is a BAD SMELL. Conveniently located and my go to supermarket. I love all of the fresh produce and the deli section. Only crowded during holiday shopping times otherwise a very nice shopping experience and no long lines. I'm moving soon and I hope I will be near a nice supermarket such as this one.

Spacious grocery store with all the essentials and then some! Love the variety of healthy beverages, bakery, and deli section. Also bless for carrying my favorite brand of kombucha❤️ Will definitely be back!

I've been to Key Foods here many times here at Westchester. Today all the lines were extremely long. Customer's were upset, and complaining. But over all good!
