Chang and Anya took great care of me last Sunday. It was my third attempt of getting in and it was well worth the wait. The food was magnificent. Rich, bur delicate flavors in each dish. I will definitely be back and need to bring my sisters! Also love that their logo is an octopus 🐙💕

Cozy Korean restaurant in Greenwich with patient and cheerful staff, serving up some delicious toro ssambap. Decadent and fun to assemble, it's toro loaded up with scrambled egg and a healthy portion of caviar. Probably the best thing on the menu and their signature dish. At Jeju noodle bar, you're better off with their raw/seafood dishes. The noodles are decent, but nothing to write home about and pricey for what it is. The family ramyun broth isn't as rich and more on the porky side, the lamb jajangmyun is more of a Sichuan mala taste and little overbearing rather than the usual sauce. The chicken sando, a current special, is just ok. It's a sandwich in burger shaped form, rather than the Wagyu sando shape you'd expect. Reservations can be hard to score, but set alerts in rest and something will pop up!

Jeju Noodle Bar is our top 2 favorite place in NYC. It's hard to get reservations but the wait is always worth it. The food is always amazing and the service is friendly and tentative. Our favorite dishes to get are torossambap and wagyu Ramen. This time, we tried the trout and that was amazing as well. I honestly don't have enough praise for this place. We hope to come back soon!

The effort and thought that goes into the food and service here, creates an unforgettable dining experience that I think about often when I am away. ORDER WHATEVER YOU WANT. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG. Throw a dart, or please your heart’s desire. I was lucky enough to have dined here within the first year this restaurant opened. Just as impressive today. The people who make this work, in front and in back, are 💯 🔥. ❤️🙏

Maybe bc i heard so many good things about jeju noodle bar my expectations were quite high. I’d def come back for the toro ssam bap and order one for myself!!! Each bite was divine and I genuinely got sad as the dish was being finished. Super flavorful, each bite was literally perfection.

Mushroom ramyun was good during the first few bites, but it started to get rlly salty. The lime does help lessen the saltiness, but each bite did seem to progressively get saltier. It came with a lot of mushrooms and different varieties as well which I rlly liked! The thin noodles were also cooked nicely.

Lobster ramyun was also rlly delicious during the first few bites, but got progressively got saltier and heavier. The sauce is almost like a bisque, but with a slight kick which I quite enjoyed. Noodles were cooked to perfection, a lil thicker cut, and nice and chewy!

The toro ssam bap was definitely the highlight and michelin1 worthy. The other dishes were still delicious but i did find myself continuously drinking water after each bite. Service was ofc excellent and thorough.

Been here twice now and I have loved every single dish coming here. This time we got the lobster ramyun, truffle scallop, chicken sandwich (seasonal) and the must have toro ssambap. Everything was a flavor town so yummy

The Toro Saam Bap is certainly the best of the three things we tried. The lobster noodles are great but nothing unique for south East Asian flavors however they’re incredible generous with the amount of lobster meat (A+ for noodle texture). The wagyu ramen is good but nothing to write home about. Not sure if I’d return - it’s packed from the moment you enter but generally speaking the staff was very accommodating.

Only giving one star because the servers were good.

The ramen broth was extremely salty and basically inedible… both bowls we ordered were off the charts salty and hard to finish.

At least the appetizers were better than the entrees. We ordered the toro ssam bap with Uni and fluke Hwe, food quality is good.

Not worth the time. Won’t be coming back.

Walked in right when they opened and put myself in the waitlist. Fifteen minutes later, I got a text saying a table was available.

The space is intimate and feels special. But to be quite frank, the food is good but not sure if it’s Michelin star good. The appetizers were quite delicious, namely the toro ssam bap and the amberjack. Prior to my visit, I heard mixed comments about the noodles. You’d expect Jeju Noodle Bar to have standout noodles, but in my opinion, they were the most lacking dish of the night. The flavor of the Wagyu Ramyun felt very one-dimensional and lacked the kind of quality I was hoping for. Overall, worth a visit but hope the quality of the noodles improves.

Have been trying for a while to get a reservation here, and let me tell you it was worth the wait! The staff is so friendly, especially our server Chang. The ambiance is a great vibe for a friends night out or date night, the space itself is nicely decorated with space between tables not too crowded and a bar area as well. The food was amazing. We got the lobster myun, toro ssam bap, civiche, and ribs. The noodles with the lobster were perfectly cooked and so flavorful. The civiche was so delicious, exploding with flavors! The ribs, fell off the bone— enough said. Overall, this experience was amazing and would 100% be coming back here. Thank you Jeju and thank you Chang for such great service!

We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the lobster ramen, spicy pork ramen, and fluke (pictured). Special chicken sandwich is a must as well. The flavors in each dish were so unique and blend so well together. Also, we cannot say enough good things about our waiter, Kai. He was not only knowledgeable and attentive, but it was a pleasure to chat and get to know more about the restaurant and himself. Can’t wait to go back.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected a Michelin Ramen restaurant to be as impressive, decadent, and overall as incredible as this meal was. The food, service, and ambiance were all 12/10. Patrick and Jason ensured our experience was one to dream about! The wine pairing with our courses didn’t skip a beat. Don’t sleep on the toro appetizer, truffle scallop, fried chicken and waygyu and lobster ramen! Can’t wait to come back!

Jeju Noodle Bar delivers an exceptional dining experience that perfectly balances comfort and sophistication. The wagyu ramen stands out with its deeply rich, umami-packed broth that feels both indulgent and refined. The toro spam bap is a creative twist that hits all the right notes—silky, savory, and perfectly balanced. The lobster myun is another highlight, offering layers of flavor that showcase both technique and quality ingredients. Beyond the food, the service is warm and attentive without feeling overbearing, and the ambiance is modern yet inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed but memorable meal. Overall, Jeju Noodle Bar more than lives up to its reputation. P.S. their merch was really cute but we were bummed to find out they were not for sale :-(. We will be back!

I must say for a Michelin restaurant the price was so decent. Especially they shave lots of truffles on the scallops dish that’s so tasty. And some caviar dishes they serve a good amount of caviar as well. We love all of the dishes that we ordered lol. We made rsvp so we got in with no wait. Rsvp totally recommended since they can get booked up. It was a walking distance from our hotel. A little less than a mile. So wasn’t bad at all. Our waiter Drew was very nice to us. He came around checked on us quite often. If I ever come back to NY again I totally would come back
