This is the worse Jamaican food I ever had. Using sugar to cook a savory meal is unacceptable. Why are you trying to get people sick. Please stop using sugar, that’s all I could taste

I usually come here for the food and I always get a Ting. The other day, I was told the Ting now only comes with a combo meal, which is 2 beef patties and a drink for $10. Cool, no problem.

So today I came in and specifically ordered the combo while pointing directly at the sign. When I got to the register, I handed the cashier $20 and she gave me back $12. I asked if she got the Ting and instead of simply fixing it, she responds with a attitude and started making a scene saying “oh you should’ve told me you want the Ting instead of waiting to pay now you don’t get the drink.

That made no sense considering I literally pointed at the combo sign and was clearly paying for the drink either way. It wasn’t about the money or drink, it was the unnecessary attitude and poor customer service over a simple misunderstanding. A quick “oh okay, I’ll add it” would’ve been enough.

Food is decent, but customer service like that definitely makes people not want to come back and after that I’ll definitely be one of them smfh do better
Food used to be very good but now the food is very salty especially the stew peas they need to put less salt on their food and especially the pigtail. You have to boil it over and over get out the salt.
If you order online! Prepare to be disappointed! They totally disregard your instructions and do whatever they feel like. I ordered a variety of dishes and asked for the contents to be served separately! It was as if I never "spoken" at all. This is the 2nd time! On Uber Eats!!
I would see this place jam packed while driving by with cars double parked everywhere. I figured that meant the food is good…nope! I got a curry and jerk chicken patty, both were flavorless. Right now, I’m currently sick from the food I ordered. I am 100% never coming back here
Food was really good and they were playing some banger holy music lol.
It took really long to process my order, basically this lady skipped ahead of me on paying and took so long.
Neighborhood feels sketchy with some guy asking for money right outside the store.
Near the Tesla chargers which makes it convenient to go to as an EV driver.
Will come back if I can.
I’ve stopped here many times when visiting family in New York, so this visit was really disappointing. My family and I ordered the patties, and unfortunately they were not good at all and didn’t meet the quality we remembered from past visits. Because of this experience, we don’t plan on returning. Hoping this was just an off day, but it was a big letdown for us.
Food taste HORRIBLE now. And how they give you a plate of rice with damn near no oxtails and no sauce to go over that crap. Food was good before, so we dealt with the attitude but we shouldn't have to. Now service is straight trash. Have to go back to cooking at home.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Jamaican Flavors on Springfield , the food from the restaurant was unacceptable.
I ordered a veggie patty, and it was burnt, rock hard, and tasted like it had been sitting for days. The rice and peas had a strong, old smell, the kind you get when rice is no longer fresh. Because of this, I could not eat the food at all.
What made this experience even more frustrating is that I tried calling the restaurant numerous times to report the issue, and no one answered the phone. There was no way to speak to anyone or get the situation addressed.
Selling food that is clearly not fresh is concerning and feels like a health risk. People can get sick from food like this. I am submitting photos to show the condition of what was sent to me. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from here. You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves for selling trash!
Non authentic taste. I purchase Oxtail and a slice of Jamaican run cake. The Oxtail was taste less. Rum cake saturated with to much essence. Food really poor quality. 🤮🤮🤮
You already know the parking is horrible over there, but it’s just The area. Food is always on point, but I see that the price is definitely went up, but I understand… And I’m thankful for the lady that served me. She was nice and polite.
The food is good. However, the service has gone down. The lines are long at times (which can be understandable) and by the time you get to the window to order your food your met with nasty attitudes. I'm the one paying my money to them and to have a server with an attitude that then doesn't give me the proper portions due to the nasty demeanor is ridiculous! It's not like this all the time but they need to do better PERIOD! The amount of cars that are always dbl parked there the store can afford AC in the place so the workers and customers can both be comfortable.
Great food, but the serving lady was rushing and has zero patience. She made a sour face when I asked her for another spoon. Mind you, I was the only customer in there at 9AM, so why we rushing and being rude??

In terms of the food, I definitely recommend the chicken pattie. Mouthwatering!! Delicious rice and curry chicken too.
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this! I thought it would be greasy but it wasn't at all. Lines can get long at this place with many cars double parked outside so do keep that in mind before going.

Had the meal for two and the combo was tasty and affordable. Jerk Chickennnnnnnn! Mac and Cheeseeeeeeee! Will be going back for a late night meal soon.

The two cake slices I got were moist and just the right portion.

Blue Velvet Cake Slice
Pina Colada Cake Slice
This Jamaican Flavors is the best one hands down!! The service is courteous, friendly and fast. The food was super delicious and mouthwatering 😋. All prices are reasonable. They also have a great selection of desserts as well. Definitely recommend if you've never been here.
