very very impressed with this restaurant i stumbled on! i wanted a place where i could quickly finish up work and grab a bite and a drink and it over-delivered<br><br>the food was so so so good - i can’t find what i had on their menu online, but it was a sandwich-y type thing (look at all the ham in the pic, generous and delicious)<br><br>the balcony upstairs was a nice, calm place to hang out!<br><br>and lastly the service - so so so lovely. you order at a screen and take a number and your items get brought to you. our server was so lovely and then towards the end of the night we ordered some more drinks at the screen that we had to wait a little bit for (no issue at all), but they brought the wine over with some tasty mushroom pizza pieces as an apology. very nice surprise - they really went above and beyond :)<br><br>so yeah - recommend for a casual tasty lunch or if you fancy great light food and drinks!

Stopped by for a cup of coffee before a show and it did not disappoint. Coffee was so delicious I took it BLACK. The gluten-free banana chocolate cake was AMAZING. Reasonable pricing and wonderful ambiance

It was decent. Mostly it’s just convenient to the theater district and it is tastier than the other pizzas places around. Not amazing, but decent.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I waited over 20 minutes for a pasta order that was never even processed by the staff, despite being very clear about what I wanted. Instead of an apology, I was met with excuses and made to feel like the mistake was my fault. There was zero accountability from the staff or the owner. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time."

I usually don’t go out of my way to write negative reviews as I empathize with the establishment but I couldn’t hold back for this one. The portions were tiny and felt frozen (In fact they were frozen). I watched the worker take my pizza out of a freezer and toss it into the oven (in which he missed and I and half of my pizza dropped down onto the metal). The $14 caprese salad was a joke and barely covered 1/3 of the container it was put in. The “truffle” pizza has no essence of truffle flavor at all. The worker who helped me gawked when I asked him what was on the mushroom pizza to which they replied with “uhhhh… I don’t know? Cheese, maybe jalapeños?” Everyone seemed to flock to one worker to help with explanations. I was surprised from the reviews of this restaurant until I realized that each and every one of them were written by workers from the establishment.

Food was delicious I had the Rigatoni Bolognese and Tiramisu. Fast and friendly service, great atmosphere in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come here again.

We were passing by and just stopped in for a cup of coffee. We liked the atmosphere and went back for a second meal. We had pizza, pasta, and fresh juice—we loved everything.The pizza was simply divine. I also really liked the style of the cafe... I highly recommend it.

Tasty Italian food with a variety of options available. Quick service and delivery of food to the table. We decided to get 3 different pizzas and a bowl of Rigatoni Bolognese. Pizzas are all one size. Filling for a single diner or you can split the pizza with another person to share a salad or bowl of pasta. They did not disappoint.

Beautiful location. Worker suggested the Rigatoni Bolognese and it did not disappoint, in fact I would come back again just for that. We also enjoyed the spaghetti genovese, but I preferred the prosciutto pizza slice instead. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean.<br><br>Edit: I came back again and got the Rigatoni Amatriciana and it was stellar! I truly could not tell you which rigatoni I’ve had is better. I brought more family and friends this time around and I think that this is now a New York trip staple!

This is a beautiful place with a wonderful location and interior, and exceptionally delicious food. I’d also like to especially mention how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be coming back again

We were enticed into the beautiful restaurant by our lovely host, Asya, as she served passers-by with freshly baked truffle bread.<br><br>We were also struck by the warmth of the manager who assured us that there would be no cross-contamination in the preparation of the food as he duly recommended pasta dishes that were suitable for vegetarians. Grazie mille!<br><br>Both the mushroom with truffle pasta and the tomato with basil pasta were delicious and extremely filling.<br><br>Our host then recommended the pistachio Tiramisu, which was devoured after a little breather. An inspired choice indeed...Çok teşekkür ederim!<br><br>I'd highly recommend this delightful restaurant with its warm and welcoming staff to anyone who wants to sample authentic Italian food in the heart of Manhattan.

Really enjoyed eating here- I got the burata pizza and orange juice and both was amazing and fresh and made with good quality ingredients. Also the atmosphere and was great too!
