Great place to hang out with friends. The salmon tartare appetizer was the best. Vegan cheesecake is very far from cheesecake 😅

We simply loved it here. Everything and everyone was simply perfect. Industry Kitchen deserves to be much busier than we observed early on a late spring Thursday evening.<br><br>We loved the price fixe option. Portions were really quite adequate; more food and certainly more than we expected with this kind of price promotion.<br><br>New York State on undoubtedly has a bazillion worthy competing restaurants. That said, it would be hard for anyplace to have made us happier.

This restaurant has a great view as it sits right on the river. We had some drinks and pizza for dinner. The pizza was good but nothing outstanding. Our server was a bit too attentive. Asked us 3 times if we were ready to order not even giving us 5 minutes between each time. Like in a hurry to get us in and out of there, although it wasn’t that busy.

Stepping off the Roosevelt Island ferry, this spot feels perfectly placed, like it’s waiting to catch you the moment you arrive. The vibe is instantly inviting, with a breezy, laid-back energy that leans more toward a beachy day-party than a quiet afternoon bite.<br><br>On our visit, the bar was surprisingly empty, and while that gave the staff time to relax into their own conversations, it did slow things down a touch. That said, once we ordered, the food arrived in a flash, piping hot, full of flavor, and clearly made with care.<br><br>There’s an unmistakable nightclub pulse to the place, even in the middle of the day, which gives it a lively edge that might not be for everyone, but it certainly keeps things interesting. When the weather plays along, the outdoor seating is a real highlight, making it an ideal spot to linger, people-watch, and soak in the riverside atmosphere.<br><br>A few service tweaks would elevate it, but overall, it’s a vibrant, well-located spot that delivers where it counts: good food, quick turnaround, and a memorable setting.

An excellent experience from start to finish!<br>We started off with the Mini Lobster Tacos, alongside the Braised Short Rib Bao Buns.<br>We then had a Pizza Each, a Margherita, and a Burrata and Prosciutto. We also had the Grilled Lamb Lollipops, all of which were excellent! You could certainly tell the pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven!<br>We finished off with the Smores Sundae, which we loved, even the Marshmallows had been freshly toasted!<br>A special thank you to Chef Haffmans, and our server, Carlos!

Service was impeccable, went on Valentines Day and we arrived late but they were very accommodating even giving us free drinks, the staff was amazing especially our server/bartender who I believe was named Gio even with being responsible for handling the bar and outside seating was still attentive and has a twin as well who also provides excellent service, I reserved an igloo and the Valentines Day pre-fix menu which was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and for any who is thinking of making the trip to eat there as it definitely worth it. It felt like our Valentines was truly special to them as well.

EMON delivered outstanding tableside hospitality, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. He anticipated needs effortlessly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and memorable. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire dining experience feel seamless and special.<br><br>Davion, the manager, also deserves high praise. His presence added another layer of excellence to the evening. He was personable, gracious, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest felt valued. I gave this restaurant a second chance because two years ago I was very disappointed. This time everything was much better. The service was very good, the food was tasty, but to be honest, I didn't really like the truffle potatoes. So they just took it away. They brought us complimentary cocktails, which were excellent. I don’t remember our server's name, it looks like Iman or Eman, but he was cool and friendly.

This place is a fantastic spot for brunch. You can sit outside in the heated ski chalets, which is a cozy option. We ordered the big breakfast, and braised short ribs eggs benedict. Also had the Atlantic salmon tartare appetizer, which was huge. If you’re able to wait for your brunch meal, you can skip the appetizer because it’ll fill you up. The only downside is that the restaurant automatically charges a 20% tip, which is a bit of a bummer since you don’t have a choice.

From staff to the food. Everything was spot on! The waiter was timely, very informative, and had such a great personality. Kudos to Patrick 👌🏾!!! I also appreciated that our food did not take long to come. The food was quite delightful as well. Will definitely give this place 2 thumbs up 👍🏾 👍🏾.

Excellent! From the appetizers through entrees and desserts all 4 of my party could not stop "mmm-ing" in delight. From squid ink pasta to pizza to ribeye. All perfectly cooked and delicious. And the service was excellent. Friendly, efficient. Definitely worth visiting [often]

We had the most perfect lunch along the Hudson at Industry Kitchen. Sun overhead, breeze off the water, food that made every bite worth it.<br><br>We ordered ahi tuna nachos, a red tuna salad, and salmon over wild rice. The tuna was fresh, clean, beautifully seasoned — not masked by dressings. The nachos had crackle and crunch to balance the softness of the fish. The salmon was cooked to precision, juicy and flavorful, sitting on a hearty nutty base of wild rice that grounded the plate.<br><br>People talk about this place for its waterfront lunch views. Outdoor seating by the river feels like part of the meal itself. Many reviews call industry kitchen a great spot for lunch and drinks by the water, often highlighting how the staff make the experience warm and genuine.<br><br>To me the MVP here is how the setting and the service make everything feel elevated. The water views turn a midday meal into something special, and the team makes you feel like you’re exactly where you belong — relaxed, well‐taken care of, enjoying the pause.<br><br>We’ll absolutely return.

First time here while passing thru.<br><br>Industry Kitchen is an open air (weather permitting) local restaurant by the water. It is friendly, casual and chill. The service was down to earth and friendly. My waitress took the time to explain the menu options to me. She also made several recommendations.<br><br>I tried the grilled lamb lollipops. The food quality appears to be very good as the open kitchen displays care and attention to their craft.<br><br>Depending on how hungry you are… You can go with one or two choices. The portions are not overly large, which is fine.<br><br>Awesome place to try for yourself.

We stopped by for lunch by chance. It was fairly quiet when we arrived, as the restaurant wasn’t too busy. For starters, we had meatballs and potatoes, followed by a tuna Tacos, lobster pasta, and grilled chicken as mains. The food was tasty, though not outstanding compared to other restaurants nearby. The service was attentive and friendly.

Industry Kitchen has amazing views and such a nice vibe being right by the water. It feels really casual and relaxed, which is why I enjoy going there often. The service is always super nice, and their margaritas are a favorite of mine. I really love the lamb meatballs — definitely my go-to dish — though overall I’d recommend this spot more for drinks than food. I’ve tried most of the desserts and wasn’t a big fan, but the atmosphere and location more than make up for it. A waiter suggested I try the quesadillas next time, so that’s on my list. Overall: great drinks, amazing views, friendly service, and the perfect place to enjoy the scenery.
