IHOP

I have had breakfast before at IHop, This day was more than just another day at IHOP at 1001 white plains road. Mrs. Kareesha w was so attentive and friendly with all my needs and I feel as if I was home enjoying a great breakfast with my pastor. Thank you for having such magnificent person working for your company. Her professionalism give me the sense of a manager.<br><br>Thanks again for a great meal.<br><br>Mr. Dexter Campbell

Shanice was our server she was so sweet and very helpful. She checked in on us to make sure everything was well and she helped us in a timely manner.

5/13/26 between 11:50a.m ish and 12ish. I’ve been living around the area and going to ihop longer than the employees been working there. I’m saying that to say I knew where to go for take out. I pulled the door three times. It’s locked, the lights are off, the chairs are up. I went inside the main entrance with my baby to order take out. The hostess decides to walk me and my baby with my stroller out the side door so I can try to open the take out door again after I explained more than once I attempted to open the door. She literally walked us out, held the door open with her foot, then pointed to say” try the door again where you came from” The lights are off and chairs are up. She says”it’s always like that” all I wanted to do was a place an order for me and my baby. Not be excused out the restaurant to try a door just to order? What happened to customer service? I didn’t even get help coming in with my stroller. Then she expected me to go back in. Miss too much was done just to order take out. I won’t ever come back anymore. In a few months there will be new employees as usual. This location isn’t the same. Sadly.

I ordered the Spicy Poblano omelette with fruit salad and a short stack of pancakes. The food was good as per usual. My server didn't harass me while I ate, I was very comfortable.

Kareesha julie gregory<br>My name is the thing I just ran through this restaurant the manager was so nice and so applied and so humble I had to use the restroom I went like three different places I was literally suffering with myself but I really really appreciate who I hope team and I hope a franchise that the let people use restroom and do they have a wonderful wonderful people working out here I have mentioned their name at the top again really really appreciate for your business and having a wonderful employees like these people thank you so much God bless you guys

Shanice was excellent. Very polite, very timely with greeting us soon after we sat down and offered drinks. She brought back our food super quick and was on top of everything.

Mikel’s service was immaculate. Consistently made sure our needs were met even with such a big party we all saw that there was constant care on his end. I would highly recommend coming here again. Thank you again Mikel!

As a veteran, I had a very disappointing experience at IHOP on Veterans Day.<br><br>I went in expecting the advertised Veterans Day meal, which clearly included pancakes. However, I was told by staff that pancakes were not included. What made this worse was the behavior of the manager on duty. It felt like the manager specifically instructed the employee not to offer me pancakes and to steer me away from receiving what was being promoted.<br><br>Instead of feeling appreciated, I felt singled out and dismissed. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the service did not reflect the respect that Veterans Day is supposed to represent.<br><br>Veterans Day promotions should be honored honestly and consistently, not handled in a way that makes veterans feel misled or pushed aside. This experience left a very negative impression.<br>For anyone wondering the Ihop case number is #3484148 it is a 2 year on going case<br><br>UPDATE: I am a veteran and had a very uncomfortable experience at IHOP on Veterans Day. The manager instructed staff not to offer me the pancakes included in the promotion, and I was singled out in the restaurant.<br><br>I reported this the same day and contacted the franchise owner in 2024, but received no response. Since then, I have been bounced back and forth between the franchise owner and corporate with no resolution (Case #3484148).

So I came here with my family because my daughter love ihop, but tonight was a different story. I noticed one waitress working all the tables, my daughter was crying because the food took longer then it would any other time. We ask for refills for the drinks we got 15 minutes before.my daughter got really upset for waiting 15 more minutes.i would make it clear the lady who was working was amazing but two people can't run the whole restaurant<br>One person cleaning. They need to do better.

I usually dont right reviews but ai had to for this one. This place used to be good but now its totally not worth it. This Ihop isn't the same anymore the food is tasteless, they barely understand what you are ordering so your food comes out wrong or some stuff even forgotten. Plus they seated me at at table that has not been wiped clean smh. Never again will I be spending my money here.

I have NEVER been impressed by an IHOP before. The staff was wonderful and incredibly efficient. Empty plates vanished before I could realize it. Everything tasted fantastic. It's like the Chef really cares about cooking, and cooking is their love language.<br><br>Customer Service from Nevaeh top notch. She checked on us often to ensure all was well and answered our questions, ensuring her answers were accurate before stating it as fact.<br><br>It's not a flashy, stylish restaurant, but it is very comfortable, has plenty of room, and all four of us had delicious plates and a great experience.

My son and I have our thing where we go to eat at ihop just us two. We went this one time and it was really quiet and at some point it was just us eating. Our food was so good. Our server Curtis was AMAZING! He was so friendly and did a great job bringing out whatever we asked for, as well as, having a great personality. Good times at ihop👍

Absolutely love this IHOP! My husband and I go here weekly the care. She is a wonderful. We have a great time. The food is always good. The atmosphere is friendly. We are also great tippers that usually helps LOL but please know we tip according to service. So if we overtip which is what my husband usually does. You were a great servant and thank you very much

I love this location better than others. The atmosphere is always chill. The servers are polite, and the food tends to have a better quality to it than other locations. Always the goto with my girls (my daughters) they also love it here .

I’m not a fan of IHOP and after ordering brunch around 1pm it still hasn’t changed my mind. I’ve tried ihop in queens and the bronx and I still don’t like it. I’m def not a fan of their pancakes and I’m just glad that my bacon and sausage were cooked well done. My eggs were cooked correctly and my homefries didn’t come soggy. That’s always a con when ordering breakfast to go. Overall I would def suggest delivery only cause I’ve never been the location.
