I have been coming to IHOP since I was a little girl, sitting across the table from my dad and making memories over breakfast. Years later, I am honored to continue that same tradition with my own son. Through all those years, one person has remained a constant part of those memories Sophia.<br><br>Sophia is more than just a waitress; she feels like family. I have known her for so long that I honestly cannot remember a time she wasn’t there greeting us with her warm smile and kind heart. My son, whom I started bringing to IHOP as a newborn, is now 14 years old. Every time we visit, I request Sophia because no one provides the level of care, patience, and genuine kindness that she does.<br><br>My son is autistic, and Sophia has always treated him with understanding, respect, and compassion. She never makes us feel rushed and always goes out of her way to make sure he feels comfortable and welcomed. Those small acts of kindness mean more than words can express.<br><br>Over the years, Sophia has watched my son grow up, and she has become a cherished part of our family’s story. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Sophia creates an experience that feels like home. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine care for her customers are truly exceptional.<br><br>Thank you, Sophia, for being such a special part of our lives and for helping create memories that my son and I will cherish forever. IHOP is lucky to have someone as wonderful as you.

Alex and Yaz provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their positive attitudes and teamwork created a welcoming atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Always a great experience at this IHOP location! I come on a weekly or Bi-Weekly basis, and the crew always do an amazing job. Cordina knows my exact order better than I do even! 10/10 would always come back!

Sarah, our server, was extremely attentive throughout the meal. She checked in often without being intrusive, ensured our drinks were always filled, and answered all of our questions with a friendly attitude. Her attentiveness really elevated our dining experience and made the evening enjoyable.<br><br>I highly recommend asking for Sarah if you visit. Excellent service like hers makes all the difference!

Every time I come to this ihop I’m impressed. The food is always great and the servers are amazing! I specifically like when I have the server Cordina. She always makes sure she goes above and beyond from personality to professionalism. She’s definitely an asset to the ihop company. Great Job and thank you Cordina.

Every time my mom and I come here we always have a Greta time! We’re always greeted and waited by Sophia who’s so sweet, attentive and caring all around! The staff and team also go out of their way to make sure everyone is doing well weather it is their table or not. My favorite location by far

Food: Through the years iHOP's pancakes although good have decreased in diameter. Where I used to eat 2 of the 3, I ate 2 out of 2 (I had the value meal) which felt like eating one and a half pancakes. The sausages were a bit undercooked. The eggs over medium were very good.<br>Every drink is extremely overpriced so out of principle I drank water. Why should a glass of OJ cost as much as a full container in a grocery store????<br>Service: The service we received was excellent. Our wait person was thoughtful and polite. It was a pleasure to double her tip.

My server, Fianmis did an amazing job as a server even though she said today was her first day. She was very attentive and on top of everything. We would definitely request to have her as our server the next time we visit!

This is my favorite IHOP. The food never disappoints, the restaurant is clean, and the music creates a chill and relaxing vibe. I have to shout out my waitress, Jazzy. She always takes care of me. She remembers my order, brings my food fast and hot, and checks back to make sure I'm good. I appreciate her and all the staff. Blessings and peace.

Came here with my husband and our server was Sarah. She was so attentive and sweet. Beautiful smile and radiant personality! Kiara (I believe she was in training) also attended to us and was very sweet and attentive. Food came out fast and tasted great! Definitely coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. Before arriving, I clearly stated over the phone that my food should not be thrown away, and I was assured it would be held for pickup. Despite that, it was discarded.<br><br>What makes this more frustrating is the lack of communication among staff. I was told my order would be available, only to arrive and find out otherwise. Had I been informed honestly that it was thrown out, I would have understood and simply not made the trip. Instead, I relied on inaccurate information.<br><br>Additionally, witnessing staff retrieve a bag of food from the trash and attempt to pass it off was unacceptable and unsanitary. That alone is deeply concerning.<br><br>A more appropriate resolution would have been offering a credit or asking me to return while the order was remade. Clear communication and accountability would have prevented this entire situation.<br><br>I do want to acknowledge Jasmine and the tall gentleman for providing great service in the past—they’ve made prior visits enjoyable. However, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning.<br><br>As a team, there needs to be better communication and follow-through on commitments made to customers.

Friendly waitstaff! Food was good! Kids get a crayon and a fun activity sheet. Only downside is, only the woman's bathroom has a changing station for diapers... so if you're a dad that wants to take your kids out, better hope you dont need a diaper change!

Very nice, service was great i did go 45 minutes before closing but my food was still fresh and I didn't feel rushed. Love it here

This is my go to after the gym! They know me personally and they always take care of me. It can get a but crowded but the wait time is usually 10-15 minutes. Trust me it's worth it.<br>Staff is great. Food is fantastic. The price is spot on.<br>If you're in the neighborhood stop by, you won't be disappointed.
