IHOP

I decided to go to this Ihop this morning for breakfast. I was extremely disappointed it started with the silverware was dirty with left over food stuck to the butter knife and fork. I was turned off. I honestly wanted to leave at that moment because I ordered the food I decided to stay I showed the waiter the unclean silverware and he offered me a plastic fork which I excepted. When my food arrived I tried the steak tips it was under cook and very tough to eat so I ate what I could and left the rest on the plate. I went to the rest room and it was not clean it had a bad odor. When it was time to leave I decided to tip my waiter because this bad experience was not his fault. I decided I will not be returning to this Ihop again.

This place could diffently use some serious renovation. It lumpy, bumy seats are so uncomfortable. Seating for a group of six left very little elbow room, for comfortable eating. If anyone could answer why the menu offers grits, I'd only been able to make that request and actually receive it in the Bahamas.

Great experience on this busy Saturday! Jacob was attentive and made our experience joyful. The Hostess was great as well! Food: The egg white omelette and protein pancakes were yummm! Would recommend on a weekend !

My waitress was extremely nice and welcoming. She checked in a few times to ensure our needs were met. We really appreciate Dora’s service. Thank you!

I wanted the spicey poblano omelette without the spice or cheese and topped with avocado. I was so hesitant to ask but it was no problem at all :).

This was the worst experience i had at any ihop: The food actually wasn’t bad. But our waitress was extremely dismissive and rude. My family and i normally always come to this location and never have a complaint. She would constantly interrupt us while taking our order and say that we COULD NOT mix pancakes with an omelette or customize a side (which we’ve always done knowing it’s an extra charge). I told her i would pay extra and that’s when she accepted to write down my order the way we wanted it. Once the food was delivered to our table, she would constantly pass us and other colored patrons and go straight to the white patrons and ask them how were they enjoying their food. We didn’t even finish our food. We were so disgusted, we asked for containers to go, paid our bill and left. We will never be coming back to this location.

It was freezing inside this place. They had a whole side they didn't use because it was too cold but ultimately everyone in their had their coats on. The server was attentive and kept checking on us. Utensils weren't the cleanest so I opted for plastic Utensils instead. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting 🫣. I don't think I'll be back again.

I have been coming to this ihop for a little while now and the quality of the food has gone down a lot. I always love when I dine in as the service is great. The waitress/waiters I have had are lovely. But today the food was at its worst. I got 2 over easy eggs, and one of them had no yolk. in the middle of the egg it was just the whites, and they were wet (to be fair they don't cook them for a long time when ordered over easy of course). The bacon was almost a grey color. The hashbrowns were fine but not as good as they used to be. & the pancakes were just fine as well. Super turned off by this unfortunately dont think I’ll come back to this location! I ordered on uber eats for pick up. I have done this before & the food was fine, much better than it was today!

Our server was amazing until we order the bottomless pancake the second time .it took 30 minutes she keep saying the are busy so we understand then the manager came over and adk if we finish eat we can leave because the are busy and all of a sudden our pancake arrived at the table so we left.. if the wanted us to leave to come ask us nicely

Martha was such a delight as my waitress for my friend and I. She had such a sweet, bubbly personality and the cutest makeup on her gorgeous face. Food came out really great. Martha was attentive with us and even gave us a cute lil chat about her life. My friend spoke Spanish with her and it was such a sweet moment to witness! I love a waitress that can make you feel comfortable, share a laugh and loved all at once. This IHOP location definitely beats out the others that are closer to my home just because of the wonderful Martha!! Give her a raise + extra tips during the holidays! 🧡

Fresh food and good kind gesture from the amazing workers. Most importantly i liked was bout the food that has perfect temperature.<br>Keep doing good always.

24 hour spot. Food is good. Service is great. Staff is friendly, and welcoming. My go-to spot!

I love visiting Ihop with fam immediately after morning mass on Sunday’s.<br>Very few places are open especially ones with reasonable food.<br>One thing I can say for them is that they have kept their standards.<br>Yes portion have reduced but we all know that is a global issue.<br>Decent food, clean and family oriented.<br>A must visit if you are visiting the US for the first time.

Not sure if it's just this branch or IHOP as a whole, but this was incredibly lackluster. My eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce looked disgusting and tasted just as bad. Service was relatively slow despite an empty restaurant. I'd skip this place.

I ordered ahead on the IHOP app for pickup before work, I was able to order exactly what I wanted and pick up on time, I’ve always loved coming here, I ordered the bacon omelette And added the avocado for $2.99 I think is reasonable with how much food costs now in days but when I opened my breakfast I was so disgusted at what I saw. My avocado was turned dark I personally would have preferred to be charged extra for a good avocado or explained there were bad before sitting that in top of my meal. My meal was cold, I had ordered the cinnamon dippers with the caramel sauce and it came with a white sauce I’m very disappointed and I would probably never come to this location again.
