Having been to a number of Ihops up and down the east coast, your visit to this Ihop in Jamaica, Queens is not to be missed. The difference is the staff. Everyone from when you enter to when you exit, go out of their way to make you feel like royalty!<br><br>As per the Ihop standards the food is delicious and plentiful. The waitresses and cooks go out of the way to accommodate any changes you'd like. Don't blink your eyes as you'll miss how quickly your drinks are refilled. But the best part ofvl the experience is the atmosphere. Laughter and silliness abound. Its contagious and findvyourself enjoying the experience all the more.

I came here with my family to eat because it had been a long time since we tried IHOP.<br><br>The food was well priced, good portions, and tasted good. The staff were mostly nice especially the older lady and the guy.<br><br>However there were some issues that make me not recommend dining in at this location. First the seating area is small leading to very cramped booth seats. If you are tall or big you will not like sitting here.<br><br>Second I am not sure if the place didn't get cleaned yet at the time we went or if a homeless person had came in earlier but parts of the restaurant did smell like pee. It was not overwhelming to the point I would leave but every now and again you would get a whiff of it where we were sitting.<br><br>Third and most off putting to me was the younger waitress who was nice up until the bill came. I paid and left a 10% tip but she didn't want to accept it and was insisting I give more pointing to the receipt where it SUGGESTS 15% to 25%. I never give that much as a tip for a simple meal or had a waitress act like for a tip. It was not a big party with several courses where she was running back and forth. But I was in a rush and gave her the 15% cause I hadn't been there in years but I definitely won't be back now after that experience.<br><br>If you must eat here I recommend order to go to avoid the waitress and seating.

rain was such a beautiful host and even though it was busy because of the pancake day, she made me feel welcome at my first ever IHOP experience

We couldn't make a decision butbwen we did we had to wait so an hour and our food looked delicious but it was cold I couldn't believe a cold meal they didnt listen to the order so the steak was well done instead of med but cold as well then to get a waiter omg I told 1 waitress to tell our waiter to come and she ignored me so I had to yell out for him ...mind you it wasn't packed....No bueno

Great spot for the classic IHOP experience. Food prepared excellently and service was top notch. Our server was on top of things. He was super friendly. Total was budget friendly, for the two of us with a side around $21.00. We plan to stop again.

January 17 2:17 pm: Calling to place an order and I can hear this lady laughing on the phone. I called twice and twice she hung up on me. I ended up going in to place my order. The place is filthy. Very tight. They were talking and never acknowledged me till I waved at them.

I just called this location a few moments ago and had the pleasure of speaking with Laura. She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I was inquiring about how to place a large order for an upcoming breakfast for my church’s women’s ministry, and she made the process feel so easy.<br><br>Laura is truly a gem, and this location is blessed to have her! I went about 8:45-9pm it was empty but a bit raggedy. It was a few dirty utensils left on our table. Old hot chocolate cups and a fork left with hard residue. The seats next to us was ripped all up. The food was okay. I had better it was a alright experience but probably won’t return

I ordered sirloin steak with eggs but they gave me my order with a piece of plastic cooked in it. The eggs and pancake were old and cold. The workers were dirty and they were not wearing gloves nor hairnets. I want my money back.

Gotta experience the IHOP breakfast if you’re here in the states . Although service and atmosphere is of a deli so rushed and hectic , there food compensates for it. They’re famous for all their items but special mentions would be their buttermilk pancakes . Really tasty, wholesome food and at a great value too !

Food is really good but the servers didn't gave us any ketchup or sauce, they took our order after a long time. They were focused on other tables who were not brown, because they got everything right away. I felt the servers ignored us because we are Bangladeshi and thought we couldn't afford the place... though the servers were working hard I felt ignored.

Fantastic food and service. The lady who served us was very helpful and kind and the food served was filling and tasty. My only negative about this place is that the booth seating was quite small, even for smaller people

One of the Best breakfast experience’s I’ve ever had. Pancakes was delicious, eggs and im fries was the same and the staff checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere was friendly and cleanliness was up to par. Definitely would recommend this I-Hop and would come back for future service

Great service. The waitress Dawn was very friendly and attentive. Always checking on our table and very knowledgeable about the menu.<br>The food is so yummy! And very good portions for what you pay.<br>They offer free refills on sodas which is a plus now days.<br>Will definitely be back
