The food was tasty, the workers were super friendly. We were seated quickly. Our server, Lucy, was so kind so lovely to have. She was quick and attentive!

This is my morning spot - best iHOP on the planet, and I've been to more than a few over the years and across the U.S.<br><br>Service is speedy and friendly. Staff here are literally like family. Yesci, Dora, Estephany, Lucy, Carlos, and Kevin are jewels. Kitchen crew are fabulous - Jose is an artist. Freddy & Julio are experts on the grill. You know the food is good when the staff eats in the establishment.<br><br>The place is very well-managed, and you can tell the working staff are cared-for. All the folks working here have a warm relationship with each other, and it carries over into the whole vibe.<br><br>Come early: no wait and enjoy the jazz/American Songbook soundtrack.<br><br>Great food, great people, great atmosphere. What more could you want?

amazing service!!!! I was very impressed. I normally don’t even write reviews but I’ve never been served at any ihop with such proficiency. It was packed with ppl on a saturday morning but we were seated quickly and the food and bill arrived promptly. Our servers name was Hannah and she was friendly and proficient. All around a very positive experience. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming here since the beginning of our relationship, 11+ years.. More often than not a woman named Dora is our server.. Shes literally the sweetest person to ever wait on us at any restaurant.. She remembers our order every time, even when we haven’t visited in a couple of months.. Shes super polite, friendly and always greets us with a smile..<br>Kudos to Dora!!<br>P.S. I love her blue eye make up..

Had a wonderful experience at IHOP today! Our server, Dora, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, fast, and made sure our coffee refills never ran dry. Excellent service with a smile—thanks, Dora!

We're weekly visitors at the Northern Blvd location & always leave happy! Good food, good prices. Friendly service, too. Dora's great; you don't have to be a regular for her to treat you like one. We like the other staff there, too 🙂

Stopped by IHOP at the Northern Blvd location for breakfast earlier and honestly had a really nice experience. I ordered the pancakes with eggs and hash browns, and everything came out fresh and hot. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, and the hash browns were actually crispy for once. My waitress Dora was really kind and attentive the entire time. She made sure we had refills, checked in without being overbearing, and was just genuinely friendly. Even with the restaurant being pretty busy, the service was still quick. Overall, good food and great customer service, definitely one of the better IHOP visits I’ve had compared to past locations.

Yesterday, my family and I visited IHOP for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. Our server, Gabby, was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. She gave us great recommendations for our order and made sure everything was perfect. We truly appreciate her outstanding service and warm attitude. Thank you, Gabby, for making our first visit so enjoyable — we will definitely be coming back!

I came here on international pancake day, and I guess so did everyone else! The IHOP was packed, but we were still somehow seated very quickly and the service was great. Hats off to the crew for handling this busy day so well, and feeding us! Also, the waitress found that the table next to us left their phone, and she made sure that phone was safe when the person came back. Commendable service and delicious food all around. Thanks IHOP!

We had a great time here. The server was very friendly and attentive. I tipped $10 on a $25 meal because of it. Left the coffee at the table for me. We had the 7 dollar pancake, eggs and bacon special. Great service and atmosphere.

Craved pancakes and they did not disappoint. Fluffy, buttery, and bottomless (ask about bottomless menu). Clean place, very busy, but everything you expect from an Ihop.

I’ve been to this IHOP before, and I have to say — the service has improved a lot since a few years back. This time everything was excellent from start to finish. We went on a Sunday for brunch, and even though the place was packed, we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant looked clean and well-organized; you can even see the kitchen as soon as you walk in, and everything was running smoothly.<br><br>Our server was kind, attentive, and respectful — she really stayed on top of everything. The manager was also visible on the floor helping out and making sure customers were taken care of, which shows great leadership and teamwork.<br><br>The food came out quickly, fresh, and hot — perfectly cooked pancakes, crispy hash browns, and great breakfast combos. Prices were reasonable, and I liked that they don’t automatically include the tip for parties under six, so we could tip extra for the great service.<br><br>Overall, we had a great family brunch — good food, friendly staff, and easy parking.
