Tried this location twice and have been disappointed both times. This location is not open 24 hours as advertised and really doesn’t have a consistent set of hours at all. First time we walked in no one was at the front, we had to call and the “manager” refused to leave whatever location they were at to answer our questions in person, when asked why are they’re advertising “open 24 hours” not only online but also with a bright light at the restaurant itself, she responded that it was “for uber delivery pick up to know they were open” but that was the only option to get food through UberEats, upset after spending money to get there not even an apology we accepted it and left.<br>The second visit we made sure to call before hand to avoid the same issue, we were told that their last seating was at 9:30PM we repeated it back and confirmed. Showed up at 9:15PM the host says “oh the dining area is closed” when confronted with the fact that a call was placed she starts giggling/laughing, had an attitude and was trying to over talk when she provided the erroneous information, the waitress came to the front and then a manger came out who told us “I’ll sit you but you’re going to have to be quick” and said that 24 hours is open for pick up and UberEats, dine in ends at 9:00PM. To top it all off there was a sign on the table advertising happy hour from 4:00PM-10:00PM!<br>This location is all over the place with operation times, on the IHOP website as well as Google shows open 24 hours but the staff are telling guest times at their own convenience as it’s a different answer depending on the person.<br>Horrible experience overall, we stayed because we spend money to go there again hoping that with us calling to verify would not be a repeat of the first time, but it was even worst the host and the manager were rude, not hospitable at all, we felt uncomfortable and feared that our food would be tampered with because of how hostile it felt, the same host was around us slamming things as she was clearing tables. The waitress was lovely and the only one who actually provided decent customer service. But never again.<br>Fix your operational hours and make it clear the different times for different services.
