Elijah was my friend and I’s server and the service was amazing. Our server was Fast paced, considerate and attentive. And the food was great. Great service and I would definitely come again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆<br><br>We had a good breakfast at IHOP. The menu offers plenty of options, making it a great choice for families since everyone can find something they like.<br><br>I especially appreciated that they offer turkey bacon and turkey sausage, which gave us more choices than the typical breakfast menu. The portions were generous, and the prices felt reasonable for the amount of food served.<br><br>The service was excellent, and our food arrived quickly. The coffee was average, but it paired well with breakfast and did the job.<br><br>Overall, a reliable spot for a casual family breakfast with a wide variety of options and good value for money. 🍳☕🥞

The wait was absolutely ridiculous! The ihop was almost empty but it took so long for someone to even get us water! The service was fine once we got our food but it was 30 minutes almost of waiting around and it was so annoying. The ihop on Flatbush is so much better, the food is better and the wait isn’t so unbearable either. I won’t be coming back.

Really enjoyed my visit to IHOP! The food was great from start to finish. The pancakes were soft and perfectly cooked, and the rest of the meal was just as satisfying. Good portions, good flavor, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid breakfast spot!

Went to IHOP today and honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered tasted great and the portions were really good too.<br><br>What made the visit even better was the customer service. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. You can tell they actually care about making customers feel comfortable and taken care of. Even during busy moments, everyone stayed professional and friendly with a positive attitude.<br><br>The restaurant was also very clean and had a nice atmosphere which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s hard to find places nowadays with both great food and genuinely good service, but this IHOP definitely delivered on both.<br><br>Big thank you to the whole team for making the visit such a good one. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good meal and excellent service.

If this place played more of coffee soothing music and no noisey customers, It would’ve been a 4 star. Lawerence location need to teach them a few tricks to make this ihop more comfy. Salmon and Mash was okay tho. Waitress was nice. It’s just the music type and the customers that made it uncomfortable.

This particular location (downtown brooklyn) has the worst service. When you arrive, be prepared to wait 20 minutes before being acknowledged, let alone seated. The staff seem like they try to avoid providing service. There were gnats circling the food the entire time. I've given this location a lot of chances but I'm not going back after today. They really need to tighten up!

Read the reviews before visiting and was legit scared. My daughter and I did not want to travel aaalll the way back to the IHOP on Staten Island so we gave it a chance. I mean it is IHOP, not a fancy 5 star fine dining.<br><br>Walked into a huge space that was nearly empty. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to my table. Okay so far so good. Saw the waitress sitting down eating. That was a first for me. "Hey you're in brooklyn", I had to remind myself. I work in Hotels so I know what good service should be. I should not expect better.<br><br>Waitress finally came after like 15-20 minutes. She was just "blah". No smile, no enthusiasm, just there to collect a check. My daughter and I already knew what we wanted so ordering was easy and fast.<br><br>She did mess the order up when it came but she fixed it quickly. The food was really good like I always expect IHOP to be. It wasn't my best IHOP experience but my belly was full at the end.<br><br>Just don't go in expecting great service from the waitresses. Just be cordial, get your food, tip them and be out. Don't expect great service because most likely they are not getting proper training from management. I will never fault the workers. Management needs to be re trained themselves.

Well I went here for free pancakes and it was a disaster in customer service. The staff were rude and unattentive. There were 8 of us we came for pancakes and soft drinks. We only got pancakes because they refused to come over and serve us anything else. They gave us the option of here for the pancakes or other food. I said both. I had a group of people with disabilities and this is definitely not the way to treat them. I witnessed a service getting loud and disrespectful towards another guest because they wanted to order more stuff besides the pancakes. But the guy w as s annoyed because he got sat in the no wait staff area. No wait staff area your a restaurant, u should hope people order stuff.<br><br>You guys need some serious customer service training.

I stopped by this location on 2/27 i wanted to eat with my pregnant fiancé, we were waiting for about 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us and the server was rude and didnt want to seat us and said that she was tired and that she was about to finish her shift and that the next person was changing their clothes and getting ready for their shift. I walked out and I will never return to this location based on the rudeness of the server. I bet the food is good but the customer service is atrocious

The first time we went it was great service food was amazing. The second time the service was a lot slower and food seemed to take ages to come out even though it didn't seem that busy.

The iHOP i was used to has changed. The food was okay. The service was actually very mediocre, with the waitress not even coming to the table for at least 15 min and then after taking and delivering tge order never returned. Gratituity was automatic with 5 people, always thought it was 6 so I guess no incentive to put the smiles or work. Also the menu items showed photos which are totally inaccurate in many cases, items showing buns or hashbrowns yet were actually not part of the ordered item. Last time will be going to iHOP as I will be hopping to other establishments.

I came in today with my husband and the service was awful.<br><br>First, when we asked for a table for two, we were told told to wait 15 minutes. I thought it was weird since there was a ton of open seats. Then, recalling my own experiences working in retail, I realized that they were probably short staffed - it happens - so decided it was fine to wait.<br><br>Eventually we're taken to a booth and I noticed this red lip sticky mark on the table. I look for napkins to clean it off and I don't see any on the table. About five to eight minutes later, our waitress Rebecca comes over and ask for drinks. We'd been to IHop before so we order our food and drinks (coffee and water). I asked her if she could bring napkins which she said she would.<br><br>We wait for roughly ten minutes before the coffee shows up. She comes back and with a tray of drinks. She set it on the table across from ours and grabs the sugar from that table to bring over to ours (odd seeing as we had sugar on our table). She gave us our coffee, creamer, and the cup came with a spoon but without a napkins to put it on. I asked again for napkins and she kindly agreed to bring them.<br><br>I then wait a good minute without seeing the waitress. As the host came by to sit other people, I asked for napkins seeing as there was a spot on the table not cleaned and I wanted to clean crystals of sugar I dropped while prepping my coffee.<br><br>Eventually Rebecca returns with our food and finally napkins then walks away. Finally able to clean my place, I was relieved. But then my husband and I realized we didn't have silverware. On top of that, there was no salt and pepper on the table too (which is abnormal). We immediately called to her asking for these and she brought them.<br><br>I've been to this IHop location plenty of times and never, never has the service been this slow or bad. The tables weren't clean, we weren't provided silverware to eat our food upon delivery, and the table setting didn't have BASIC ESSENTIALS (salt, pepper, and napkins). And the service was painfully slow so asking for a basic thing took forever.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was plentiful, it wasn’t quite what I expected. They serve huge pancakes—almost too big to finish! Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the friendliest, which didn’t help the experience. Overall, there was just too much food, and it was a bit overwhelming. Would I go back? Probably not.

⭐️⭐️<br><br>After a long day of shopping, my family and I decided to stop by the IHOP in downtown Brooklyn. Initially, we were unsure if it was open due to the dim lights and the scaffolding outside. The host was welcoming and quickly seated us, but the atmosphere felt a bit unsettling with the empty front section and wet floors from mopping.<br><br>Our waitress, Lataysha (though I’m not 100% sure about her name), unfortunately, did not make the experience any better. She approached our table but didn’t say much—just stood there, which felt awkward. When we greeted her, there was no acknowledgment. We ordered two burgers with pancakes, but when it came to drinks, her correction about the “fake Sprite” was delivered in a harsh tone.<br><br>We were really unhappy with the service, but the food was great thanks to the chef. Sadly, no thanks to the waitress, we won’t be returning to this location. I hope they can work on these issues in the future.
