⭐️⭐️

After a long day of shopping, my family and I decided to stop by the IHOP in downtown Brooklyn. Initially, we were unsure if it was open due to the dim lights and the scaffolding outside. The host was welcoming and quickly seated us, but the atmosphere felt a bit unsettling with the empty front section and wet floors from mopping.

Our waitress, Lataysha (though I’m not 100% sure about her name), unfortunately, did not make the experience any better. She approached our table but didn’t say much—just stood there, which felt awkward. When we greeted her, there was no acknowledgment. We ordered two burgers with pancakes, but when it came to drinks, her correction about the “fake Sprite” was delivered in a harsh tone.

We were really unhappy with the service, but the food was great thanks to the chef. Sadly, no thanks to the waitress, we won’t be returning to this location. I hope they can work on these issues in the future.
