Very disappointing experience. After a 5+ hour flight for a business trip, I checked in late at night and was given a room that was already occupied — someone was sleeping inside!!!<br><br>The replacement room was right next to the front desk, and I could hear staff conversations and noise all night. I had meetings the next morning and ended up sleeping only about 3 hours.<br><br>I contacted IHG customer service afterward. They told me they would provide compensation and asked me to wait a few days, but nothing ever happened.<br><br>Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled afterward was extremely disappointing.
