We were on the hunt for the best hot chocolate and Google led us here! Awesome service and free samples from the staff of chocolates and hot cocoa. We ended up buying a cup of the house cocoa for $8, and it was worth the price! Very rich and chocolatey!

Finally, a place that has REAL hot chocolate! If you're always disappointed by a cafe's "hot chocolate" that's really "milk with barely any chocolate"- look no further! The hot chocolate here is THICC with the amount of cocoa. They also list the cacao content next to each flavor so you can easily choose if you want something more or less chocolatey.

Definitely gonna stop here for a break when we are at Macy’s. Ample seating and lots of chocolate and VERY unique tea drinks to choose from. The staff are super nice and helpful and they are generous with samples. They have a large assortment of chocolate “sticks” that are hand painted and low sugar in tons of flavors. They were delicious!

The best and my favorite Macy's. If you can make reservations for Christmas breakfast in Macy's at Stella.

Only rating the Christmas decorations outside the Macys. Been coming every year in the past 3 years and they always have different, amazing, displays! If you're in new York, I definitely recommend to come see them every year!
Be ready to wait for photos though, specially if you want to be in it yourself. If possible at all, come early morning or late night to avoid crowds.

Another must-do if you're in NYC over the holidays. Their window displays are the best, but the decorations inside are great as well... make sure you see both!

Classy. I had the Pastrami Ruben with Sauerkraut, cheese with extra mustard and of course a classic coke poured over fresh ice.

Went there last week on the Macy’s Flower show 2022, but it is not much to see and the flowers are not fresh like should be
So the best is go there at the first week.
But the decorations on entrance and the windows are beautiful.

I hope this store never closes, ever. Convienent location. Close to all transportation. Bigger selection of designers. If they don't have what I want then it's not out there. Staff super helpful and delight to talk to. Beautiful window display.

Macy's was beautiful inside and outside today with the annual flower show going on until May 16th. My only complaint is what I had to go through to find a men restroom. They need to make more men bathrooms available, just like they have for women. Other than that my wife and I had a great time.

Very nice store, a classic and must visit store in NYC. They have modernized the store and it is cleaner and more organized. The decorations are very nice and it's a great place to shop and people watching. It's worth a visit to this diverse and fun store.

I had one of the best experiences here at Macy’s! It was so convenient to shop and then chill and have one of the most delicious pastas ever. It was so tasteful.
The kitchen is open to customers, so you can see the process of your food happening. The pastas are freshly made . They also have their brand of marinera sauce. I had penne with lamb ( so delicious) . It was a bit pricey, however, it was worth to experience.
The waiters are very professional and they make sure you have a wonderful time.

Aahhh! Love it, love it, love it! This is one of our favourite stores! Quality is unbeatable, we fully trust it. Everything you need in one store, great choice (although not every brand is presented in the store).

Price are super-expensive, but there are always so many deals. If you buy online it is even cheaper (and more chiice definitely), 40-60% off is a common discount me and my husband are looking for.

Atmosphere is beautiful and nice, especially during holidays like now. Christmas decoration and installations are amazing! As usual or may be better each year. If not shopping, you can just walk around and take some beautiful pictures here 😉
