If you’re going to advertise a Knicks Watch Party, then let people watch the game. Instead, guests were told to move because tables were supposedly needed for incoming parties, only for those tables to remain empty for over an hour. The manager himself said that he was told to push people from the tables if they were not consistently ordering. This was an opportunity for them to bait customers in with an event and then treating them like they’re taking up space. The TV kept going black at random, this was very misleading and unwelcome.

I just wany to give a huge thank you to Angel ,i had an order mix up and she went above and beyond to rectify the situation i really appreciate you so very thankful for the effort you made to make me a happy custermer

The food is good but it irks me a bit that they don’t follow the order notes on Uber Eats. I used to leave cute notes thanking them and asking them to add ustensils to my order but they never do. They also sometimes forget to add my drink if I order any and that’s really frustrating and takes away from the work of the chefs. I really hope they work on it

The receptionist Valentina was very rude. When I called to find out the answer to my question, she told me not to call again, without even understanding what I was asking and hung up. When I called back, she did not introduce the restaurant and was silent. When I said hello, she answered what happened and hung up again when I tried to find out the answer. Please pay attention to how your employee answers new guests on the phone and how many people you have already lost due to bad customer service.

I recently ordered the half chicken combo via Uber eats. The quality of the food is terrible. The chicken is dry and flavorless, it was several different colors, like pink/brown. I couldn’t eat all of it. The black beans has no flavor and the cheese empanada tastes frozen/not fresh. I won’t order from them again.

Visited for a lunch meeting around 3:00pm and we got the whole place pretty much for ourselves<br><br>Even if completely empty, their service was not really very quick at the begining - it did get better afterwards but in general it it wasnt really the highlight of their place.<br><br>The food was pretty good: we had one sushi roll (fried chicken roll) as appetizer besides one order of steak tacos and one cubano sandwich.<br><br>I wouldnt mind returning!

Every time I come back home, I come here. I do have to say that I'm unhappy with what they are doing with the menu now. It's a Cuban restaurant, but they are taking away all of the Cuban staples with dishes and have replaced them with potatoes and veggies. The special, delicious Maduro rice is no longer on the menu at all, but i was able to request it. Whenever i come, the food is always outstanding. This time, it was not as great, but still good. My friend's salmon was a bit burnt, so he was disappointed in that, but the rice was ok and the mofongo was good. The tostones needed a little seasoning/ more salt, but the dip was delicious.<br><br>I love this place. Please don't take away it's authenticity. If I want to have regular food on the menu too, that's fine. Just don't take away the culture! I'll still be back.

I've ordered from this place plenty of times but never dined in. Yesterday dined in for the first time, and wow.<br><br>Of course they did not disappoint with food quality. Whatever you get on the menu, you'll be happy. Arepas---perfect amount of sweet and savory. Chicken and pork were very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Moro is traditional with the bacon.<br><br>Dessert menu is traditional for cuba restaurants, flan, tres leches. I had the guava tres leche... amazing. The flan was also great!<br><br>Full bar, we just missed the happy hour!!! But it doesn't matter because I will be revisiting. I had the white passion fruit sangria and it was really refreshing. They made a good irish coffee as well.<br><br>Service was amazing. I forgot to get the server's name but she was absolutely amazing!!! ¡Una dulcera! Restaurant very clean, tables cleared out fast. The bathrooms were spotless.<br><br>Also for the ambience, it was good but I went on a Monday. But I can only imagine how it gets on the weekends. Picture worthy spots around the restaurant.

I am a bit disappointed. First I wanted to do the Too Good To Go for take out but they said they no longer do it even though their restaurant was still on the app. I’m giving this a 2 star because the hostess was nice. I decided to order the Steak Sushi to go. Something light considering it was late . I arrive home and it’s shrimp and my husband is allergic to shrimp. I wanted to call but they are closed so now we are stuck with this.

Admittedly I am biased here but the food is delicious. I had the lechoncito with the coconut rice and it was delicious. A mojito along with it was perfect.<br>Had a flan too. It was delicious. It doesn't need the chocolate syrup that comes around it. I recommend the gastronomic experience.

I had purchased a Groupon for this place and found it to be a very nice spot. I had ordered the Calamari, and a Vegan Paella (totally worth the price!), it was a very big portion and absolutely delicious. I also had a few drinks and the bartender was spot on, no watered down drinks in sight. Would definitely go back again once I revisit NYC.

I ordered the skirt steak medium and recieved it well done which made sense since my order took a really long time to come out. My husband ordered the cuban paella and the seafood was not fresh, it was too dry and the lobster was overcooked. Our friend ordered the seafood soup and it was a bit too high on salt. The service was friendly but i never got a chance to say anything about my steak because when the waitress came to ask about the food it was already 10 min after we had received it and at that point it was already too late to ask for a remake.

Great food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Friendly staff. Very fast service. Not much wait to get seated. Decor and atmosphere is inviting. Music adds a nice taste to the experience.
