Overall I’m a picky eater so idk I’m judging on my experience I had chicharrón de pollo sin hueso and tostones and was ok the appetizer was empanadas but they are so small price was somewhat ok atmosphere amazing waiter and waitresses amazing manager on duty amazing overall great place go hangout have great drinks 🍷

The cuisine at Havana Café is truly exceptional, offering a delightful array of flavors. While the general atmosphere is pleasant, it could be enhanced. The musical selection, in particular, might benefit from some adjustment. Nevertheless, the food alone makes for a worthwhile dining experience. We hope to return soon to savor more of their culinary offerings.

I called to ask about the best time to attend with my wife, for a quite dinner. At the beginning she was polite and explained about the DJ. Then out of courtesy I ask for her name and She hang up. I had a really great experience here. The food was excellent and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and comfortable.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Karen R. for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had a great experience. It’s always nice when someone genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in their work.<br><br>Because of the great food and Karen’s excellent service, I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

This used to be my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood - I used to love coming here and would always recommend it. However, my most recent visit was horrible. I came in for dinner and ordered appetizers, drinks, and entrees. I ordered the vegan quesadilla (and subbed no mushrooms) and was served a quesadilla with real cheese. I have been to this restaurant many times and ordered this item almost every time - I could tell right away that something was different. I have also been a vegan for over a decade, I know the difference between real cheese and vegan cheese. My friend tasted my food and confirmed without a doubt that it was real cheese. When I informed my waiter she immediately denied the mistake and when I told her I was certain she checked in with the kitchen and came back to say once again that it was vegan cheese. Claiming a non vegan item as vegan is reckless and dangerous. I felt both insulted and humiliated. If you are dairy free because you are vegan, lactose intolerant, or have an allergy this is not a safe place for you despite their vegan menu. I will not be returning.

Sadly, I was so disappointed with my last visit. I used to LOVE going to Havana's for every occasion. Hadn't been in a while and it left little to be desired. Food was coldish and really just mid. Music was obnoxiously loud for a week night, couldn't even hear my party speak and had to yell the whole time. It was just off to me. Glad other reviewers have had great experiences but it's a bust for me..just not the same. 💔

I say enough great vibe lived the drinks, had a dragon fruit mojito and enjoyed with some friends the tray with mixed meets and tostones y yuca fries. Will come back!!! fYi went on valentine with reservations group of 6…sorry no food shots #nspgmedia

Havana Cafe is a total experience. From once you enter to your last goodbye, I felt like I went to my mother’s house for Sunday dinner. We were fed until we were stuffed and then of course a coffee and desert to end our evening. Come hungry, yes it’s busy, but when is it not busy when you visit family.

Its a very nice place. My server was very attentive. Unfortunately I was not very happy with my drink, passion fruit did not appear to be pulp or fresh juice, it had more of a taste like a store brand juice. That was a downer for me. Also I ordered an appetizer that was gd yet not to my liking. The music was awesome and the lighting is perfect so I recommend everyone give it a try, I'm a picky eater so your experience may be better than mine.

Vibes on point. The music was great, the food was absolutely banging, and the drinks were straight fire 🔥. Perfect spot to eat, sip, and enjoy the energy. Definitely coming back.

This restaurant is nice place to go to for after work, hanging out with friends and family, or just if you want to get something to eat or sit at a bar to have a drink. The music they play is relaxing and sometimes loud but you can still talk and have a great time. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

There was a misunderstanding about the meal however Oscar (our waiter) accommodate the change. We were so satisfied with the meal. It was a sufficient amount and the service from the bus man to the waiter was professional and kind. Eduardo is very kind and pleasant. The ambiance it's rustic and trendy. 5-17 - Bad Service / Flavorless food.<br>Bad Service. The place was empty at 3 pm on a Saturday. We had to ask for plates and utensils. The appetizers were brought to us before any plates or utensils. What are we supposed to eat with? The place was pretty empty, yet there was a lack of service for my party of 10. I had to wait a very long time to ask for a drink refill. No one came by every now and then to check to see if anyone in a party of 10 needed a refill or anything else.<br>The drinks were heavily water down and FULL of ice. I ordered a single ginger ale and it was 75% ice and 25% ginger ale. It was full of water 15min later as the ice melted quickly. The other drinks my family ordered was also an entire glass of ice with minimal alcohol beverage. The same for my kids Shirley Temple. They didn't even want anything to drink again it was so bad.<br>The food was very bland. The pollo al mojo was unseasoned. All they did was cook the white meat and then add the sauce on top after. The same could be said for the Salmon. It was also unseasoned and the sauce poured on top after. The Palomilla was the same thing, steak cooked without seasoning and the sauces added to it after. My children did not like the Arroz con pollo due to the lack of chicken. 90% rice 10% very small pieces of chicken. And my teenage kids are good eaters and know flavor. I ordered a side of avocado to go with my meal and they literally brought me an entire plate full of a whole sliced up avocado.<br>The appetizers were much better than the meals. The emepandas were really good as well as the chicharon de pollo. These best part about our meal were their Maduros. Everyone agreed was amazing.<br>I would not recommend coming here again unless you only ate appetizers and maduros.<br>The tables were all very sticky from overuse and years of improper cleaning.<br>The best part about this place was the live DJ and his music.<br>Avoid this place if you want authentic Cuban food or drinks. And no, im not sorry for my detailed post. They need to do better.
