Straight in with a full FIVE STARS because that steak was absolutely perfect.<br><br>After the long haul from Sydney to New York — and arriving with a horrible infection that completely wiped me out — this Hard Rock meal ended up being the last proper thing I could enjoy for almost a week… and honestly, what a meal to remember.<br><br>Even the wait time was completely fair, especially considering we had no booking and it was pouring outside. So many people were trying to escape the wet and grab a solid meal, yet the line moved well and the staff handled the rush with ease. That alone deserves credit.<br><br>And then the food… unforgettable. The photos say it all — that beautiful medium steak (because truly, if you’re not ordering medium, what are you even doing?).<br><br>Every bite was spot‑on. The vibe, the energy, the company — it all came together as the perfect introduction to New York.<br><br>The memorabilia here is next level, exactly as other reviewers mention on the page. Walls packed with iconic pieces, music history everywhere you look — it’s impossible not to wander around in awe. And for us, Hard Rock pin collecting is a family tradition, a fun way to mark our map as we travel, so visiting this location felt extra special.<br><br>From the atmosphere to the service to the food, this Hard Rock was a show‑stopper on every level.<br>LOVED IT.

I visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square with my partner and my son, who is autistic and non-verbal. I’m always a little apprehensive about how busy environments will handle our specific needs, but the team here was absolutely incredible.<br>​The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and genuinely accommodating for my son. It made our meal stress-free and truly enjoyable. On top of the top-tier service, the food was great and the atmosphere was electric. If you're looking for a welcoming spot in Manhattan that actually understands inclusive service, I highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great meal at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York — really good food, even a bit too much!<br>The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.<br>The only downside was that the music was a bit loud, but overall it was a really fun and enjoyable visit.

Went here 09/03/26, we had drinks at the bar before we had food. The bartender Leo is very friendly & helpful….what a lovely young man. I always have a bahama mama in every Hard Rock I visit (it’s become a tradition). Glasgow has always been the best but Leo made one that was on par with Glasgow…lush!! Food was nice, I had a burger for a change, very filling. Our server was friendly, happy & helpful. The place is lovely, atmosphere is good…thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Got MealPal here. The Cobb Salad was delicious and made to order. Very fresh and flavorful and loved that it came w/ two dressings on the side. Friendly and welcoming staff. I've never eaten here before bc I thought it was a tourist spot so I'm glad I discovered it on MealPal!<br><br>The one criticism is the paper folding box - it kept opening. I suggest a container instead for take out.

We visited Hard Rock Cafe Times Square, an iconic restaurant right in the heart of Times Square. The space is truly impressive — large, dynamic, and filled with the signature Hard Rock atmosphere. There is also an extensive merchandise store offering a wide selection of branded souvenirs. The location and overall visual impact are definitely among the strongest aspects of this branch.<br>We ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger, One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp, Spicy Diablo Smash Burger, and Messi’s Burger. The presentation was good; however, flavor-wise the dishes felt less distinctive and less balanced than what we are used to from other Hard Rock Cafe locations. Compared to our visit two years ago, we noticed a clear difference in quality.<br>On a positive note, our server Kefian was kind, professional, and quickly resolved an issue with our order, which improved our overall experience.<br>Overall, it remains a visually strong and iconic venue with an excellent location, but from a culinary perspective we would expect a higher level of quality and consistency that matches the brand’s reputation. We made a reservation. Promptly attended to by hosts and management. Ty was our server, did a great job offering Nachos, then suggested his favorites. Food was good, but a little pricey for the quantity size. Overall great experience!

This was my first time and I absolutely loved it. The staff was so incredibly kind, helpful and cheerful even though it was such a busy night, service was super quick. The food was alright. Hard Rock don't need reviews, it's just one of the best places you can go, have fun, good food and enjoy the amazing atmosphere that they always have.<br><br>The service is just lovely and unique, from the hosts to the waiters, they all have a lovely energy and you can feel they really love to work there.<br><br>100% recommended and I recommend to reserve before you go. I used open table app everytime that I go to a Hard Rock or other restaurants, it's hassle free and very easy to use and reserve a table.

Took the family to NYC. First meal of the vacation and we went to Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Food was good and service was acceptable (Our server didn’t come around to our table very much, had to ask for drink refills too many times). The atmosphere was classic and the LIVE DJ was nice. Reservations are a must.

Great location right on time square. Not much more to say about hard rock that hasn't been said before. We went during the week. We might have waited a couple of minutes to be seated. I've been to multiple locations for Hard Rock and this by far was one of the larger locations I've been to. We sat at the bar which has plenty of room available. The food came out really fast and was excellent. The service from the bartender was amazing. The location is definitely worth a visit if you have the time while you are in New York City.

We got here when it was not busy at all. The first person we come in contact with was checking us in and asked for my phone number or first and last name so I decide to just put my phone number. I begin typing it and he decided to get mad and proceeded to get loud and tell me he asked for my name and not a phone number. I had three others in my group who heard him ask for a number. Do better. Don’t like your job then leave. Then we went to a second person who gave us a slip with my name and party amount. Then we went to a third person who took my ticket and sat us down. Why do you need three people just to get a seat?! Seems like a waste of money and time?? We finally got seated. Two other tables around us got seated after us and got drinks right away while we waited 20 minutes just to get a server. By time we got a server we had waited so long that we knew our orders and just did them with our drinks because we didn’t want to have to wait again. Our server was very friendly and helpful afterwards though. The food was pretty decent but you do pay NY prices.

We had such a great time at Hard Rock Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious — the ribs were tender and flavorful, and everything came out perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was lively and full of good vibes, just what you expect from Hard Rock.<br><br>A special thank you to our server, who took such wonderful care of us the entire afternoon. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile.
