Clean, safe, near at least two subway stations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast all the way until 10 am! Comfortable room with a nice view, too. Perfect for a long weekend—highly recommend!

A comfortable room with a nice view sounds like a pretty great home base, too.

10/10 experience. The staff was exceptional! I received a personal email after booking just to check in with me prior to the trip. After my first night, I had to ask for bandaids from not wearing the correct shoes to go walking…rookie mistake! But the front desk was soooo sweet and was digging through bandaid boxes to find me the best ones, perfect size, shape, etc. We had late departure flights and still wanted to explore the city so the front desk was able to hold our bags for us. Every employee we interacted with was so helpful and so incredibly nice, true hospitality! Being a gold member, I also had a goodie bag waiting in my room for me with a personal card attached as well. The small details really just made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend!

I have not yet stayed and am doing so next month. I have stayed at a two other hotels in Brooklyn and am very much looking forward to the Hampton, which I have a feeling will be my regular spot when I am there for work. I recently spoke with a woman in group sales named Joanna and a gentleman named Fletcher. Both exceeded professionalism! Joanna was kind in assisting me with a reservation that I had questions about. I was supposed to stay with another hotel for an event but the customer service and professionalism from Joanna far exceed the previous place that I was dealing with. A few days later I spoke with Fletcher at the front desk. He was warm, kind and personable with a great sense of humor. I am very much looking forward to my stay with them! Great location and great people! Customer service is on point!

Kiya at the front desk was seriously one of the best people I met on this trip into the city. She makes that job seem so effortless but I know she works hard to make it easy for the people staying at the hotel! Her movie recommendations are top notch! Craig was a great help as well! Friendly and funny! The hotel staff felt like a great work family who actually like each other :) would definitely recommend!

I am currently in Brooklyn for work and wanted to share how impressed I have been with your front desk team. They were incredibly helpful with my check-in and provided excellent local dining recommendations.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Allie for being one of the most welcoming and kind individuals I have encountered. I visit hundreds of hotels a year, and her energetic, personable nature truly stands out. She sets a wonderful tone for the entire guest experience from the moment you walk in. I will be telling everyone I know to travel here due to this interaction because most hotels are missing people like her. Without her it would just be an ordinary hotel. We loved our time here. The rooms are spotless and up-to-date. All of staff are absolutely lovely —notably Mr. Craig who was super helpful and made us smile and laugh! The location is excellent, with the metro station a 7 minute walk away and all sightseeing just one short ride away. Thank you!!! 🥰💛

I’ve stayed at this location several times for work and really enjoy every stay. The staff are so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are up to date, clean, and provide all necessary amenities. Several also have amazing views of Manhattan. Parking is also available next door for a fee, and the location can’t be beat! I’ll definitely be returning to this property any time I come to Brooklyn for work.

Great hotel. Parking was right next door, very straight forward pricing. $45 for 24 hours which was the cheapest available in the area. Hotel gave the option for check in and check out on the Hilton app so we never had to go to the desk. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Tiny room but had everything we needed. Very reasonably priced.

I don't leave reviews, but I have to leave one pertaining to a staff member Allie!! She is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Super personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She really is a shining star.<br><br>She made myself and my son feel so welcome. Allie girl never change!<br><br>The overall staff during out stay was pleasant.<br><br>Quick tip, don't do Valet, just do the self park where you drive your car in and the attendant parks it. Beware it is not in an out privileges for one price, so don't park until ready to be in for the night!

We had a 8 night stay here and the people were really friendly. The receptionist was so helpful, we was due to check out at 11 and our flight wasnt till later in the afternoon, she offered to keep our cases until we needed. The rooms was cleaned every day and the breakfast offered a good range every day! It was only a walk over the bridge from Manhattan.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, and I didn’t have any issues. The hotel is conveniently located and close to so many attractions. I was able to walk to the Brooklyn bridge and other things I wanted to check out. There’s also a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. RJ at check in and Kyla at checkout were super nice and kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, I received welcoming email before I checked in to the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good and they had a very nice gym. Location wise the hotel is near shopping center and within walking distance to Long Island University. I will definitely come back!

The team here from beginning to end was AMAZING! The Front desk team were wonderful and kind and the bar/ restaurant.. best service ever! The food was so good!<br>The rooms are very small... but I guess when you are in NY you are not there to stay in the rooms.. but everything was clean and the team obviously loves their job! The young woman working at the front desk, Jasmin, was absolutely the most outstanding young service attendant I can remember having the pleasure of working with. She was wonderful to me and my older parents- knowledgeable, informative, accommodating, helpful, patient— everything you would hope for, while being friendly, actually smiled as if she enjoyed being herself at her job and kept herself neat and presentable in an appropriately, professional yet attractive way- she also gave an excellent pizza recommendation nearby- best slice I’ve had! I have found this to be extremely rare in most middle of the road to mid high end places anyone may go. She is outstanding. The rest of the front desk were also pleasant and helpful. The room was very small, and was missing a fridge, no microwave. The front desk had one sent up no problem. They said the room normally has one but sometimes things may get taken out for maintenance and that had not been replaced. As with almost all hotels now and most places, the lighting is HIDEOUS— bright LED, stark white, no warmth, not inviting and is an ENORMOUS downgrade to any place, but especially a hotel. These lights are dangerous to our health long term and surprisingly short term as well and emerging research will continue to shed light on the ways that they do effect many people and contribute to many common issues people have and live with thinking it’s normal. In my opinion, a hotel could stand out these days by caring about the lighting and if LED is a must at least care a little and put in lights that have warmth similar to an incandescent. Though still damaging, it at least has a pleasant, welcoming appeal at a home away from home.
