I loved this place. First of all it was super clean. That’s a big sign for me. The portion was amazing. I had to divide my order in two to eat it within two days. Tasty, warm food with white and red sauces. Literally there nothing better to eat. You have your rice, your choice of protein (I chose lamb) and of course the salad. Highly recommended !!

I ordered mix chicken and lamb over rice and it's very good! You get the option of what sauce you want on your platter. Fast service too!

Went here couple of times since February of this year (2026) and while they have some spectacular food, the service however is well.... hit or miss. Depending on the day you go you may interact with some workers who are wonderful and then those who are mediocre. This worker who looks like a bodybuilder with two ogre buck teeth was being passive-aggressive by shaking his head and giving a snarky remark "Why didn't you say that?" as if I was an inconvenience to him during ordering at the counter. I ordered a mix salad with jerk chicken and lamb as protein when he said that remark.<br><br>Not only that, but there were also times when he would be very entitled for tips. Why would I provide extra for basic service? Overall, great food but service needs improvement.<br><br>P.S: That worker is usually there on weekends.

It’s my third time coming here and it is always yummy. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Marc, he had great energy and communicated so well with the staff in my complex orders. The rest of the team served with such joy and efficiency. THANK YOU!!!

I ordered via Postmates and also added on extra jerk chicken but I did not receive the extra jerk chicken. The bowl doesn’t even look full. That is unacceptable. I’ve never had this problem at any other location.<br><br>Look at my pic and tell me if this was worth paying over $30 for? The light skinned lady setting up the bowls did not properly set my order up. Unacceptable.

Such a wonderful place to eat from. Great customer service very polite workers. The atmosphere makes you feel so welcomed and the food there is amazing I will definitely be coming back with my kids to eat here again. They make you feel very welcomed Jen John and the manager handled my food order very well and made us feel so wanted thank you guys

Would like to thank Monica for a great service. Went to the store to order and got my order right aways. I always admire people who goes above and beyond. Visit the place, food taste great!

Ms. Monica is a GEM. She brings warm energy the moment you enter the establishment. Her willingness to assist, along with her recommendations, pulled me back for a second visit — and more.<br><br>She gave great tips and prepared our meal with such big, bright, nourishing energy. Who would have known loaded fries would have such an effect?!<br><br>She is truly an overall delight to interact with. The art of customer service has been lost, and she has exactly what it’s been missing.

Got lamb and jerk chicken over rice. Jerk chicken was very tough and partially burnt (bit into some rock hard pieces of chicken).<br><br>Also I was given two times the amount of chicken vs lamb (even though supposed to be equal combination, disappointing me even more since the lamb was way better than chicken).<br><br>Then for sauces the guy didnt even try to spread them out. Just squirted them all in a puddle in middle of plate. Mixed as well as I could but got several bites of straight sauce.<br><br>Customer service also very poor. Asked guy a question he responds like I shouldn’t be asking questions.<br><br>All for $15? Extremely overpriced. Poorer quality than chipotle for similar price.<br><br>Edit: revised to a two star because owner seems like they at least care a bit about their quality. I do not need the complimentary plate, but thank you for the remediation offer.

The food is absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh,I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

This review is for the customer service solely. No greeting, attitudes and arrogance. It’s a shame because as Black people we are always stereotyped for this but I have to be honest and say that was my experience when I visited this location today. Even when checking to be sure I was given the right sauce because the container looked orange from the outside instead of saying, “Yes, it looks that way on the outside but it is indeed white,” he turned the bottle upside down and poured it into his hands and rolled his eyes. People don’t need attitude when they are spending money. I wasn’t rude but I also need to be sure my family is eating stuff they aren’t allergic to so that’s why I asked. This generation lacks good customer service. People are going through stuff daily and no one is trying to make anyone’s job harder than it needs to be. Be kinder and stop acting like someone owes you something. I won’t be returning and they won’t care but at least I can let you know what to expect and perhaps you won’t have a similar situation.

The food is very good but what occurred today bothered me.I had placed two orders of food for me and my grandmother.The cashier was very friendly professional, and attentive.My order number then was called, I went to pick up my order and saw it was just one order which confused me because I placed 2 at the same time.I asked the guy with dreads and a red apron on where the other order was , he responded but couldn’t hear him due to the loud music playing.I asked again a second time and he then proceeded to respond in a disrespectful and unprofessional tone saying “I have to wait for my other order is coming”.I then asked the cashier who the manager was, The guy with dreads and a red apron then said he was the manager and I asked him his name and he said it was either Daniel or Danny , I can’t really remember.My grandmother then came to ask where the other order was , and he explained to her that he made a mistake.I then asked why did he speak to my grandmother in a calm manner but to me in a disrespectful manner, he then apologized.I wanted to write a review to let customers know this is the bullshit that goes on in places of business.Workers feel the need to respond to customers with an attitude like where is the customer service ? I’m paying my hard earned money for food and this is the service I get like do better.I was planning to give a $100 tip to a worker and promote this place of business on social media because I’m a helpful person, but that guy right there ruined my mood and I will not come back and buy from this place of business again.

Bads first.<br><br>There is no seating even though there is ample room inside. The portion is smaller than expected for $13+.<br><br>Now the goods.<br><br>The chicken thighs are extremely juicy and made fresh. I love me some hot sauce, and theirs were HOT! Don't ask for extra hot sauce unless you want to regret your life decisions.<br><br>Would I come back? Definitely, yes. I understand the expectations now.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff were genuinely nice and attentive when taking our order, and the person who served our food was very friendly. I only wish there was seating available so my wife and I could have enjoyed our meal inside.<br><br>We ordered the jerk chicken: I had mine over rice, and my wife had hers over fries. The food was good, though it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by the reviews. This might have been due to my own mistake of not ordering the right amount of sauce—I should have asked for a bit less. Despite this, I would definitely return if I’m in the neighborhood and try it again with less sauce.

Food was average. Price was high. Small quantity. Staff is not welcoming. They don’t even seem like they wanna be there.<br>No place to sit. A lot of space inside the store is wasted, could’ve added bar stopls by the wall. Team follows weird rule of standing behind some yellow line. It’s a small area that gets crowded with people waiting to pick up their food. A lot of people working there but food prep takes a very long time. Paid for large fries and a big wings order but small box contained both. Killed the crispiness of the fries with some watery sauce and mixing it with wings. Paid for extra sauce in the side but nothing was received. The cold behavior kept me hesitant to ask for my sauce. If these items were served separately. Taste would have been so much better but then again quality and quantity both were compromised.
