Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

Kazu was our bartender for the night and he was soooo nice and attentive. He constantly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with our drinks and with the service.<br>Ethan, the manager, came out to say Hi and he was super welcoming.<br>10/10 recommend!

We came for my birthday. We came with a group of 6. Palm was my server he was great and super attentive. We got the group platter for 6 it was more than enough food and came with great meat selection and came with Appetizers. It came with the s’mores which was the best part! 10/10 recommend it! I will be back and will be asking for palm as my server.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was way better than expected fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The whole vibe was great from start to finish.<br>Kevin was an excellent host and really made sure we were taken care of. Ethan, the owner, was also super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel even more personal.<br>Definitely coming back again and recommending this spot to others. Gyu-Kaku is a solid place for great food, great service, and a good time.

Gyu-Kaku continues to impress every time I visit. We were seated immediately with no wait, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server Steven was attentive and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal. The food came out quickly and tasted great, as always. As a returning customer, the consistency here is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend, whether it's your first visit or your tenth.

first time trying the wagyu beef. amazing !! the regular beef kalbi was a great addition as well. the restaurant is super clean, and the staff are so welcoming here :)

Came here for our brother’s birthday and it was so good! The food is delicious with plenty of options, the service is very quick and friendly and everything is so easy to cook and enjoy. I would definitely come back, especially if Shim is working! 5 star service!

Went here with a friend, and it was really nice. We got a reservation and arrived a few minutes early, and were sat down quickly.<br>Some of the meat wasnt my favorite, but it's of personal taste. I could tell the meat was good and good quality, I just personally wasnt a big fan of every piece of it. The sides that came along with the Meat Lovers was very good too.

The service was excellent. The waiters were very attentive. The atmosphere was very peaceful. This location was smaller than the one I usually go to, but it was very calm and less busy. The food was excellent. Seasoned very well. Cook to your liking!

I love Asian BBQ be it Japanese or Korean, so what better way to enjoy Christmas dinner? I made a reservation, but we arrived an hour early. Even though the restaurant was packed for Christmas, we were seated in 5 minutes. I loved that they had a set menu for the holidays, and we ordered from it. We enjoyed Fried Rice, Chicken, Salad, Shrimp, and 4 or 5 different types of steak for a fixed price. The staff was so nice and friendly the manager who sat us even remembered my name when we left.

It was my first time here and I had a great dinner with my family. It was a large group of us and I thought everything was handled very well. Due to our group size they requested that we preorder with a list to save time which helped a lot. The server reviewed each family list items and afterwards everything came out timely. The server explained how long each meat should cook and with their instructions everything came out pretty good. They also frequently changed the grill so nothing burned. Overall we had a nice time and I felt that the wait staff was on top of things which made the dining service enjoyable.

I loved my time at this restaurant today. Our server, Palm, gave us excellent service and truly made our experience so much more delightful. The food was great and we left extremely full. The s’mores here were a fun dessert experience as we were able to toast the marshmallows at our table ourselves. I can’t speak enough about how much I enjoyed my time here today.

We grilled up a nice mix of shrimp, squid, and shishito peppers — super fresh and cooked perfectly on the grill. The marinated meats were flavorful and tender, especially the beef cuts — juicy, rich, and went great with their dipping sauces.<br><br>The atmosphere was cozy and lively, perfect for hanging out while cooking your own food. Service was friendly and fast, and everything came out in good time. Definitely a spot I'd come back to for a chill meal with friends!

We went for the weekday lunch special and it was really busy for a weekday but then we found out that they only had two servers on duty and that’s probably why the tables weren’t turned fast enough. Good thing we had a reservation. With that said, the servers did really well, not as attentive as they normally are but not bad considering the circumstances.<br>The food was still really good, they rearranged their menu a bit which made it much easier to understand, showing the upcharges better. Now we can see how four people ordering $20 lunch specials can walk out spending $170 not including tip LOL.<br>I still say the bistro hanger steak is my favorite and I really enjoy their salad because the salad dressing is so good.<br>Overall, a really enjoyable meal.
