Stumbled upon this late night after arriving at JFK airport and were were famished! I had the Very delicious lamb over rice! Devoured So fast I didn't get a chance to take a pic! Prices are great and so are the portions! The hours are a bonus! Highly recommend this place!!

I stopped by this place late one night after work, and was not disappointed. They are open 24/7 unlike most places in the neighborhood. The Lamb and Chicken Combo Plate was phenomenal. I would specifically like to point out the friendliness and very outgoing demeanor of the owner Mr. Wasseem! Very few businessmen treat their clients in such a manner, and it's pleasant to enter a place and feel treated as if you belong there. Please make sure to check this place out, especially if you're in the Ditmas Park Area! God Bless<br>🙌

Gyro king represents what the American dream is. A man making magic out of nothing. From the environment to the food; every detail of the experience is filled with love and passion. I walked in with no expectations and left with the feeling of hope. If everything could be as good as the experience gyro king has to offer the world would be a better place. 5/5 is the max you can give but if you go in, you would realize that this is an understatement.

One of the best meals I’ve had in New York and maybe my life. Every bite blew my mind. The owner Wasseem was so friendly and funny, definitely made me feel at home here. We ordered: lamb gyro & lamb chop, chicken kofta, and the baklava. Definitely try their chicken corn soup (made in-house and bursting with flavor!) and their green tea.

What a gem! I rolled up hungry and left absolutely floored. They’re open 24/7 — perfect for late-night cravings — and their sauces are next-level.<br><br>Wasseem is always super friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular. He’s always inviting me to try new items— and 9 times out of 10? I end up totally loving them.

What an incredible experience I had! I was here with my girlfriend. The food here is amazing on every level—fresh and very delicious. The hospitality is amazing on every level. The owner gave us some delicious dessert, which I forgot to take a picture of, but trust me, it was delicious. Then he brought us some tea; I've never had such good tea in my life. Thanks for the experience. I would recommend stopping and supporting the local people.

One of the best places, great staff, and very nice and generous with the food portions. The owner super nice and chill. A great seating area. Love coming here after a long day of work/school with friends. Recommend to try chicken over rice!!!

For $12.50 you get a huge portion of lamb and chicken over rice, plenty of veggies and a can of soda. The veggies are fresh and taste good but for some reason the lamb and chicken really lacks flavor. Even with the white and red sauce, and seasoning. I thought it was just me but my buddy and his sister also said the meat didn’t have any taste. You get a lot of it though and it will fill you up.<br><br>My local 24 hour bodega and the other one a few blocks away make MUCH tastier lamb and chicken. Also the halal cart guy on Ditmas outside the CVS is substantially better. It’s not just the one time but the last few times I’ve been here I’ve noticed the lack of flavor.<br><br>Edit* I found a pic of the same meal from 2019 and it’s totally different looking. I never ask for extra sauce or anything so this is what it looks like with the standard amount. The taste difference matches the visual difference. I hope it gets back to that soon.

So I haven’t eaten chicken on rice (gyro) for years. And we bought for everyone. It was so good. Some of us had Lamb over rice, some just chicken, but other both. It was really good and everyone loved it.

Looking for an amazing halal spot? Look no further. You have found it. This is my favorite halal food spot and it is better than Halal Guys Unlike the other guys, their meat is not dry but juicy and full of flavor. You really cannot go wrong I've only ordered chicken or lamb over rice or both When you come in, let them know what you want and they'll scoop some rice and they have a salad bar where you can pick what greens you want. I definitely recommend the salad, cucumbers, jalapeño, and chick peas. Can't go wrong with those. They also do have olives for those people who like that. After that, they load your platter with meat and then comes my favorite part. The sauce I ALWAYS get extra white sauce because there has to be some crack in it. In addition to that, I will also get the green sauce for a little spice. If you find yourself in the area, definitely come by If you pay cash, there's no tax

I really like this place. The food is very fresh and they have many options to add to your pita plate, gyro, or sandwich. They have lamb and or chicken options and pita bread 🫓. The plates average $8.99+. It is priced reasonable for the amount and quality of the food you receive. I have eaten here a few times and I would definitely recommend to eat if you are in the area. They are also on Door Dash- open 24 hours. There is not any where to sit inside and eat. It is small.

Ordered the chicken gyro on a pita. The chicken was good but it was not heat spun on a turn-still. Felt more like halal chicken over rice. The salad bar was fresh with many toppings. Lots of food for a $7 pita & $1 coke. Pita bread fell apart and not what I expected. The place is getting an extra star for bike friendly, large portions & salad freshness. A better option than Mickey D’s up the block 😅

When you enter the store you will feel it , in words I called it “gyro world.”<br>The smell of kabab will create enthusiastic appetite.<br>They have salad with lots of topping items.<br>Gyro with chicken , lamb , salmon.<br>They also have tea.<br><br>Please never hesitate to taste their all items.<br>I feel they are better than halal guys , 100 percent (my opinion).<br>Their stuffs are friendly and deliver fresh food always.<br><br>*** they have clean fresh room
