An amazing Italian restaurant. The portions are always good, and the food is always delicious. I had the baked ziti and it was delectable. Love this restaurant, and prices are relevant to the times. Amazing service by the hands, they keep it professional. Overall an amazing restaurant.

Ginos is pretty good for what it is. Not a take out pizza joint, not a fine dining restaurant either. I have had many dishes over about a 2 year period. Today I was conservative. Chicken parmesan and veal parmesan with side salads 🥗. The bread to start was nice and fresh. The chicken parmesan is a winner ALL OF THE TIME. I got adventurous and ordered veal parmesan and immediately regretted it. The veal was sliced and smashed very thin. Many bites were tough and overcooked. Don't get me wrong, I like this place and I will be back. Just be careful what you order. I found street, meter parking on the block this time. Yippee.

My fiancé and I visited on a weekday during lunch hours. This was my fiancé second time visiting. He spoke very highly of their grilled octopus salad. Honestly everything we ordered was delicious.<br><br>The service was great. Zero complaints. From what I observed, the staff have a great rapport with their customers.

I bought a meatball hero. Had very little if any sauce. Very disappointed

I came here expecting a really good Italian meal and I was absolutely not disappointed. From the moment I walked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to sit and enjoy the experience. My waiter was super helpful with recommendations and I ended up ordering the chicken parmigiana, and it was honestly to die for, hot, fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the service. Parking was not bad at all for a Monday dinner time which was a nice bonus. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in NY because this first visit really set the bar high. Highly recommend Gino's!

I'm writing this review because I think they need to get better drivers i was using ginos for 7 yrs until last night. First of all I order a large pie an a order of garlic knots I waiting 1 hour . So this lady came to my door rang my bell an said the driver gave my order to her it was the wrong apartment I'm very disappointed i think they need to fire the driver or get better drivers an not just give people order away the pizza was cold an knots I dont think I'm ever gonna order from ginos again. Again I was using ginos for 7 yrs never happened before until last night

This shrimp parmesan sandwich was excellent.It was as good as it was ten years ago.This place is super consistent and the staff is also exceptional

On December 19th, around 1:00 PM, a female representative from Gino’s (I wish I knew her name) provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.<br><br>After a long and frustrating morning, I was scrambling to get last-minute pizza delivered to my daughter’s school for her birthday party, especially after another restaurant failed to make the pizzas I had ordered. I was stressed and running out of time, but Gino’s truly saved the day.<br><br>The representative I spoke with was calm, proactive, and incredibly kind. She helped coordinate everything, made sure the pizzas were delivered to my daughter’s school on time and hot, and even allowed me to pay over the phone. Her willingness to help, positive attitude, and great personality made all the difference. She went above and beyond, and I honestly don’t think she realizes how much she turned my entire day around.<br><br>Thank you so much to Gino’s and especially to the amazing woman who helped me. Because of you, my daughter still had a wonderful birthday celebration. I’m beyond grateful! :)

I recently visited what seemed to be a promising pizza restaurant, but my experience was far from satisfactory. It felt like the staff only provided good service to those they knew personally. After being seated, I was given water and a sampling plate, but my order was simply forgotten.<br><br>Despite my patience, I found myself growing hungry and increasingly curious about the status of my food. I made two attempts to inquire about my order, but both attempts were unsuccessful. While I didn’t leave, the wait and lack of communication from the staff made the experience unbearable.<br><br>To top it off, when I finally received my food, it was mediocre at best. Calling someone “sweetheart” doesn’t make up for a very unpleasant dinner. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. My only regret is not choosing a different place to eat.

Excellent! Waiter was very helpful with great recommendations. Got the chicken parmigiana and it didn’t disappoint! Parking wasn’t horrible for a Monday around dinner time and service was quick, food came out hot and fast, and staff were very friendly. Will come back next time I’m in NY.

Gino's is an excellent family-friendly restaurant offering delicious food and generous portions. The owner and staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming— the owner even took the time to personally visit our table and speak with us, which added a thoughtful, personal touch to our dining experience.

Excellent salad, meat rice balls, fried calamari, sautéed spinach, lasagna,<br>and chicken franchise, I believe. Street parking only. It's not a good thing. It's a pizzeria and restaurant, so it's not elegant but clean and efficient. The portions were very large with plenty to take home. Everything was tasty except the rice balls. The balls were of good size, but they lacked meat and flavor. I live over a hundred miles away, but when in the area, this will be my go-to for italian food in Howard Beach

There's a nice selection of pizza, rolls, etc. Food is good, portions are large. We frequent this place at least 4 times a month, the food quality is consistent. The wait staff are very pleasant, even if you sit at a booth just to drink wine. There are so many Italian places to eat in Howard Beach but as a local, I can say this is my favorite on the boulevard for both pizza and sit down dinner. Never disappoints. Pictured: Antipasto Caprese, Fried Calamari New York style (spicy), Shrimp Francese with broccoli side, Chocolate Mousse cake, Cannoli, Spaghetti Primavera and Avocado Salad.

Amazing portions . Always consistently good . Been coming here for at least 10 years . They bring you homemade focaccia and bruschetta to start . We start with a large cheese extra crispy for the table then proceed to order our meals . We got the chicken cordon blue , pasta fajiole, eggplant Parmesan , chicken franchise , and today the special rigatoni Sunday meal . We love this place and want all to share such a great vibe . Highly recommend

Grandma's slice was delicious! The staff was very friendly and all of the food made was fresh and filled with flavor. Would definitely go back for another bite. The tiramisu was just layers of tastiness.
