The Galaxy Diner has an extensive menu. We had brunch, eggs Benedict on an English muffin..This came with delicious 'home fries'. I had the crab cakes eggs Benedict. I would forego the crab cakes next time. The plates of pancakes going by me looked huge and delicious, topped with fresh berries. The apple juice is freshly made and good. Their lattés are very good. I got a coffee top off with regular coffee and the regular coffee was really good too! I met a friend and we had a nice lesiaurely brunch. I got so full!!!! Not crazy expensive like so many NYC restaurants.

Food was good, waitress never came to our table after getting our food until I flagged her down for the check

The space theme of the restaurant isn’t overstated on the menu, it’s just a part of the ambiance. If you get a chicken sandwich you get a freshly breaded and fried cutlet with nice veggies. Not a sysco-slop joint. Highly recommend.

The Galaxy is our "go-to" breakfast place in Hell's Kitchen. The food is great, prices are very reasonable, and the service in friendly. I find the omelets to be some of the best near Midtown. They get the eggs right - just way you ask for them. The atmosphere is fun, interesting, relaxed, and comfortable.

I was so excited to be able to order at a place nearby my work that could provide gluten free toast with my eggs. Unfortunately, that was the best thing about the whole meal. :( I got turkey sausage with it that seemed to be nuked too many times and mushy home fries. I asked for crispy to avoid that but it was ignored. :/ Disappointed, the search goes on for my morning breakfast run. I am grateful they did not forget the hot sauce it was another redeeming aspect of the meal.

Great little place near Times Square, but far enough away to not be touristy. Was recommended by a guy who has lived here 40 years and didn’t disappoint. Family place with great food at reasonable prices.

Firstly, my waffles were exceptionally delicious. The service was somewhat delayed, but this was understandable given the venue's usual busyness. Despite this, they accommodated us without the need for a reservation, which is commendable as many establishments require reservations. I ordered the cinnamon waffles with chicken wings, and the experience was truly remarkable; I highly recommend trying this combination. ☺️🤤

A simple basic necessity of a good restaurant is having the food come out of the kitchen hot. I had breakfast here, I ordered scrambled eggs, they came exactly that way, and were served warm, as they should be. The home fries, on the other hand were at room temperature, I sent them back. The coffee was just okay, and comes with complimentary refills. The receipt did not say as much, but one is supposed to pay the check at the front., where there was no permanent cashier. I had my payment on the table for 15 minutes, but the waiter passed by many times but never said anything to correct my assumption.

Went for an evening meal. Great service, staff so friendly and polite. The steak meal was delicious and good price. The chicken clear salad wrap was yummy. We shared a pudding of hot apple pie and could not complain. Enjoyed the local feel.

My boyfriend was craving gravy and biscuits so we stopped at this diner.

Sat outside because we have a dog (so I consider this as pet friendly place), he had biscuits abs gravy and Bloody Mary ($10 is a good price for Bloody Mary) and I had bison burger with fries and IPA beer.

Food was good, place was packed (which is always a good sign for me for good food ). And we had great time and good service

Fast service, staff were friendly, food was tasty, I had the chorizo and eggs wrap with home fries, my wife had poached eggs all cooked as requested, and a decent cup of coffee. The price was reasonable. Would come back.

This was one of the very few places open on Christmas. Their eggs and pancakes are good. I got an English muffin with egg and bacon, was a bit dry. The juices are fresh.
A nice stop overall.

The service was friendly and the food was good. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. I had the roasted Portobello salad and it was a great light meal on a hot day. My husband, son and daughter said their pasta dishes were enjoyable. There was plenty of seating when we arrived on a Wednesday around 5:00pm but they were getting busy by the time we left assertive 6.
