Had a wonderful experience at Gaia Masala & Burger. The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and fresh ingredients. The fusion of Indian and American cuisine made every dish unique and memorable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations.<br><br>A special shoutout to our server, Alisha, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Had an amazing experience here!<br>The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The momos were soft and paired perfectly with that rich, flavorful dipping sauce. The chili dish was equally impressive, perfectly balanced with spice, freshness, and great texture.<br><br>A special highlight was the custom off-menu drink, thoughtfully crafted by our gracious server Alisha . It was refreshing, well-balanced, and honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had definitely a standout experience that made the visit even more memorable.<br><br>Great ambiance, attentive service, and unique flavors all around. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something a little special!

Love this fusion idea! Had the tikka masala cheese steak and it was good. Would love something crunchy in it like cucumbers.

Absolutely delicious and a lovely vibe altogether. The chicken tills masala cheesesteak was absolutely incredible- along with my fave curly fries.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Alisha is a very tentative, nice waitress, very skilled at her job. No wonder this place has 5 stars at ~400 reviews. The spice levels, quality and taste was amazing. I even could see the chef in the back rolling out our Garlic, jalapeno cheese naan fresh in the kitchen. The picture of the masala fries and array of menu is what brought us here. And we'll be back!

Alisha was the sweetest person ever. The service was incredible, she was very attentive and gave me incredible recommendations for all of the food. Everything came out INCREDIBLY hot and fresh and The portions are massive!!! I really enjoyed my experience. The vibe was not busy, but steady. So I got to sit down to catch up on work and truly enjoy my meal.

Went after getting some drinks nearby and it had great food and the service was great with our orders and drinks loved the butter masala it was so good medium spice and flavorful

We ordered drinks, appetizers and mains and everything was amazing, delicious and fresh. I loved how everything came out quick and was hot. We got the sang paneer (medium) and lamb korma (medium plus). We also ordered the garlic cheese naan and I’ve gotta say it was the best naan I’ve ever had. Super cheesy and yummy I will say they were the perfect amount of spice for us as my boyfriend enjoys spicy things the medium plus was just the right amount of heat for him. We will definitely be visiting again soon! Come by and give this spot a chance you won’t regret it

Food was absolutely fantastic - We ordered the beef masala burger and the butter chicken with rice and roti. This was our first time here and we highly recommend. Our server was so sweet and welcoming. I definitely will be returning with friends and family!

Gaia Masala & Burgers<br><br>Excellent customer service. Friendly, patient, and helpful. I love how the menu clearly marked the vegan and gluten free options. There are so many vegan options!<br><br>The portions are huge. The prices are great, especially for the amount of food they give you. And the place was very clean. I was elated to see our server cleanse his hands between tasks and handling food.<br><br>I ordered the Saag because Aloo Saag is my favorite dish and I haven’t had it in like forever because most places don’t make it to my liking or they don’t make it vegan. Theirs didn’t have the aloo (potatoes), but that didn’t keep it from being an amazing dish. I ordered spice level hot and it was the perfect amount of heat. Delicious dish.<br><br>Habibi ordered the Chicken Cheese Masala fries, Lamb Butter Masala, and Garlic Cheese Naan. He loved his food as well.<br><br>This place is open to 3am, which was extremely fortunate for us because we dined in at 2am.<br><br>The menu is pretty extensive. There’s something for everyone. Be sure to check them out!

I was skeptical at first, 5 out of 5 sounds too good to be true. But this place met and exceeded all expectations. The food was all carefully prepared fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the lunch special and the value was incredible. The environment was cozy and the waitress was sweet and friendly. Look no further for delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommend!

Very low key, hole-in-the-wall spot in Broadway-Astoria serving a new but traditional take on Nepalese-Halal food. I had the paneer pizza which was light but equally cheesy and made fresh. We also got the lamb curry and beef tikka masala burger (not pictured) which was delicious and also fresh. We were offered tasting a sample of the mango lassi which was very sweet of the host and also additional rice if we needed; service was attentive as well. I hope more people come to this spot since it’s truly a gem in the neighborhood.

Food&drink are 10/10. Service is 10/10. Atmosphere is 10/10. I recommend this spot for everyone I know in the area. I’ve been here a couple of times and they kill it every time. We ordered Paneer Masala Pizza and it’s phenomenal. The server was sooo friendly and she even got us some Mango Lassi to try. It was delish!!!

Omg the food is so good!! I’ve been searching for a decently priced Indian/Halal pizza & burger spot AND their portion sizes are huge for me. Definitely will be enjoying it at home, sharing with my loved ones, and telling everyone I know to try it. I will be back for sure. The service is also super friendly and the ambience was perfectly chill for an introvert like me.
