I've been coming here 1976 to present. I lived nearby on 209th St and grew up on Gaby's Pizza. They have always used the highest quality ingredients and the restaurant is a fine dining/meeting place. Gaby's has been an integral part of the shopping center and greater community since I can remember. I hope FranHill plaza will keep them in their present location because without them the shopping center will most certainly decline into oblivion. Try the Meatball Parmesan hero it's the best in New York!

Gaby's never disappoints. This is one of my go-to places whenever I visit my old hometown of Queens.

I always get the large cheese pie. Consistent NY pizza with a slightly thicker dough that adds to the crispness of the crust. The cheese and sauces are perfect!

The staff is always friendly and efficient.

I’ve had a lot of pizza in NYC, and this is easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I usually get the Sicilian pepperoni and a slice of the Rachael Ray—both are $5 each and always on point. The garlic knots are solid too (5 for $3.50). Everything is flavorful, consistent, and worth the price. Love this place and would definitely recommend it.

Overrated. Tastes like a slice from another state (aka gross). Way too thick and doughy for a regular NY slice (yo people - NY pizza should have a THIN crust - both crispy & chewy). They completely overheated it so pizza was scalding hot it was inedible for 15 minutes (after burning both our mouths on first bite). Crust was burnt. Sauce is nasty - too sweet with zero seasoning. Cheese was too thick and tasted cheap. Would not recommend. Best pizza in Queens is Amore but you can pretty much get better than this at any other place.

I’ve been eating this pizza since I was kid and 50 years later still the same taste. The sauce is made fresh home made recipe. The best pizza I’ve ever tasted. No canned sauce. This is what a pizza should taste like. Original homemade recipe. They beat Chicago pizza. No wonder this place has been constantly busy for decades. Famous people have visited gabbys and loved it so in New York it’s the number 1 pizza. I’ve have tasted many pizzas and Gabbys pizza tops them all.

I can’t believe that I haven’t written a review for this pizza joint as it is one of my favorites and I prefer to have pizza on site as opposed to getting carry out. We have been going there for more than 17 years. This is a real family establishment and you feel like family when you visit there. The camaraderie amongst the workers is one of the things that gives it a feeling of family, but also their relationship with customers both new and old. I especially like to have pizza at the restaurants because I get to enjoy the crust at the bottom before it sweats in the box. Either way, it is still delicious. Their pasta dishes are simple and palate pleasing. Sorry there are not more photos of food, my kids dug
In before I could get more photos and I don’t post partially eaten food on our plates. But that just goes to show how good the food at Gaby’s is. A lot of celebrities and public figure have endorsed this place including Rachel Ray and Andrew Cuomo. I recommend this pizzeria 100%.

If you like your pizza with a but more sauce while having a balance of cheese, Gaby's pizza is for you. NYC style with more tomato sauce, semi thin crust, crispy yet chewy texture. A+ Lunch - 2 slices plus small drink for $10.

Guy at front wouldn't let us leave tip. Swiped past it without letting me touch it. Then one of the servers we got was an extremely rude lady I think from Caribbean someplace. Was extremely disrespectful, wouldn't give my old mother extra napkins, and cleared everyone's table but ours. We don't have cash on hand for a cash tip, but since she was an awful person from the get go, it worked out in the end. Other lady was super sweet. Either way، not returning here. Furthermore big burly dude who seems to be in charge loves to give me the stink eye every time I visit. No idea why. Well this is the last time. Food's great but we're all human underneath. No need to be racist to Indian people.

Used to be the best Pizza spot in Queens. Now still top 5 but not as good as 2010's era. Great staff, and great location for parking which is hard to find in the 5 boros

Gaby's Pizza is a family own neighborhood institution for 60yrs and for good reason; consistently delicious pizza 🍕 made with the freshest ingredients. The sauce stands on its own with its incredible flavor. I believe their sauce is used in many of the entrees as well like their Lasagna. I literally haven't had anything I didn't love.

Stop by Gabby's on my way up to Toronto. I've never tasted such a delicious pizza like this before. It has that real authentic NY pizza taste. I had to try all the slices they had, and they were mouth watering. The next time I'm back in Queens I'll be sure to drop by and try other things on their menu.
Highly recommended!!!

This place is an old gem. The place has been open since the mid to late 1900s and their food has been featured in the Rachel Ray show. The food is exceptional and is an amazing value for the money paid. I paid 4 dollars for a huge slice (plain cheese) and 2 dollars for a drink. The guys up at the counter were very friendly and are fast with service. I hope this place never shuts down.

The ambiance of the pizza store can definitely enhance the dining experience. This particular store had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was clean and well-maintained.

The crust is the foundation of any great pizza. It should be crisp on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. This pizza delivered, with a perfectly baked crust that had a nice balance of texture.

Great Pizza Place in Queens NYC.

It’s a neighborhood institution, lots of history and respect for their craft definitely.

Pizza was amazing, the sauce is probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Service is adequate enough to get the job done, overall great spot for an NYC slice in Queens.
