Very good meal prep company. Meals come on time and taste amazing. I sell them at my gym, and everyone loves them, especially the muffins. If you're looking for a place to get great tasting meals with good macros, I highly suggest buying from here. You won't regret it.

Top notch! Met Frank a year ago with a presentation at my employer's meeting. He presented his business there and I have been with him ever since. Great food, always fresh, fast delivery and very reasonably priced. Also supplies the gym I attend with his services. Great meal preps. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried pretty much every meal prep service out there, and I can honestly say Fuel Chef is the best product on the market, period.<br>Most "healthy" meals taste like cardboard or sacrifice flavor for nutrition, but these meals are on another level. The macros-to-taste ratio is unmatched—you get high protein and clean ingredients, but it actually tastes like a cheat meal. If you’re serious about fitness but refuse to eat bland food, this is the only way to go. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love Fuel Chef Frank. The meals are consistently so good and I genuinely feel good knowing exactly what I’m eating. My favorite is hands down the Swedish meatballs unreal every time. I really appreciate the clear macro breakdown on everything because it makes staying on track so easy without sacrificing flavor. Even the desserts are amazing and still macro friendly which is rare. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. Highly recommend if you care about quality taste and actually knowing what’s in your meals.

If I could give this a 10/10 I would. I have the hardest time staying on track because of how busy and tired I get from work, if I don’t have something prepared I will fall off track of my fitness goals. This company can take all my money - I don’t have to grocery shop, cook or prep anything. The food is just as good as regular take out would be. Portions are labeled with calories and macros. Um, lifelong customer.

I was in Newark without a rental car for work for a week. Fuel Chef delivered a box of meals for the week to my hotel. Communication was excellent. The meals were packed well with ice packs so they were still cold and fresh when I arrived. There were plenty of gluten free, high protein options and they were all delicious! The macros were printed on each container, making them easy to track. The burger and the eggplant lasagna were my favorites.

I’ve tried a lot of meal prep companies, but Fuel Chef blows them all away. Every dish actually tastes homemade and fresh, not like the typical “diet food.” Super convenient for busy weeks, and I feel great knowing I’m eating clean meals that still taste incredible!

Food is good but delivery is sketchy. I’ve paid for ice packs each time but a few times it came without. The food just comes in a normal cardboard box and sits in some dudes car. Eat clean bro has worse food but at least they have a refrigerated truck. Worst of all the delivery time is unpredictable and there’s no way to estimate it. The website is very slow too

Can’t say enough how much I appreciated my meal prep delivery this past week. After trying many meal prep services I finally found one that is top notch. Ordering was easy, delivery was as scheduled, order was complete and correct! Company even included some out of this world cookies as a bonus. Most of all the food is absolutely amazing.
