Ordered Uber Eats from Footprints Cafe on a cold rainy day when I didn’t feel like cooking. The Caribbean salad was honestly the best part. It was fresh, & the avocado, pineapple, and mango made it really tasty. I did order Italian dressing, but they gave me French instead.

The fried chicken was just okay and tasted more like frozen/pre-made chicken than fresh homemade chicken. After a few bites, my stomach actually started hurting, which kind of threw me off. The oxtails with rice and peas were decent but nothing memorable.

Overall, the food wasn’t terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order from this location again.

Got recommended to eat here they took 10 minutes just to receive our drinks and the drinks were flat and we watched them pour our sodas from a 2 liter soda bottle we asked for refills and we were not informed that refills would not free we ordered 2 appetizers and 1 meal plus some fries the only good thing they made were the fries our food was cold didn't taste fresh almost like they just threw it in the microwave it took almost 40 minutes to get our food and it was only two other tables that were occupied so they weren’t busy we asked for plates for our appetizers and they never showed up with the plates we had get our own plates
And when we received our bill it came out to 100 dollars and some change when we asked why the total was so much cause it didn’t add up they told us they can change the price once the bill comes out and they don’t have to let us know and once we told the lady we were unsatisfied and would at least like 2 of the drinks to come off the bill she said no you pay or I call the cops and as we were trying to ask questions she walked off to call the cops and we intend on paying the bill but we just wanted to understand how our total was 100 dollars when it should’ve been around 60 dollars and the person serving us was the manager and she was very unprofessional
(This was my food chicken tenders with shrimp and the rice was the only decent thing on my plate) I took a bite out the rice that’s why the rice looks like that.

I wish I could give a zero star.. If you are smart, you would not go to this restaurant. Horrible customer service reheated bad food. The price on the menu is not the price you pay at the end, and all the way at the bottom of the menu in small writing, it says they have the right to change the price at any time without notice. We ordered 3 sodas and got a refill they did not say no refills so we got a refill and were charged for 9 drinks even when we did not have 9 drinks. And when I started asking the lady about the bill, she called the police, I have never seen anything like this. In my life. Look at the meal. You can not tell what it is. It had so much sauce. It was dripped in and it tasted old. 3 appetizers and one meal came up to a $101.

Nah this wasn't what it used to be no red yellow or green pepper just carrots you took the rasta out the pasta and the pasta it self got way smaller but it was still good can't lie. But definitely missing key ingredients , my American friend asked where the veggies were at embracing lol but still hit.

Awful service. They had a problem turning on light on the right side of the cafe. Server was new, brought us plastic forks in cellophane pack, had to ask for napkins, overhead light shade needed cleaning. The door needs a spring to keep out the 25 degree temperature. The heater that was plugged in never got hot. Lastly, had to send food back twice because it was cold. The food was nothing to rave about or go back for seriously. And finally change decor of the nasty bathroom.

I've been to this place many times over the years considering I grew up in the area but every time I would leave for some reason my stomach would hurt and from my understanding they were having issues with having health violations so I stopped going there although I did enjoy the rest of the pasta many years ago. The only thing that I definitely did not enjoy besides having to go to run to the bathroom after eating there is the root staff it's almost like they treat Caucasian people differently than they do others. The services rude and slow.

The food was good.

The prices are not those that are published here in Google so here I leave you the real menu.

The waitress’ attention was kind.

Today’s I got an oxtail Rasta pasta order to go. Traveled all the to my destination and just to find there was no fork or napkins. I got some utensils and began to eat and the food was horrible. I called to complain and they were nasty and hung up on me. Footprints used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not any more.

Footprints always looks out for the community and the students I represent. We often order catering from them and it is always a hit. The rasta pasta, oxtails and honey garlic wings are our go to this time we took a class trip for lunch and learn and foot prints handled our request lovely and Ms. Tricia was perfect. Thank you for everything every time and for being a community pillar

Awesome Food! I will go here again. Me and my family enjoyed the food and drinks. The waiter, bus boy, host and hostess were all welcoming, professional and friendly. Very clean. Great atmosphere.

I should’ve gone to another place to have dinner that day. It was EMPTY, yet they proceeded to give us what seemed like the WORST seat in the place. We were seated ALL THE WAY in the back, right near the kitchen…NO.
The was subpar to say the least and the service was lazy and labored. The shrimp came burnt to a crisp and we had to send it back. All of our plates came with limp flowers and a sad piece of lettuce for garnish. The pasta and bland. I left the experience feeling very cheated. It’s hard to pay over $30 for Rasta pasta when you can find much better at your local restaurant for a fraction of the cost.

Such a small little place with a whole lot of flavor and vibes. The drink menu is off the hook. The food is delicious. The pepper shrimp is nice and spicy which I love. The jerk chicken is delicious. You can't come here and not have the oxtail. Whatttttt!! Everything is so good. But to top it off.. the staff is very nice. My waiter was amazing. He went out of his way to have the bartender create a new shot for us. Shout out to the bartender. Waiter and bartender are father and son! AMAZING!

Went on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm and honestly the service was really superb. The male servers and hosts were attentive. Food came at a decent time not long at all. Rum punch was great. The jerk chicken rasta pasta was great. Hubby demolished his salmon rasta pasta. For 4 people the bill was amazing. Pricing is really good and decent for the amount of food they give. DEFINITELY COMING AGAIN.

The bad: The location sucks, parking is hard to find, the customers can be a surprise. Way too much ice in their drinks

The good: the food is decent, had the curry snapper and it was very good. Before that I ordered the steamed snapper without okra and was told it’s not going to be good without the okra (umm since when 🤔😐)

The ugly: the seats are uncomfortable. The place needs a do over (decor, umm 😐 what decor). Only 1 bathroom 🚽 with a single stall for everyone make and female
