My complaint is mostly concerning the "express"(and I use the term very loosely)self-service checkout registers. They used to have 8 registers but only 3 were ever open. The other 5 were closed. I notice they've streamlined down to 7 registers but now only 2 are open but 5 Are Still Closed. What's up with this? Of course it's going to create a bottleneck if you have more than 2 customers using the 2 machines. The store is not always busy but I seem to have bad luck in this regard anyway. Somehow, whenever I get to the checkout area it's busy. Obviously the word "express" is very misleading because if you have to wait for a period of time because management does not want to open more than 2 out of 7 registers than there is a problem here. There's nothing "express" about it. My advice is to either open at least 4 registers...or simply shut down the self-service lane. Why even have a half-assed operation if you cannot make an effort to do it right?

We always go here to get fresh coffee beans! The ladies working the coffee section are very friendly! Will come back for sure!

This is by far one of my favorite stores! They have the best produce, and their prices are very reasonable. The juice bar is an added bonus! Now they’re open 24 hours which makes it very convenient for me to get there whenever I want.

This supermarket is truly top-tier. They have everything you can imagine—and then some. Every shelf is fully stocked, and the variety is incredible. The meat market alone is impressive, offering every type of meat and cut you could need. On top of that, they even have restaurants inside, so you can dine while you shop. If you haven’t been yet…get there it’s definitely worth a visit.

Great supermarket with a really nice selection of international products. They carry a wide variety of ingredients and snacks from different countries, which makes it a fun place to explore if you like trying new foods or need something specific for a recipe.<br><br>They also have a great fresh produce section with plenty of good options, and the fresh coffee bean selection is amazing. Lots of varieties to choose from, and it’s a great place if you like freshly roasted or unique coffee beans.<br><br>Overall a great spot to pick up international groceries, fresh ingredients, and discover something new. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy cooking or trying foods from different cultures.

This was my first experience in this place and I loved it. I really just took a stroll around the store. It reminded me of Stew Leonard's. So many options. Fresh produce, fresh meat. And they have restaurants within the store! Amazing!

This place has everything it is not your typical supermarket. When ever I can't find something at my local supermarket I go here. They have a large selection of produce. Fresh baked bakery items on premise. They also have a large selection of meats and seafood section.

This location is an absolute gem! Everything is incredibly fresh, and the selection of international products is out of this world. It feels like taking a mini trip around the globe every time I shop here. The aisles are well-organized, the quality is consistently top-notch, and I can always find exactly what I need (and plenty of things I didn’t know I needed!). Highly recommend!

Luz is incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. She’s super conversational and always puts a smile on everyone’s face. She even took time out of her day to make sure I entered my phone number so I could get the best deals on my items. Amazing service every time!

Have been food bazaar’s customer here in Douglaston since they took over fairway years ago. Love their variety of goods and produce, yet prices are super fair! I highly recommend signing up for their loyalty program be dude they offer generous rewards.
