I visited on April 25th around 9 PM for a date night, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.<br><br>While waiting to be seated, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the front area that was impossible to ignore. We were initially directed to a table near the bathroom, which had the same issue. The tablecloth and silverware were visibly stained and looked unclean. After another wait, we were reseated, but service remained disorganized—at least three different staff members approached us, and it was unclear who our actual server was.<br><br>The most concerning part of the night was the restroom. It was in poor condition: wet floors and counters, and toilet paper not properly stocked. While I was inside, I witnessed an employee exit a stall after flushing, handle the toilet paper, and leave the bathroom without washing her hands—then immediately return to the kitchen and handle containers of silverware. I reported this to the manager, Jose. While he apologized, he attempted to justify the behavior rather than address the seriousness of the hygiene issue. That response alone made me question the restaurant’s overall cleanliness standards.<br><br>Shortly after, our tomahawk steak arrived, and it was equally disappointing. The portion was much smaller than expected, and we were not informed that the bone was included in the 36 oz weight. The steak was overly greasy, lacked flavor, and was significantly overcooked despite us requesting medium well. It felt like we were served mostly fat and scraps. For a $130 dish, this was unacceptable—especially after a 30+ minute wait and the earlier issues.<br><br>Although we were offered a discount and free meals, it did not make up for the experience. The meal left me feeling sick for the rest of the night. For a restaurant rated so highly, this was far below expectations.<br><br>I will not be returning. 0/10 experience.
