Wanted to visit for a while, definitely one of the more interesting deli’s in the city. Felt like a gimmick when I first heard about it but honestly the chopped sandwich with chips was absolutely fantastic. Far better than I excepted. Wait times can be long though, so only go if you’re not in a rush.

Anytime after 11am expect to wait on line for about ten minutes to order from one of the best sandwich spots in NYC. Always worth the wait

The hot pastrami sandwich is delicious. Always getting pastrami. The long wait is always worth.

Great selection of food, sandwiches, and drinks, and they’re open 24 hours, which is very convenient. A restroom is available for use. Parking is paid street parking. It’s mainly takeout/dine-out only and not very kid-friendly. The cashier was a bit rude, which is why I’m reducing my rating by 1 star. Overall, a good place for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices.

Was working at Steiner Studios and this was the closest deli that was "Open 24hrs". I walked in at 5:30 and said Good Morning to the guy at the register... No response just a glare as he leaned all the way back in the chair.

Ok..

I walk over to the deli section.

It's good to know they clean the machines and grill but I wasn't expecting that during what can be considered breakfast or the fact that BOTH the men in the deli section didn't even care to stop their conversation to even acknowledge me.

Great customer service! This place gets a -1 if that was an option

The best deli in the city. I kept seeing videos on social media, so I went myself and it checked out. 10/10! Great customer service and they’re helpful if it’s your first time going in there. The sandwiches are pretty good as well. I will go back.

We were looking for a deli that was doing their thing. I saw some vlogs about this place and since we were in Brooklyn we gave it a try. They did not disappoint. We all had variations of the chopped sandwich which you can get on a roll or a hero. You can put anything you want on the sandwich including potato chips off the shelf of your choice. They have every kind of deli meat made by Boar's Head and a large selection of cheese. After you have selected everything you want on the the sandwich the sandwich artist chops it, mixes it, and then forms it into the shape of the bread you choose. This place was amazing and so was the guy behind the counter. This place is super affordable. I definitely recommend Farmer in the Deli.

Picked up a turkey chopped hero with Ranch Doritos for about $13.50 — absolutely worth it. The sandwich was huge, even with just one layer of honey turkey and a small bag of chips. Fast service, great portion size, and everything tasted fresh. Honestly, if you’re not a big eater, I’d recommend getting it on a roll instead — it’s a lot of food for a hero. Definitely a solid spot I’d recommend!

The first time I went here, I got one of their famous chopped sandwiches. It had red pastrami, swiss cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and jalapenos all chopped up and served in a roll. The sandwich was massive, but none of the ingredients stood out. The taste was all blended into a mellow nothingness. I couldn't distinguish the swiss cheese, pastrami, jalapenos, or anything really.

So just out of curiousity, I went back another day and got the exact same sandwich, but this time not chopped. It was great and tasted amazing! I guess you have to know what you're doing when you choose what to get chopped up. In my mind, the only thing meant to be chopped up like that with whatever ingredients you want is maybe a tuna sandwich, so I'll try that next time I order a chopped sandwich.

The Sandwich Was Delicious 😋 I ordered it chopped on my honest opinion next time I'll get it Regular. Is good for the Hype or Insta but the choice is yours. Plenty of beverages all kinds Etc is a Deli. Everything is to go no tables. Quick Tip Walk 3 Minutes To The Nearest Park To Enjoy It

TikTok got this one right. It’s one of the coolest experiences to watch as they chop the sandwich. The bodega in general has a lot of reasonably priced drink choices. Staff were super helpful with my first time. They have so many options of vege, meats, cheese and sauces. And, THE SANDWICH WAS FREAKING TASTY❤️❤️❤️

Saw this on IG and had to check it out. So glad we did! Delicious sandwiches, tuna and chicken chopped and corned beef and turkey. They are so generous with the portions too. Love, loved our sandwiches. Can't wait to come back! The local ginger ale no sugar that I had was great too!

Such a fantastic experience and delicious food. Like others, I only heard of this through Instagram. We walked from Grand Central station and it was worth the walk. We got 2 rolls, one with a cheese and salad chopped sandwich and the other with tuna, cheese and salad.

Cool to see and even better to eat. Not much of a queue, even at 12pm on a cold Saturday in December. We sat in the park not far away and enjoyed them. Go check it out! 🗽🥪🥯🧀

This place slapt!! I looked up a nice sammich spot while i was waiting for a job interview, and this place did not disappoint .. basically everything that's in a regular sammich, they chop it all up even with the condiments and serve it on a hoagie!!. Place was clean, the Server had on a mask while making my sammich and i got my food fast. I went at 8 in the morning.. no line, and the food was soooooo GOOD. But IF YOU COME AROUND lunch or after work hours(3pm+)... be prepared to wait on line.. and no, you can't order ahead.. i tried lol..I had the chiptole with the works . Will be coming back!!
