My daughter took us there to treat my wife and I after landing her first job. We sat at the bar for an early Sunday dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was great, but the staff even better. The bartender and the wait staff were very busy as it was a beautiful sunny day and outdoor seating was full as was the indoor seating. And despite dripping from sweat from all of the running around, they were gracious, funny and engaging. The chicken was moist and the pasta amazing. Shout outs to Justin and Gina. Definitely going back.

Everything was delicious and refined. Squid ink risotto was excellent. My mocktail (Rosie) was refreshing and great. Great service, cute space.

Never disappointed! We have been coming to this establishment for many occasions. The food is top-notch, and the service is beyond exceptional! Our waiter today was Chase! He was so attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable. The food has always been amazing, flavorful, and the plates look like works of art! I will recommend this place for a cute dinner with the girls or an intimate date night ✨

First time visiting with a group of five and we had an awesome experience. The space isn’t huge, but it does not feel crowded. It’s modern, and well decorated.<br><br>The food was delicious across the board. All the pastas were fantastic, well balanced without being overly salty or oily. The dry-aged ribeye is on the pricier side, but it’s a great statement dish when you are treating and it’s grilled to perfection.<br><br>Desserts were a highlight. The tiramisu was light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced, and the gelatos were incredibly smooth and creamy, honestly some of the best I’ve had.<br><br>Our server was super friendly and personable, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had reservations across the street last week when my family and friends were in town and had spoken to several Evelina customers outside where we parked. They all raved about the food so we decided to try it. We sat at the bar and were served right away. The pasta dishes did not disappoint for brunch.... mushroom ravioli and oxtail ragu. The cocktails were also interesting. We would visit again.

We came in on a really busy night and Gina and Christopher absolutely made our experience. Gina was incredible. So warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even with the restaurant packed, she never made us feel rushed or overlooked and checked in with us the whole time.<br><br>Christopher was wonderful and friendly. He was on top of everything.<br><br>Both the service and food were amazing, we can’t wait to come back!

The food is out of this world—flavor, texture, and portions are perfect. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us excellent recommendations for both wine and food. I walked away from this restaurant reminded how much a great meal contributes to a great evening.<br>i have eaten at most of the top restaurants within a mile or so of here and this Evelina ranks among the best. The plates reflect a chef that understands flavor combinations extremely well, the servers are kind without being intrusive or over the top, the atmosphere is exactly what you want from a Fort Greene dining experience.

Wow food was amazing. I always find italian pastas too be too salty but here the texture of noodles and the flavors were amazing. Oxtail ragu pappardelle - the oxtail literally melts in your mouth. I usually dont like ragu pappardelle bc usually I find it very dry but this was amazing. Squid ink spagetti was also so great mix of seafood and also perfect balance of flavors. Tiramisu is a MUST!! im very picky with my tiramisu and it was soft moist and super creamy the perfect ratio a tiramisu should have. Evan our server was great.<br><br>There was a big group next to us so it was a bit loud so was had to raise our voices but overall restaurant atmosphere is filled with beautiful paintings but is on the smaller side.<br><br>I will definitely back to try other dishes very soon :)

Walked in restaurant Saturday at 6pm, got two seats at the bar without a reservation. Food was good, drinks were too - bartender was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Hostess was so nice, she was pregnant but hustling to service us and speak to us :) (thank you)<br>Vibes were great! Would go back<br>Paid +$250 for two so it is expensive

Stopped here by chance on a lovely fall Sunday morning. Beautifully located on the corner of the street, the outdoor seating area gets abundant sun in the am. Drip coffee was terrific and was refilled for me. The lemon scone was phenomenal - warm with crispy bits and a moist interior served with a sharp lemon custard and dense whip cream. Was tempted to try a bunch of other stuff I saw arriving at tables next to me, but ran out of time. Did visit the inside which was both elegant and cozy. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Omg we had the best time at Evelina! The place is absolutely gorgeous with cozy vibes and a romantic lighting. The menu is mouthwatering and everything we tried was amazing! They have delicious mocktails too! It’s perfect for date night, group and solo dining.

I had an absolutely fantastic time. Evelina never disappoints. The food is always amazing and our waiter was extremely accommodating and attentive to all food allergies. The first time I had their pancakes I had to go back for more! The squid in risotto is also my favorite item on the dinner menu.

First, I want to commend the culinary team here. The food was truly exceptional, particularly the chanterelle ravioli pasta and the NYC strip. The cocktails were also excellent.<br><br>However, the service we received is close to tragedy. While our server seemed to be pleasant gay dude, there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness and interest throughout the entire visit. We had absolutely no interaction, beside when placing our initial food order. We experienced zero follow-ups regarding our drinks or food, nor any general check-ins. This lack of engagement resulted in us waiting approximately 20 minutes to order dessert, which is completely unnecessary.<br>We end up tipping 20% because we plan to come back but this should not be a service standard for the restaurant of this caliber.

Excellent neighborhood spot. Food was delicious and everything we ordered was pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary but the quality of the food was really good and menu had a good variety of items. The steak, halibut and zucchini flowers were probably the most memorable dishes. I thought the pastas could have been a bit better seasoned. Really enjoyed it and would recommend and go back!
