I’m a native New Yorker, but was visiting Hell’s Kitchen as a tourist with my husband after our wedding.<br><br>Dutch Fred’s was the first restaurant we visited as newlyweds, and the team made the experience feel incredibly special. They welcomed us with champagne, provided wonderful service, and served delicious food.<br><br>It was the perfect way to begin our post-wedding celebrations, and we will certainly be back on our next trip to New York!

Omg! Girls' trip to the NYC and chose Dutch Fred's for Sunday buffet. LET ME TELL YOU, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! All of the food was good but I had the banana stuffed French toast and it was the best!!! Periodt! You must have it! Our server was Meg and she also was the BEST! Very accommodating and the sweetest! Thanks Meg!

We had such a fabulous event at Dutch Fred’s. From the planning to the night itself, everything came together beautifully.<br><br>Marisa Weise was wonderful to work with, helpful, responsive, and thoughtful about making the event work for our group of about 35 people. The space had great energy and it was the perfect spot for a pre-theater gathering.<br><br>A huge thank you to Angel, our server, who was truly fantastic. He took such good care of everyone, kept things moving, and made the evening feel easy and fun.<br><br>Our guests had a great time, and we were so happy with the experience. Dutch Fred’s made our celebration feel special, and we would absolutely come back.

One of my favorite spots at Hell’s Kitchen. I usually come here before or after any Broadway show. Mayelah is such an amazing host, she’s nice and always with a smile, warm welcoming, I really value a warm welcoming. Melissa definitely my top server in whole Manhattan, efficient and enjoyable. David at the bar my favorite mixologist, he has the perfect mezcalita mix that I love.<br>Food is great, my fav will always be the smash burger with truffle fries.<br>Good spot for a date, or even a private party.

Such a cute place for brunch with the girls! The tea cups served with the tipsy tea service were so cute to start our girls day. Grace was our server, she was very attentive and so sweet. We loved her! Thanks for a great morning!

Eliel is the best bartender in the city, I love Dutch Freds, frequent there often Great menu best food unbelievable drinks. I’ve never had a bad time there. I don’t write reviews. This is my first and this will be my last. That’s how much I like this place.

I found this place by accident while walking around the city and from the very first impression I really liked the vibe here with lots of christmas decorations and an amazing playlist. The people who work here, David and Ryan are just wonderful. They are attentive to people and make your stay at the bar very welcoming. Eggplant chips are super tasty!

I’ve been going to Dutch Fred’s since 2016, and it’s always been a fantastic spot in Hell’s Kitchen, perfect for unwinding after work or meeting up with friends.<br><br>The current cocktail selection is awesome, with creative, well-crafted drinks that never disappoint and keep me coming back for new favorites. The food also never disappoints. I’ll recommend the steak sandwich.<br><br>The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond every time. Special shoutout to Angel, the host on our recent Wednesday evening visit, who made our night extra special with his warm welcome!<br>Highly recommend.

This became our go to spot while visiting over Christmas. All of the employees were so kind and welcoming! The vibes & holiday decor were also great. We loved the espresso martinis! Definitely recommend and would love to come back if we ever return to NYC!

I visited this place while touring with my friends and it was the highlight of our day!! The food was great, cocktails are good + the spot is very instagramable. 🎄🎅 The host Angel was such an angel, 10/10 food and service. Will definitely be coming back soon! Seeyaa 😄

I absolutely love the Dutch Fred’s. It’s very close to my job, and the atmosphere is always so much fun.<br><br>First of all, Angel, the host, is amazing. Last night was extremely busy, and I was worried we wouldn’t get a spot because I had friends visiting from Florida and had recommended this bar to them. I asked Angel if he could take care of us, and he truly went above and beyond—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to him, we were seated quickly without much waiting. Angel is truly the best.<br><br>Our first waitress, Ashley (I hope I got her name right), was absolutely adorable and gave wonderful menu recommendations. We really enjoyed both the “big bites” and “small bites”—such a cute and fun concept. I also tried a mocktail called She Spicy, which was fantastic.<br><br>We stayed for quite a while and truly enjoyed our table. When Ashley’s shift ended, Gaby (again, I hope I got the name right) took over, and she was just as wonderful—so fun, attentive, and always right on time whenever we needed anything. Very impressive service.<br><br>I genuinely enjoyed this last-minute night out. Thank you to everyone who worked that evening for your hard work and excellent service. I will definitely be back.

We had our corporate holiday party there, and it was perfect. Rita helped plan everything, and the menu options were great. The holiday decorations in the bar were amazing, so festive. The drinks, food, music and service were all really good. Very happy with the place.

Everything about our visit to Dutch Fred's was five stars. We would specifically like to shout out our server Abby who was considerate, kind, and conversational during a busy morning brunch. She went above and beyond with advice and kindness. Food was phenomenal and bottomless brunch cocktails were fab. Highly recommend!!

What a fun experience. We ordered the happy meals with salad & fries. They were fresh & tasty - perfect before a show. Our server, Gabby was helpful and attentive. Thanks for a lovely evening.

So happy we popped in because the sign caught our eyes. Ryan was a great bartender, he made our experience absolutely wonderful. Drinks were on point; ordered the Espresso Yourself, the El Jardin, and the Paradise Found (last two a must, if you’re a Mezcal fan like myself); all perfection. Steak sandwich CANNOT be touched; ate it so fast I couldn’t get a photo. Will definitely be visiting again.
