OMGGG THE SERVER ISBAH WAS SO AMAZING!!!!!! She made me feel so safe and understood. I never had donuts like these before. She took her time and patience with every donut she made. You can see the love and joy she added to my order. I personally believe she deserves a raise! :)

Tried this donut place for the first time. It's freshly made to order which is nice however while waiting approx 20minutes for the donuts and watching the donuts being made you start to notice the place is filthy. The counters aren't wiped, donut scraps and stains all over the counters, floors and carpeting. The donut glaze and assembly station is behind filthy glass, glaze stains everywhere. Not very appealing. All the glaze are kept in discolored plastic containers. There is a temperature control issue where half the glaze is dried solid on the top half and melted liquid on the bottom. Witnessed the employee pouring water from a paper cup to melt/dilute make more of the glaze. Needless to say I won't return

I love duck doughnuts so much! Only thing I did not like is how they treat their employees. I went today and there was only one worker making all the doughnuts by himself ! I placed an order thru the app and had to wait more than an hour. I felt so bad for the guy. It’s def not fair to him, he’s overworked and probably not being paid well. Please do better!

My son always LOVES DUCK Donuts! When we got out of school early he BEGGED to go and get his two favorite Donuts and grab a duck! The Donuts are always fresh and the staff is so patient especially when my son takes forever to choose his same two Donuts lol. As he said I'd give it 10 thumbs but I only have two 🤣

This place needs to be closed for few days for deep cleaning, the management needs to hire more people , one person can’t operate this place, the coffee was terrible more water then coffee , donuts too terrible the only thing was ok was the refresher plus I have to say the place is not cheep for the quality of food and drink. Attaching few pictures I should take more pictures but I think you got the hint of how dirty is this place. This was my first and last visit here. Very disappointed!!!!

First time at any location... we were greeted immediately. We took a few minutes to look over menu and then we realized there were more choices in a book!! The employee then asked if it was our first time and gave us a sample of a glazed to share. We ordered blueberry something and coffee cake. They were warm and soft and delicious. we were glad we didn't order more WE WOULD HAVE EATEN THEM.

Duck donuts sell warm delicious donut. I have had the actual donuts before and they were good. There is never real interaction with customers and employee to rate service as they are always lurking in the back and come out to serve customers when they get a notification. They don’t greet you they just call your name when your order is ready. No cordiality that would be becoming of a service establishment. For a change I ordered donut holes dippers. instead of regular donuts. Imagine my surprise when I got to my car and saw that they were pieces of ripped up donuts as opposed to a donut hole dippers, which would be the equivalent of a Dunkin Donut munchkin and there was no dip. $12 dollars plus tax for a couple of ripped up donuts. I am never going back there. Please refer to the photos to see what I am referring to in this review. They are already overpriced and I get nothing like the picture on the menu screen of the poster on the store front. I was too far away to take it back.

Duck Donuts is absolutely worth the visit. What makes them stand out is that the donuts are made to order. They’re not sitting out waiting to be picked up, they’re prepared fresh right in front of you, customized exactly how you want them, and served warm.

Yes, you’ll wait a few minutes. But in a world where everything is about instant gratification, that short wait is part of what makes the experience special. You’re getting something fresh and made specifically for you, and you can taste the difference in every bite.

The donuts were soft, flavorful, and perfectly topped. The combinations are creative without being overwhelming, and everything looked just as good as it tasted. The shop itself felt clean, bright, and welcoming. Nyla made sure every bite was beautifully done.

If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend ordering ahead. If not, just bring a little patience, it’s absolutely worth it.

When you get the chance, give them a try. I’ll definitely be back.

Response from the owner

Thank you for the detailed review Weldon. Hope we can earn that last star and get a 5!!

I want to be very clear: I have no issue with the employee at all.
In fact, I felt really bad for her.

I came right when the store opened at 8:00 AM.
There were already two orders ahead of me, and each order was five dozen donuts. That part was fine. I was third in line.

The problem is that there was only ONE employee working.

I’ve been to other Duck Donuts locations where there are five or six people working at the same time.
Here, this one employee was doing everything:

making donuts

preparing toppings

taking orders

answering the phone

It was simply too much for one person.

I ended up waiting one full hour.
This situation is not fair to customers, and honestly not fair to the employee either.

She was clearly overwhelmed, and that’s a staffing issue, not a worker issue.

Good donuts, but management really needs to staff this location properly.

Response from the owner

Thanks JJ - we appreciate your feedback and are working on it.

omg I came in duck donuts to find the most amazing worker Nyla, she was super nice and funny and cool and made me 2 amazing donuts. They were so good I almost passed out. They inspired me to start training Muay Thai and I ended up becoming a world champ.

The girls there were fabulous. They heard me on the phone and they made my drink delicious and my donuts delicious and we had a nice chat while they were making my drink and donut and I’m telling you they were so nice. Her name was Nyla and Kathy definitely recommend!! does not feel like a franchise feels more like a local donut shop and the coffee I had was delicious better than Starbucks

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback Dr. Nadine. Hope to host you again soon.
