Dia & Noche — a fantastic spot, made even better by an amazing server!
Really enjoyed our time at Dia & Noche. Great food, great atmosphere — exactly the kind of place you're happy you discovered and already planning to return to.
What truly elevated the experience was our server, Yanet. She was warm and welcoming right from the start, the kind of person who instantly makes the whole table feel at ease. She stayed on top of everything throughout the meal — never had to flag her down, never felt forgotten — and she genuinely went above and beyond in a way you don't always see. It was the little extra touches that made a real difference and showed she actually cares about the people she's serving.
Dia & Noche earns a solid return visit on its own, but Yanet is the reason we'll be specifically asking to sit in her section next time. If you go, you're lucky if you get her!

Came here for Mother’s Day with my daughters and unfortunately the experience did not match the occasion. We made a 7pm reservation and still had to wait quite a while because tables were backed up. I understand holidays are busy, but the restaurant should consider better reservation management or dining time limits on major holidays to avoid long delays.

Once seated, our table was directly under very loud speakers, making it difficult to even have a conversation during dinner. The live band was talented, but the volume level made the atmosphere feel more like a lounge than a place for families trying to enjoy a meal together.

Service was the biggest disappointment. Our waitress took our order, brought sparkling water, and then disappeared for long stretches of time. We waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes for our entrées and had to flag someone down for updates. Water was never refilled, no one checked on us, and we were never offered chips, salsa, or even a drink menu — yet we watched another table receive all of those things shortly after being seated.

The ceviche appetizer was also underwhelming and lacked the freshness we expected.

I understand restaurants become overwhelmed on holidays, but basic attentiveness and consistency in service still matter. Communication, table check-ins, drink refills, and equal service across tables would have made a huge difference.

The live music was great, and I do appreciate the effort put into the atmosphere, but overall the experience felt disorganized and inattentive, especially for a special occasion like Mother’s Day.
Janet gave us truly excellent service at Dia y Noche. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and cared for like we were more than just customers. She was kind, attentive, and always checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience people have, and that made our visit feel even more special. We’re really grateful for her hospitality and would gladly come back again because of her.
We went for cino de mayo lunch. They had specials for Cinco de mayo – if I had to do it over again, I would definitely NOT get the specials. Anything with nacho cheese and chips were stale. The cheese looked like it was something that came out of a can. TBH I wouldn't go for $1 Taco Tuesday either, we tried the chicken and the beef tacos and both tasted over seasoned and old. It felt like these "specials" were just a way to get rid of old food before it went bad. Anything that was good was given in like a shot glass portion (we got guac and chips as part of the deal and it was soooo tiny)

The only good thing I enjoyed here was the sangrias. My sister had the red sangria and I had the mango rum white sangrias. Those, I felt were worth it for $7 each. Strong and tasty.

In terms of service, I felt like we were seated at the Forgotten Corner. Once we were sat and had our appetizers and drinks, no one came by the check on us. Getting our check also took a while. I had to flag down the hostess and ask for our check.

Overall, the staff is polite and friendly, just not attentive. The food was sadly disappointing. I also wasn't happy that here was a 18% gratutity already added to the check when we were a party of 2. With how the food and service was, I did not feel like 18% was earned.

The drinks were good and the atmosphere was also good. I would probably only go here for drinks and avoid any specials
Our waitress was wonderful, she was awesome. The food and drinks were great. The happy our prices were dope.

But the manager was rude as heck. He offended one of our party members who got lost looking for the bathroom, he spoke to him like my friend was about to rob the cash register or something. The waitress kindly let him know that our friend was a paying customer.
When it was brought to his attention that he had been rude, he basically said he wasn't going to apologize. Then he told him I'm sorry if your sensitive. What kind of manager handles a customer complaint like that? Even if you felt like you did nothing wrong, you should have better customer service skills.
We were having a great time until then. He completely killed the vibe. The interaction felt profiled.
I absolutely love this place—it’s truly my go-to spot. I come here all the time with my family, and it’s just as perfect when I want to relax and enjoy some time by myself. The atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming, making it easy to unwind no matter the occasion. The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are top-notch every single time.

I also have to give a special shoutout to José Angel, who always takes great care of me whenever I visit. His service is exceptional—friendly, attentive, and professional—and he really elevates the entire experience.

Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, amazing drinks, and a comfortable, enjoyable environment.
Food was amazing. The service was phenomenal. The music was good it was quiet and calm and as a Hispanic 10/10. Would recommend
Now listen! This was my first time experiencing this restaurant and baby, I mean everything and I mean everything was absolutely fantastic! If you haven't been here, you need to get here!!! 🤩💖💖💖💯%
Great food and a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and flavorful. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again.
Amazing food! The drinks were addicting 😍 the service was top tier. My cup was never empty. They kept them refills coming! Will definitely return!
My husband and I like to try new restaurants for Friday date nights. This one is close to home and didn't disappoint at all. I am actually still sitting at the restaurant while writing this review!! Lol I ordered the passion fruit marg and stuffed chicken. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The marg was yummy 😋! I would've loved to hear some bad bunny, but overall great vibe. My only eh was that our server seemed like he was having a bad day, otherwise awesome!! I will be back! Thanks for having us.
I had a really positive experience with this business. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was handled properly. The service was smooth, on time, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
I came no reservation they accommodated me a plus. Waitress very attentive a plus. An hour plus wait 3 mimosas and good music ok. Black rice marinara please never again it had so much black ink 3 bites my mouth and lips black. Got scared pay bill 123.00+ 3 meals and 3 mimosas. Home heated up try to eat impossible looks and taste no good. Felt scared eating it so threw a very expensive meal out. Pictures look better than it really looked on the plate. I love black rice done with black beans this was black rice done with lots of food coloring.

Marisol,

Thank you for sharing such detailed thoughts about your visit, including the warm welcome and attentive care you received. I’m sorry that the dish you tried didn’t meet your expectations, and your feedback on both the presentation and taste has been heard.
We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with your dish. We actually use fresh squid ink to color the rice, and the product is clearly described on the menu. Rice with black beans is a different dish; it's called Moro rice or Congris rice.

Sincerely, Dia & Noche
It is one of the best restaurants in town! We come here for special occasions and the atmosphere is always good! Food is really good, and at a good price. Will recommend it for family and couples! Waiters are very attentive and friendly! Love Dia y Noche!

Thank you for your glowing review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoy our atmosphere, food, and service. Looking forward to serving you on your next special occasion! Sincerely, Dia Y Noche.
My boyfriend and I came here looking for not only a mix of Latin food, but vegan options for me as well. Dia Y Noche has all of that! The service was kind, and we loved the spacious places to sit and all the colors. We came during happy hour, so our drinks were $7 which was very nice. We got the guac as an app, and for our entrees, we got the vegan toston burger and signature stuffed chicken with tostones as a side. All our food came relatively fast and it was all fresh and delicious! We will be back to try more items on the menu and bring our friends and family.
