Dave & Buster's Staten Island

When we got here the place wasn't busy at all so we figured the food wouldn't take long. Wrong. Took almost an hour for wings and sliders. The waitress kept saying she doesn't know why, which just made it more frustrating. Then the food came and it wasn't even hot, like they were sitting there for a minute. At that point we just wanted to get out of there. Definitely wouldn't advise going for food. Maybe just drinks.

We are regular customers and our bartender is always good. We came today and it was another person and we were completely disappointed and upset! We walked over to the bar and sat down. The bartender saw us and walked away. After 15 mins he was still not coming yet. Until other customers came to the bar to order drinks. He went to them first instead of us. That was already upsetting that we were going to leave. We draft beer and food. The draft beer as always (almost every time) it’s sour as it wasn’t properly ran. We told the bartender it was sour he said oh I ran it this morning. Do u want bottle beer? Why would you ask me that if I ordered a tall draft beer and u ask me if I wanted a bottle l?!! Unless you open the bottle beer and pour me the same amount a tall draft beer. Then he went to run the beer. Instead of pour out a small cup for us to try first (which the bartender normally would do that), he just pour 2 large cup of beer not knowing if they would still taste sour.<br>Food took forever to come. We asked for sauce for the wings on the side and he didn’t bring. When we told him about the sauce, we thought he went to get but came back still with no sauce. After 10 mins which we almost finished our wings already he bought the source but it was the wrong sauce. You have a round bar which you must have either 2 bartenders 1 on each side or A bartender that is fast and smart or decent! There were other customers at the bar also complained as the bartender will just disappear for a good 10 mins. Terrible service!

ordered medium rare steaks, took 40+ min to come out we all get well done

This place has a ton of great games for the entire family and sports events showing on the screens which can be viewed while eating at the booth or the bar.<br><br>Taking 2 ⭐off for cleanliness at the table. The silverware and the provide plates were disgusting and dusty even after I asked two separate servers for clean plates and silverware. They ended up bringing us plastic forks and still the plates were not spotless.<br>Come on... They are 1 ⭐ away from a call to the health department! Get your act together. Never coming back to this location.

The Dave & buster located at Staten island used to be very crowded and busy. But now it's been super quiet even on half-price days (thank God this happened on the half-price day otherwise I will feel like a fool). But I might know why, I purposely came to play the NBA pusher ball machine, I played 13 times, yet not a single ball was able to make it down the hole. In the past the pusher strength on the NBA ball machine will felt more weak than other attempts. This time the pusher have no strength at all. The 13 times that I played has no strength to a point where the ball couldn't even go up the center hold rim ( see video) I also noticed that the pusher is slanted a bit. It doesn't make sense to have this game there if it makes people disappointed. This game is no longer about skills, it's about luck. You might win if u are one of the lucky one out of unlucky people who lost from the previous hundreds trys. There is not much games to choose from compare to some other locations. That's another reason why people stop going.<br><br>Update: they tried to fix it but it didn't seem to work. Gave 15 trys again today. The pusher still didn't have power. Also saw many other games that are not working.

Had a blast at Dave & Buster's! The dining area is really spacious, the food and drinks are awesome, and there are tons of games to play. Perfect spot for a fun night out with friends or family!

Waitress was nice. Getting seated made no sense. People at front only sell game cards. Told go to a white host stand, if nobody is there go to the bar. Nobody was at either. Had to kinda shout louder than I would have liked to get manager attention. Some games were broken not working properly. Food was average at best. Double burger was breaking apart. Felt like it weighed less than a mcdouble. Waitress was sweet. Service was subpar took far too long. Never could get a refill over the 2-3 hr period we were there. Food came out slow.<br>Did eat n play , no idea how to get cards. Would have thought they would have given it while waiting for the food so the kids could play. Food was taken so long. Had to go and ask the waitress. What was the deal with that.

Dave & Buster's Staten Island is awesome—perfect mix of food, drinks, and non-stop fun! Got the classic wings (crispy with great sauce options), Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, and a burger—food was tasty, hot, and satisfying for arcade eats. Service was friendly and quick (server kept our Power Cards loaded and drinks coming). Atmosphere is electric: tons of games, huge TVs for sports, lively energy without being overwhelming—great for groups, dates, or family nights. Spent about $40-60 per person including games. Highly recommend—total blast!

Really good food and amazing staff. I want to give a big shout to Raymond for being very kind and helpful to me and my wife with any question we had. Raymond is one of hardest workers I've ever seen and deservers raise or promotion.

Very nice location, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious and had lots of good games. Wasn't too busy on a Friday which was nice, not being in an overcrowded atmosphere was great

Dave & Buster’s at Staten Island Mall is a blast for all ages! We came for the arcade and ended up joining their Tuesday night trivia — free to play, super fun, and great prizes for the top teams. What really made the night was Eddie (or Ed) — possibly a manager or host — who checked on us several times, knew the menu well, and was just a great guy. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a great time. The location is super convenient with easy parking, and they always seem to have deals that are easy on the wallet. Great vibes, great service — we’ll definitely be back!

Update 2: they returned the time out between games to 30 seconds . Update 1: removing 2 stars due to unannounced platinum summer pass change to 45 seconds between games instead of 30. It may not seem like a lot, but the additional time has frustrated my child and significantly decreased the fun and experience.

Dave & Buster's in Staten Island is a fantastic option for families seeking a fun, indoor activity. The variety of games is impressive, catering to different age groups and interests. The atmosphere is lively and engaging. Previous experiences with their food have been positive. They can host a variety of different events and have specials.

I had dine in here many times and food has been good and consistent.<br>I’m pretty sure a lot of people may think that D&B restaurant is just one of those chain restaurants, so don’t put any expectation. My sisters family would come to play, but not to eat. They would rather choose somewhere else to eat for dine in experience. I proved them wrong by inviting them to dinner here. They were very surprised at how the food came out and we all enjoyed the food so much. We all think that it is much better than red lobster, Applebee’s, any compatible chain restaurants.<br>Service is good, burgers here is great, pretzels dogs with that dipping sauce is a must have. I love my steak salad bowl, kids love all those chicken strips, fries and appetizers.<br><br>Great time for family gatherings while the kids can go play and the adults can relax and chill at the table.
