I had a fun and energetic night at Dave & Buster's in Times Square last weekend. This massive two-floor spot combines a lively restaurant with a huge arcade, creating a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere perfect for groups, families, or a casual night out. The neon lights, loud music, and constant buzz make it feel like pure entertainment central.<br>I enjoyed the loaded nachos and the classic burger with crispy fries — both were tasty and filling for a fun setting. The boneless wings were spicy and delicious. We spent hours playing games like basketball, racing simulators, and claw machines, which kept the night exciting. Service was friendly and fast despite the crowds.<br>It’s a great place for a lively evening mixing good food, drinks, and arcade fun right in the heart of Times Square. Highly recommend. Five stars.<br>Helpful tips: Buy a Power Card as soon as you arrive for the games — they often have deals and bonuses. Make a reservation for the restaurant side if you want to eat first. Portions are large, so sharing appetizers is smart. Weeknights are less crowded than weekends. Perfect before or after a Broadway show since it’s super central.

Had an amazing time watching the Knicks game here! Our server, provided stellar 5-star service. He was dynamic, super attentive, and made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. We watched from the Game Suite, which I highly recommend—it’s spacious, has two TVs, and fun interactive games. Beyond fantastic experience all around. Huge shoutout to Payton for making our night super enjoyable. He definitely was a star! We will definitely be back!

Flowing like the Mississippi. The food? Arriving in a steady, glorious parade that had us wondering if there was a secret kitchen portal aimed directly at our table. Pizza, wings, sliders, sodas, refills — all delivered with the kind of timing usually reserved for Broadway productions.<br>And the games. Oh, the games. Every claw machine, racing wheel, basketball hoop, and flashing-lights-screaming-noises arcade masterpiece was firing on all cylinders. The kids were lit up brighter than the game floor itself, and honestly? So were the adults. This D&B location is absolutely AMAZING and I come here multiple times a month. Sure I can talk about the large open space (rare for Manhattan) and a fresh recycle of fun and exciting games, but the key thing that makes me come back over and over is just the absolutely BEST-IN-CLASS customer service from the managers and staff. Particularly the managers!<br><br>From helping with lost items (I lost two things here and both times retrieved it with no issues) to just giving out free ducks because a manager saw that I was interested in a particular rare one that was hard to grab, this location has the best people.<br><br>And if you don't believe me, feel free to take a look at how many chips I've spent here. Fun arcade. Right in the middle of Times Square. Gets packed with kids after school and corporate events.<br><br>But the games are too fun!

We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s in 42nd Street, Times Square! I brought a group of students, and from the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, quick, and efficient in getting us settled.<br><br>The manager was outstanding—constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were taken care of. Even with multiple school groups visiting at the same time, they handled everything in a very organized, professional, and timely manner.<br><br>The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this location for school trips or even just a fun day out. We’ll definitely be back!

Sarah was our server and she was so knowledgable and have great recommendations. Even up sold our table and we were thoroughly impressed! She always was very attentive and did not bother us, she had impeccable timing when checking in and making sure our experience was going great.<br><br>Payton the manager also checked in on us and was very welcoming. Food is pretty good at this location. D&B sometimes has some good promotions going on like $5 Margs and $10 wings. Sundays and Wednesdays (I believe) games are half off.

My friends and I got Richard as a waiter and he was very helpful with food options. Him and his coworker were nice enough to give us a free dessert. It was a pleasure.

Our friend Eric loves Dave + busters so we went for his bday and they were super accommodating and nice to us the whole time! Peyton was lovely and tolerated us being silly, so thank you.

We booked a table to watch the UFC fights on Saturday night. They have plenty of TVs. When we arrived, they sat us in front of one that wasn’t currently showing what we came for, and it took them 20-ish minutes to switch it over. By the time the main fights were on, almost every TV was playing UFC. Service was great. Food was okay. Of the two finger foods we ordered (Philly egg rolls and boneless wings), they were mildly overcooked, dry, and overpriced. You’re paying for the space, not the food.

A great place for $5.00 happy hour daily from 4:30 to 7:00 pm daily for five different type of drinks from a 22 ounce light beer to Long Island iced tea.<br><br>The floor area adjacent to the restaurant is for those who love to play a large variety of games for all adults and children.<br><br>I would have liked to see appetizers added to happy hour instead of filling in a receipt survey on the back of your bill payment.<br><br>This will get you a free $20.00 appetizer with purchase of a main menu item when you return.

Booked here to catch up with friends and grab some lunch before heading to the airport. This dinner had a great selection of drinks and hearty classics at good value. Would recommend the burgers and golden fingers. Great service from the staff with recommendations that we tried and enjoyed.

I love Dave & Buster's the place always has a fun vibe and you can go wrong with that. The games were enjoyable of course. This particular location is very huge with the 2 bar areas one in the dining restaurant and the other in the game area. The food and drinks was super good, I ordered myself a Lemon Drop with the spicy smash burger and truffle fries and was not disappointed.
