i ask x ice and the server Murshida charged me $ 1.00 x ice ..! unbelievable i can believe it .!!!!

The service was inattentive and unprofessional, and the overall attitude displayed was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was that Giovani repeatedly and aggressively requested gratuity, which made me and my guests feel uncomfortable and pressured.<br><br>Gratuity should reflect the quality of service and should never be demanded, especially in a confrontational manner. This behavior significantly impacted our dining experience and does not align with basic standards of customer service.<br><br>I kindly ask that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other customers. Absolutely disgusted with my experience at Dallas BBQ in Jamaica, Queens. The service was horrible from start to finish. Our server, Patricio, came once to take the order and basically disappeared for the rest of the night. Drinks were dropped off, then a food runner brought the food, but nobody ever checked on the table again. We had to sit there with no extra napkins, no share plates, and no table touch whatsoever.<br><br>To make matters even worse, there were ROACHES. Not one… but multiple. We personally saw two roaches near our table, and the table next to us literally asked to be moved because they were also dealing with roaches on their side. That is beyond unacceptable and honestly a health concern.<br><br>Meanwhile, there were dirty tables sitting around, servers standing around chatting, and the entire restaurant felt filthy and poorly managed. Even the bathroom smelled terrible.<br><br>What really irritated me was that after providing almost no service, Patricio still circled and hinted toward a tip on the receipt. Tipping is supposed to reflect good service, not guilt or pressure after neglecting your table the entire night.<br><br>I told my partner not to leave a tip because honestly the service did not deserve one, but he felt bad and still tipped anyway.<br><br>I usually LOVE Dallas BBQ, especially the Upper East Side location, but this Jamaica location is an absolute disaster. Clean the place up. Nobody should be paying to eat in a dirty, roach-filled restaurant with inattentive staff.<br><br>I will never come back to this hole in the wall again. I also have videos/photos of the bugs and receipt from the visit.

MY ORDER WAS TAKE OUT. PARSONS BLVD. DOOR DASH. THE FOOD WAS WAY BELOW WHAT WAS EXPECTED AND BBQ STANDARDS. 5/22/26 17:43. HAVE ORDERED AND EATEN FROM LOCATION PRIOR NO PROBLEMS THIS TIME IT WAS WAY BELOW EXPECTATION. HARDLY ANY RICE IN THE COMBO ORDERS. THE RIBS WERE COLD AND TASTELESS. THE CHICKEN SEEMED LIKE HALF A CORNISH CHICKEN NO FLAVOUR. IT WAS A TOTAL DISSAPPOINT. WONT BE ORDERING TAKE OUT FROM THERE ANYMORE.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE!<br><br>It's got a bit of an uptown vibe but also - it's a BBQ joint! Loved the atmosphere, loved the beyond-expectations table service, loved trying different foods.<br><br>As a party of four, we all tried something different, and shared nibbles. Fun, solid food. My small strip steak was really enough - I don't need to eat a gargantuan slice of meat, so having the smaller piece was great. It came with yellow rice (my choice) which was fragrant and tasty. We shared the shrimp cocktail appetizer - enormous shrimp! - and several of us "indulged" in the frozen pina coladas. After a long, long day of work, they were just the treat we needed - sweet, tasty, and a nice kick with the rum. You can get an extra shot if you want, so I got the rum shot and our dinner partners got the Hennessy.<br><br>Enjoyed that the meal was *tasty* and the server staff was not just helpful but went out of their way to explain things and to bring us what we requested.

Ordered vegetable tempura, hot wings (five), Mac and cheese, and Virgin piña colodas. The veggie tempura... straight from the grease onto my plate. The chicken wings can still fly with all of the feathers I can visually see when the plate came out despite all of the sauce on the wings. Mac and cheese was OK. The drinks are spot on, as usual. They def have that part down. I just wish it was more enjoyable overall for the prices. My waiter William was great as well. Not too overbearing, but checked on our table every now and then.

Food here was delicious!! I got the Wings with Honey on the side!! Wings were fresh, hot, crispy!! Cheeseburger with fries was really good & they made it perfectly Medium!!! Yummy!! I totally inhaled everything!! Definitely recommend this location!!! Enjoy! Thanks!!

I really like this location I feel like it is under appreciated. It's never packed when I go except maybe in the summer later in the day. The food is flavorful, good portions, and good value. The drinks are good. The service could be a bit more engaging if I am being honest, but overall the food came out quick and just as we wanted it. The many TV screens were screening sports and the music playing was good.

Came here with my girl after running some errands. was happy hour, we got wings and burgers. Food was good, drinks were a lil salty sour, but great big portions. 2nd & 3rd time came drinks were better, thank you Dallas BBQ

Excellent location for a family dinner or location. My family and I had a really nice time here. The servers and greeters were very friendly and accommodating.<br><br>The place is very clean and well organized. The food was great and very tasty.<br><br>The prices are not too bad.<br><br>Very great venue for family, church groups and professionals who want to have some fun together

Pros: The food was delicious and the drinks were strong! They added new dishes to the menu including fish sliders, Mac & cheese, taco bowls, and a vegan burger. The vibe was amazing. They played all the old school videos from the 90’s on a big screen. I loved it.<br>Cons: No street parking, cars are parked bumper to bumper in that area so you’ll have to pay for a parking garage. The good news is that the parking garage is right next door and it’s 24 hours. I paid $16 for 3 hours. Not bad.

First time trying this place, wow. The music was great, ambiance. This place really knows how to make food! I tried a bunch of things and everything was mind blowing. I had the sticky ribs, fries, yellow rice, and of course the henny wings. Those henny wings, you have to try. Service was awesome. Karina, greatest server ever. Whatever she’s getting paid she needs a raise. The manager on duty was also awesome. Kevin, thank you for your accommodations and for being a great host. He also needs a raise. Dallas BBQ in Jamaica, is the place to be.

Came here a few months ago after having not been to a restaurant for more than a year. They were only doing outdoor dining at the time, but the weather was nice and it was worth going to just sit around and enjoy the restaurant experience again.<br><br>The server was nice and attentive and the food was good like I remember it to be. The steak had those few pieces of inedible fatty bits that nobody really likes, but that's just how it is so can't complain because the rest of the steak was very good and super flavorful.<br><br>Would definitely come back here again.
