We came in for lunch with our family (party of nine). The waitress was very friendly, but she seemed overwhelmed once our food started coming out.

The wait was long, and almost every burger was wrong. Instead of sending them back, she started switching them around at the table with a fork. I was honestly more shocked than angry. I’ve never seen that done before.

I ended up with a very rare burger while pregnant, and the juices had soaked into the bun. It just wasn’t handled properly. For what we paid, I expected better.

The nachos were literally chips with Cheez Whiz. There are too many good diners around to take a chance on coming back here.

Got the big frenchie for breakfast. Was real good. The others got omelets that were also real good . Lil lite on wait staff but worth going to. Plenty to choose from on the menu.
Look, as someone who grew up in diners, this is as classic a diner as you're going to get. I'm sure there's good days and bad ones just like anywhere else. In my opinion the menu is too big. Like a textbook college course level. As seen in my pics I kept it super simple and classic breakfast. It hit and if I lived nearby I'd visit more often. Decor could use an update but it's that classic diner vibe.
The service, the atmosphere and the foods were very good.
This is a cheese Danish. When I put it in my mouth to eat it, I realized that the taste had changed because it was very old. Cheese Danish is one of my favorite foods. I know what it tastes like. Even after I told them, they said it was the smell of the cheese.
Amazing service great food menu has so many options I completely loved it .
The waitress who took out to go order was great but when we arrived home with our food, everything was nasty! We received a burnt baked potato. The grilled chicken in the wrap was unseasoned and seemed uncooked. The chicken cutlet was burnt in my sandwich. Also, very expensive. We’ll never order from here again.
Hands down the best diner I’ve ever been to.

Crosstown Diner is right off the highway, so it’s super easy to get to, but the food is what really stands out. We ordered the breakfast platter with pancakes, French toast, waffles, and more, and everything was genuinely so good. Everything came out hot, and fresh.

We also had the cheesy fries, empanadas, and dumplings, and every single thing was a hit.

I got my usual diner order, the chicken souvlaki platter, and it was a 10/10. I’ve had this dish here before and it’s always so consistent. The chicken is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time.

On top of the food, the service is amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome the second you walk in.

If you’re driving by or anywhere nearby, stop here. This place is worth going out of your way for!!
First time here! I’m a big fan of diners so it’s always nice to try one you’ve never been to! I loved how not busy it was on a Sunday and the decor! I came for brunch time and the service was good. I personally wasn’t a fan of the French toast and my bf didn’t really like that his burger was cooked WELL DONE when he asked for MEDIUM. I usually would ask for food to be fixed but he didn’t want to wait again. Hopefully next time I come I won’t be let down by the food and tryout some new dishes!
My wife and I have come here 3 times now, and have enjoyed our food every time. Their menu is extensive which is great for people who like a lot of options. We recently recently came for breakfast before church. We were in and out in less than 45min. Blueberry pancake were delicious. Thank you!
I had 1 bad experience at this place when I was with my mom about 7 years ago, I have since been back and the food is really good. I like how comfortable the place feels.
The location is very good next to the highway, but the price and food quality are not. I ordered a New York steak medium rare. I don’t feel any sizzling on the steak. I need to put on a lot of sauce to eat it on only one side. The mashed potatoes are like too many mashed potatoes in an instant. They can put some other vegetables as an option to make this steak dish more delicious. The cheeseburger steak was too dry. The cheese looked too cheap. This was an unsatisfying dinner. We finish quickly and go to some other place, find some nice food and drinks.
The food was awesome. I went there with my friend and we basically got like a lot of food and all of it was nice and hot like everything was like fresh and we even got dessert at the end and this cake was so good. It was the Oreo explosion if I’m not mistaken, and I also do really recommend getting the mozzarella sticks for appetizers because those are really good and if you have kids coming with you they have a kids menu! Me and my friend got like waffle and pancake type of platter. I forgot the name of it but it like has all different types of food on it!
Decided to try an ice cream soda, never had one before. Tasted sooo good. Ordered a Greek platter, it was really tasty. My friends had a chicken salad, and a french toast with whip cream. They loved their milkshakes with alcohol. Appreciated the extra sauce. Overall food was great. Would come back again if I’m in the Bronx.
This place was absolutely amazing. The food was totally delicious. The Bronx Burger was my favorite. Oh my Gosh! I am working up an appetite just thinking of it. The service was superb and the atmosphere was quite inviting. You have to give it a try! You will not be disappointed.
