Great place for a little one’s birthday party- it truly surprised me. I dreaded going thinking back to the days my kids were little (crowded, loud) but I had a great time at my grandson’s 5th birthday party.

All games worked, prizes could be purchased if needed (we didn’t have enough tickets for what my granddaughter wanted, so we purchased it & told her she had won enough tickets). Our Party Asst., JoJo, was absolutely amazing. He was present, answered all questions & quickly grabbed anything we asked about.

The added security at the door was so much appreciated. When there’s little ones running around wanting to do different things, it made it easy to watch the younger ones & the ones over 7/8 yrs old went off and played together.

Trampoline area was worth the extra fee. Food honestly wasn’t that bad considering where we were- I mean, it’s about playing, not the food.

The only downside was our youngest. 2yrs old, was so scared of Chuckie. This obviously isn’t anything on Chuck E Cheese. However, maybe there’s stickers to place on kids who are afraid of costumed characters? Chuckie caught us off guard a few times & came right up to her & we had to let Chuckie know a few times that she was very scared of him.

All in all, definitely worth the low cost to have a simple but fun birthday party here.

Amazing and professional experience. The manager simply provided outstanding customer service. Thank you. My grandson who turned 3 really enjoyed himself!❤️
The best review I can leave is get the monthly gold level for a small fee a month well worth price and games being only one swipe of card to play is awesome along with being able to share the credits between the whole family without having to buy extra if you cant or dont want to is incredible. Overall go to Delaware location in Buffalo for a fun family time and great experience 😃
We love the location on Delaware in Buffalo!! The managers are so special and friendly. The food is excellent. Typically busy on the weekends, but so fun to go during the week!!
Wow. This place was overcrowded and even at capacity the entire time in was here. They removed the animatronics and made it more like a home arcade. It was a wait to get into any game. Staff was pleasant and very helpful and friendly. Pizza was just Okay. Not what what you would expect.

The employees are always super nice at this location. today I was checked in and out by Kaylee at the front register she was so kind, she took her time to suggest and explain the monthly pass which I’m planning to get for summer ! Thanks again, we also got pizza which was delicious 😋
Clean and friendly. The monthly passes make it worthwhile. Hardy went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. He went above and beyond making sure that all guest were having a good time and fixed/prevented any issues not just us. Big thanks to Hardy. Will be back and continue to use our passes.
My grandson just had the best birthday party! Love the location, it was safe and clean. The food was good! Host was awesome- Ask for Averyan
The manager was super friendly, did her best for a positive outcome for us. The food was great. Just was alittle overbooked, maybe they should have had some parties spaced out more, not all together in the short amount of time & in the same area, just so no one felt left out or fell short of anything. Each birthday child should have the right to get the full experience, not half of it.
Had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here this past Saturday. The party was in the morning which was nice because there wasn’t that many people there. The place was very clean and all the employees were welcoming and very nice. The service was great and all the guests had a great time! I highly recommend having a birthday party here.
Nice time for the little ones!! They all loved it! I do wish the kids had been able to save their special refill cups for future refills. The cups were cleared on the table and no one knew which ones were theirs so they ended up tossed.
Aside from this, everything was wonderful.
Very nice place to take the kids for some fun family time. Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter has a complete blast on the new trampolines.
Recently had my son’s 4th birthday “party” here, just a small group of 5 kids. Perfect atmosphere and “party” experience for kids in this age range. Just enough games for them without being overwhelming, as well as the trampoline zone which they obviously love. The place is big enough for them but still small enough to easily keep track of all the kids super easily. I personally thought the price for everything that’s included in the party package (we booked the “mega fun” package) was great, even with having to pay additional $ for the kids to use the trampoline zone. Our party host Tooter was great; super nice and attentive as he possible could be, given that there was like 4 other parties going on at the same time. The manager was also super nice and checked in to make sure everything was going as planned. I’d definitely reccomend the birthday experience for young kiddos if you want to do something fun and memorable but still on the more affordable end. My 4 year old and his friends loved it.
We were having a hard time accessing the website for the fun pass, after multiple employees tried to help it just wasn’t working so we were going to leave with two very sad kids, Eve (I believe the store manager) stopped us as we were leaving and insisted on helping and made sure our kids didn’t miss out. Thank you so much Eve! The team there this evening was also so kind even when I was super frustrated with the system. I also noticed how kind Eve was to the staff, it was super busy and she was encouraging and helpful to everyone.
If you have about $50 to spend per child this is the place to go. Let me break it down. $21 will get you 30 mins of arcade play. 30 mins. That is the min. Then they have the small jumping trampoline which is not included but a separate pay. 18 dollars which includes a pair of socks that needs to be purchased everytime you go. If you take your kid for the trampoline and ninja run, it's $38. $38. This is beyond ridiculous. I learned all of this while waiting on line for over 30 minutes.
