Overall, everything was great. The ingredients were fresh, and the salad was delicious. My only complaints are that there wasn't enough protein, and the avocado portion is consistently very small every time I order. I'd love to see more generous portions of both, especially given the price. Other than that, I enjoy the food and the overall experience.

Ade and Chris are amazing!! I am in NYC with my mom who is undergoing chemo treatments and we stopped in for dinner. My mom went to the counter to ask about a menu item. They let her taste it to see if she liked it and proceeded to help her with her order. They went above and beyond to give us excellent service. Our food was delicious, too!!<br>In the age of digital ordering and contactless service, Chris and Ade are champions in actual customer service.

Wow food is fresh and clean. Amazing quality and fast service. Aide was so polite and helpful. It was my first time here, and it was great! 10/10 recommend.

I typically frequent this Chopt location at least 4x per week for lunch. The stores' cleanliness definitely plays a factor as to my frequent returns. The food is always served fresh, in a timely manner, and the staff are pretty awesome. Overall, great experiences dining here at Chopt!

The staff and general manager here are incredibly kind. My mother visited today, and they treated her with so much patience and care, never rushing her. She doesn’t speak much English, yet they treated her with the same respect and kindness as anyone else—which isn’t always the case in many places. I’m truly grateful to the staff for their compassion and professionalism. Thank you so much!

Love this Chopt location. It’s always super clean and the staff is consistently friendly. I also really appreciate the ordering kiosks — thanks to them, the line moves quickly and there’s never a long wait.

The restaurant is clean, my cashier Kayla J was so nice and honestly super patient with my large office order. Everything was fresh, delicious and always a go to when we have a long clinic day!

I frequently eat at this location but I doubt I’ll ever return. Sorry if this photo is scarring but I’m still grossed out and this is from last Friday. I was eating (indoors) and after a few bites I look down to see a lantern fly in my food. Almost vomited. Walked it back and got my money back but nothing else was done to set this right. Not sure which ingredient that creature was lurking in but they should have done a deep clean after I returned it… it doesn’t seem like the woman I spoke to at the counter notified any of the staff in the back putting the food together but who knows. Just beware and look at your food while you eat it!<br><br>This now happened over a month ago and I still haven’t heard from anyone at Chop’t despite your reply to me.

We recently placed a large lunch order from CHOPT for our nursing team — 15 salads and wraps — during one of the busiest times of the day. Xavier Villasuso went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. He organized the order with care, patience, and attention to detail, and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.<br><br>The entire CHOPT team worked efficiently, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent (as always!). Our group of nurses was truly grateful to enjoy a fresh, delicious meal together.<br><br>Thank you to Xavier and the CHOPT team for your outstanding service and execution. We were at the hospital for regular doctor appointments and decided to try Chopt nearby for lunch. You have to order from a very large computer screen as you enter and pay on the machine.<br>Then when your order is ready, they call your name for pickup.<br>We ordered one salmon miso ginger bowl and one chicken inga bowl. Both were warm bowls. The salmon was a nice size fish but the chicken dish had very little chicken. Both seemed to have too much warm grains and not enough salad and chicken.<br>A few tables to sit inside and a couple more outside. Most orders we observed were take out.

1st time ordering, my salad was so fresh and tasty and it was ready fast! Will be ordering here at least 2x per week as it’s next to my new job!

I was a big fan of Chopt pre covid. Not sure what has changed but their salad customization options have gone. And now they have pre defined menu like McDonald , which is very demotivating. I really miss the old style of CHOPT salads. Pls get them back. But the atmosphere is very upscale and staff are very efficient.

From the moment you walk in, you feel an atmosphere of tranquility. The staff's attention is incredible; everyone greets you with a smile and is committed to making sure your time there is enjoyable. The food is top-notch; everything is fresh and finely chopped, and their seasonings infuse each ingredient with flavor. The modern design of the place makes everything much easier and faster. This is exactly what the area was needing. Simply spectacular.

very clean establishment with very helpful workers the food is always delicious and fresh but very very expensive. Worth it if you can pay the price! Highly recommend

Saw this when I was coming home on the bus & knew I’d be coming back ! Chopt always delivers on freshness and satisfaction . This location is very well laid out and very efficient in kiosk ordering system . Short wait & was able to sit and people watch out of the large windows . Always have been a fan of the compostable bowls as well . Staff is pleasant so no doubt I’ll definitely be back soon .
