I recently visited Chopt and had an outstanding experience. Erik V. provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly made a difference.<br><br>The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Equally impressive was the entire staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout my visit.<br><br>It is clear that strong management and leadership are reflected in the quality of service and teamwork displayed by the staff. Thank you to Erik V. and the entire team for creating such a positive dining experience. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this location to others.

I was impressed by how fresh the Chopt Chicken Greek Salad at Chopt tasted. Crisp romaine, savory feta cheese, and crunchy pita chips made this MealPal lunch a new favorite!

A great place to get a salad. Best to pre-order on the app and there's all these deals with the reward program and you can treat yourself for a hard day of work. I got the Cobb salad which is around $16. They have sturdy forks and bright green paper bags. I love the green goddess dressing which is light and tasty. It's located in NY Plaza down below in basement food court after Water Street.

After I had paid. I was than offered complimentary bread.Amazing surprise.

I have been getting salads from this Chopt since it opened, and am a long-time Chopt fan. I'm thrilled to have such a healthy and consistent lunch option near my office. Food is fresh and quick, no complaints here.

Staff is always friendly and keeps things moving even when there’s a long line. I always come back for the Santa Fe salad and portions are generous compared to other bowl spots.

Yelp users steered me toward one of my best meals this month. Their workers were both knowledgeable and personable. Quality ingredients don't lead to high prices. Each dish represents quality ingredients. This restaurant has my heart and will capture yours too.

They make salads and wraps. I had the southwestern steak wrap. The wrap itself was packed, they did not skimp out on the ingredients. It was tasty with a a sweet spicy sauce that added flavor. Customer service was good and the place itself was very clean.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed. Two workers help assist me picking out the perfect salad to eat. In addition the two workers at the cash register who were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

This is my absolute go-to Chopt and go-to lunch spot in the area. Service is always top tier, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the space is clean. An excellent choice that I would recommend anyone looking for a satisfying, healthy and overall positive experience.

I found a ladybug in my warm bowl, which was incredibly disappointing. I'd already eaten two bites, and the thought of it ruined my entire lunch experience. It's made me wonder what else I might have unknowingly consumed in the past, and I felt weird the whole day.

They have nice variety of cold plus hot salads, been here multiple times so a review was due.<br><br>Customers can either select their original menu salad or can make their own. Prices will range between 9-14$ for a bowl with/without customization. If you are visiting during 12-1:30 pm on a weekday, there will be rush (so be patient,queue moves real quick) and staff does its best to pay heed on customization request.<br>I personally prefer there regular classic chopt (cold) and Warm chicken tinga(hot).<br>Please note if you don’t have taste developed for hot salad bases you might not like it.
