WE CAN'T BELIEVE OUR FAVORITE LUNCH SPOT WENT DOWN LIKE THIS. What's happening with this place? Last week my friend and I went to Chopt in New Hyde Park and found a screw in our salad. Its very scary and a health hazard. I brought this to manager's attention and they said it's a new management. Really that's the excuse. PLEASE AVOID DINING HERE IF YOUR HEALTH MATTERS TO YOU.

Janeiry, Mahbub, and Omar helped me out today and they were super welcoming and friendly!! They asked me what I wanted every step of the way and made it a very nice environment to be in. I’ve been to a different location before and was not as satisfied with the service, but I am beyond satisfied with this location and employees today. 100% will be back :)

Omar and Zanah(?) were very helpful and generous. They answered all my questions about ingredients and took their time serving me. However, the Stewie’s wrap had way too many croutons in it and it was hard to justify how it supposedly yielded 45g of protein with such a small serving of chicken. I wouldn’t order this wrap again though the food was fresh.

The staff here is amazing, especially Farhana. I ordered a salad with modification, they were amazing with it. She was so accommodating and double checked the order for me to ensure nothing goes wrong with it.

I have visited other Chopt location before and ordered the chicken Tinga salad which was fine. I came to the Chopt in New Hyde Park and my salad was made by Omar. He did an excellent job. When I came in and saw him I was extremely happy because I know he was going to make my salad just right. Had to give Omar his 10’s.

Even during busy times, service is fast and organized, and orders are prepared accurately. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere.<br>Overall, CHOPT New Hyde Park delivers consistent quality, great service, and delicious food every time. Huge shoutout to Omar, who makes my salads. He’s consistently excellent—everything is always fresh, portions are just right, and he pays close attention to how I want it made. Omar is also very friendly and professional, and his positive attitude really stands out. Employees like him are a big reason I keep coming back. Management should definitely know how great he is.

Ordered a steak wrap there was one piece of steak in the wrap. Also added avocado and jalapeno and it wasn't included. For a wrap that costs $28 I would think they would add what I'm requesting. Such a waste of money.

I come here for lunch all the time and the staff is always helpful, kind, and cheerful! The good is fresh and delicious every time. I will continue to come back to this location and recommend to family and friends. Shout out to Garry for always being the man and making great food!

If you’re looking for a healthy option to satisfy your cravings, Chopt at Marcus Ave in New Hyde Park is the place to go! The staff are super friendly and very honest about their recommendations :) Their dine-in option have plenty of seatings that gives you an open feeling without feeling like you’re in a crowded place! It’s also a nice spot to study if you need to do a little bit of work. Overall, great ambience, friendly staff, and tasty healthy salad with lots of variety! They also have sweet treats like their in house made brownies 😋<br><br>I got my go-to favorite: Sanat Fe with panko chicken paired with their recommended dressing of sweet and smoky chipotle plus sesame ginger. Yum!
