Very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I paid for extra steak and barely got any meat in my bowl — literally looked like only two small pieces. On top of that, I was charged for three portions. If customers are paying extra, the portions should actually match what they’re being charged for. The employees also did not have a professional attitude when handling the situation, which made the experience even worse. I will be contacting corporate to report this situation because this level of service is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money.

Very dirty, tables, floor and trash🥹 is a pigsty this is on a sunday May 3rd 3:45 pm wow. Bring your own cleaner so you could seat at the table also the serving counter is a mess. Same thing on Saturday May 16 6pm bring your clean up gear.

Do not follow simple instructions, asked for cheese and lettuce and did not receive it. Instead I got fajitas and guac. Also received less than a serving of chicken

Terrible service at the cashier with the guy, Nestor. Such an ugly attitude, if you can’t have patience with someone who’s simply going to pay for their order then get another job.

I'll start by saying I LOVE Chipotle in general. I've got no issues with the menu, taste or portion sizes. 9 times out of 10 I have a great experience. But for this location, on 2 separate occasions my daughter found hair in her food. First time, we got a refund for her quesadilla. Second time, customer service refused to refund. I'm assuming it's because it was a 2nd complaint and maybe they marked me as a "repeat" complainer. I get that some people out there want to get free food via complaints but this was not that. If Chipotle would have cared to see my order history, they would have seen how much I order and spend. It's been months since these incidents so I will be giving them another chance but I will have to carefully check my food. Hopefully this was just a freaky thing that happened to me twice but still...hair in food is not acceptable.

TERRIBLE. THIS time it's no beans.. For months it s the ice machine. still charging the 10 cents for the bag. gone down hill. i will really stop going there, Again went in there today... out of root beer. Everyday its always something. I used to go there at least 2 times a week. Now I decided its no worth it. I'll find somewhere else to go.

I have been a frequent customer in the past. However, after placing a pickup order last night, not only they got my order wrong, but I experienced food poisoning. As a result, I suffered from vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night, making this a very disappointing and distressing experience. Unfortunately, the money spent on this order was completely wasted. I will not be ordering here anymore.

This place took forever to get 2 bowls to go. Decent portions but terrible service. No flow and one guy on the line making bowls with terrible attitude. Also look at this bowl!!!

This location always gets my online order wrong. I have to go into the store and order in person to get my order right. They forgot to add the tomato salsa this time and barely gave me any carne asada as you can see in the pic.

I am extremely appalled and disgusted by my recent experience at Chipotle. As a strict vegetarian, I trusted your establishment when I ordered a veggie burrito, only to find meat in it. This is not only grossly negligent but also deeply disrespectful to customers with dietary restrictions.<br><br>To make matters worse, I started vomiting after consuming this meal, which has left me physically ill and mentally disturbed. This level of carelessness is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for your customers' trust and well-being.<br><br>I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and expect immediate action to ensure this never happens again.<br><br>This is not just disappointing; it’s an unforgivable breach of trust and food safety standards.

Food was ok but it’s hard to overlook the sanitary conditions. Mostly empty utensil containers with filth at the bottom, trash, spills, empty lemonade dispensers. Could be much better if management stepped up and took accountability for the conditions but unfortunately it’s similar to the standards of many Chipotles around the country. Reference photo.

Food was Great.<br>Very Busy.<br>Food was Fresh and Hot.<br>Had the Chicken Tacos .<br>With LG Fountain Drink.<br>Could have used a little more cleaning. Trash piled up at the one trash can.<br>(Lunch Time)<br>First time eating at this restaurant.<br>I would eat here again.<br>Building was Modern and up to date.<br>Great Location.<br>Friendly Staff.<br>Quick Service.<br>Fair Prices.

Chipotle is one of my favorites restaurants in the world! This one is not less, delicious food in the heart of New Jersey! Chipotle is not quite Mexican, quite American, I would say it is its own thing and you have to try it! Usually are managed by hard working Latin people giving their best every day! The service was awesome and the food as expected, amazing! I ate twice here in 5 days I visited so you know, it was that good!
