We visited this Chipotle location around 10 PM, about an hour before closing. Unfortunately, several menu items were unavailable during our visit. When we ordered a veggie bowl, they were out of black beans, sour cream, and guacamole.<br><br>After requesting for so long, we were eventually given sour cream, but other items were still not restocked and denied to restock. The overall service felt rushed and inattentive, and there seemed to be reluctance to refill ingredients closer to closing time.<br><br>Because of this, we were unable to receive a complete order as expected.<br><br>Based on this visit, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location in the evening if you want the full menu and proper service, as availability and attention to orders appear to decline significantly closer to closing time.

Unbelievable customer service and professionalism from all the staff every time i visit, I go out of my way to come to this chipotle specifically even if there is one closer to To me on the way.<br><br>Every member of the staff is a pleasure to speak with, especially the young lady with green hair both in the metaphorical sense and in the literal sense she is a standout amongst food service professionals and I hope leadership takes notice of her innate talent

genuinely the worst chipotle in the area i recommend walking to the one new york plaza for a better chipotle bowl with better servings and better employees The lady with the black hair serving the food is so rude and makes sure to pack the food fast so no one gets time to ask for more since she provides one scoop proportions at least make it fill the bowl and not to mention she also will hand you no bag if you order a chipotle bowl to go also finger in the cup?? when you buy a cup the employees have their fingers in the cup it is also true that they are really unmotivated

The food is pretty good for the price. I really enjoyed my meal here and the staff was quite friendly as well! If you add the spicy condiments while making your bowl it comes out as really spicy, which I absolutely adored!

I am only writing this review for the best, notable, and greatest staff in this chipotle named DULENE. Every single time I place an order or visit, I can always be patient and count on DULENE to take initiative to servicing all customers in an outstanding manner. Based on my frequent visits, many workers in there seem to be shy or scared to talk to people or just ignore people are waiting to be serviced. DULENE takes initiative, is always respectful and reassuring, and carries the team everytime she’s there every single time….. and I don’t even like to make reviews. Shout out to her and her only.

This Chipotle is in a great spot—very close to the Wall Street Bull Statue and right along the route to the Staten Island and Statue of Liberty ferries. It’s convenient for a quick meal while sightseeing. There’s plenty of seating, and the street views from all sides make it a nice place to sit and relax. The food was solid overall, though the white rice could use a bit more lemon or salt for extra flavor. Still, a reliable stop in a busy area.

I’ve been visiting this Chipotle location for a while now, and I’m consistently impressed. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to order. The staff are courteous, efficient, and keep the restaurant clean and well-organized. Always a dependable choice for a great meal.

You guys should just consider closing this location if you’re not gonna hire enough people!! Waiting 10-15 minutes for food with one person serving, giving out delivery orders & managing the register is something I’ve never seen in any restaurant!! Never have cheese, barely give you enough food when paying $13 or more! On top of waiting over 10 minutes for Isabel to make my food she then asks me can I wait for her to serve the customer behind me before she checks me out!! I think the look on my face said more than what came out of my mouth & I had to put my food in the bag myself!! I’m NEVER going to this location again!! Shame on you Chipotle!!!

Sad that employees can’t show up. Just while i was there 50+ customers arrived and turned away because only online orders. Maybe cancel online orders and cater to the folks who actually are in front of you. Sad state of business when people want your product but can’t order

This location needs to be visited by corporate. I've eaten at Chipotle all across the country and can always enjoy a consistent standard of food, service, and atmosphere. Tonight was the exception. My son was told "we don't do quesadillas", by a very annoyed employee despite it being on the menu (he left to get food from a street vendor instead). For my burrito bowl, I was lucky to get a half scoop of rice and meet. The fajita veggies were empty and I was told they don't have any, even though it was the middle of dinner time. I ordered chips and salsa and received a salsa container less than 50% full, with, at best, a handful of chips. Then, I asked for a soft drink, but the machine was broken. The lemonade machine had some liquid in it but the bubbler wasn't working and the liquid looked like it was dried and crusty on the sides. From there, we had to find a place to sit. There were two tables occupied in the entire restaurant and every single other table was disgusting. We huddled in a corner that was slightly less dirty to eat. In case you're thinking that they were short staffed, they weren't. Maybe they had a huge dinner rush before we came in? Perhaps. When we left, 25 minutes later, there was only one other patron in the restaurant and not a single table had been cleaned. There was plenty of socializing behind the counter though. When it came time to clean up after ourselves, I had to pile our garbage on top of the overflowing cans. This experience was unacceptable for any standard, let alone the standard set by the Chipotle brand.

I recently visited the Chipotle near Battery Park in Manhattan and was disappointed with the experience. The portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other Chipotle locations, especially in California where I live. Even though it’s the same chain, the serving felt much less generous here.<br><br>Additionally, the soda machine wasn’t working properly — none of the drinks had carbonation. It felt like drinking sweet, flat water, which was very unpleasant. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem concerned and didn’t take any real action to fix it or notify a manager. It gave me the impression that customer feedback isn’t taken seriously at this location.

Worst place to go! The serving person will ignore all what you are trying to say and just be in their own world to pack you for the bill.<br><br>They are like interns in office space with no experience. Attitude was at a different level. Start the serve and leave the customer in the middle of serving and ignore.<br><br>They packed my bowl with rice as if I had asked for more. No cream no salsa. Dumbo!! I wish I had got my money back as we get in California.<br><br>—————— Update. ———-<br><br>Went back and they replaced it.

For as long as this place has been here. You would think that they finally know how to manage the traffic during lunch time. NOPE!<br><br>They are always out of something. They can only take cards. The place is filthy. Your food is sloppily made.<br><br>Today was no different. Only taking credit, not a problem but the entire restaurant was a pigs sty - tables were dirty, trash cans were overflowed. Even the register was dirty. The cashier was busy texting between checking ppl out when she could have at least wiped the counter where she was working so it didn’t look so gross which takes a matter of seconds. Literally food all over the front of the counter where the register was. I mentioned to her checking out and she seemed not to care and carried on.<br>There was enough staff who were idle for one person to man the floor.<br><br>Also was not pleased how my food was prepared today. They weren’t out of anything (food wise) which was surprising however, my lettuce was completely welted. In other words, not fresh and they drowned my tacos in sour cream rushing.<br>Fast service isn’t always good service and these workers aren’t experienced enough to be efficient when working at such fast paces. So Slow Down!!! a bit and do it right to result in happier customers.<br><br>Cleanliness is a huge thing and easily changes one’s mind from wanting to eat there. This is a usual case at this Chipotle.<br><br>I recommend paying a little more for an experienced manager to properly run this location. It will change everything as it will literally only take better managerial decisions like properly allocating your staff for this location to improve. This is a lucrative location so it must be a priority for the company but it doesn’t seem that way.<br><br>This is a fed up post. I’ve been here a couple times since I’ve started working here and it’s the same thing Every Time.

Update.. DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION.<br>I gave another chance to this location 🤦🏻‍♂️.. from 3 starts to 1 star...<br>No napkins<br>No tortillas<br>No tomatoes<br>Mess every where<br><br>********<br><br>I really like to eat in Chipotle...always fresh and tasty. However, 3 stars for this location. The front girl taking orders was not to happy dealing with costumers inquiries. Also, it was not much meat on my burrito, my friends also complaint about theirs as they barely could taste the chichen .
